For starters, Katie at the front desk is a sweet heart with a beautiful smile. If for nothing else go just to see her. Anyway, I'm so used to going to the national companies to get any repair on my vehicle done. I always pre-judged local businesses and never gave them a chance. State Farm recommended Bob's Auto Body and I was hesitant, but they told me to trust them, Bob's is a top notch facility. So, I gave them a shot and I admit I was wrong about local businesses. I have never been treated so nicely by an Auto Shop in my life. It wasn't just "ok we'll get it done, now have a nice day buddy and we'll call you" It was more like, "Are you ok? Can you please explain how the accident happened? If we find anything that's not obvious, we'll call the insurance company for approval and you before doing any work." etc... The process was seemless, they had a Hertz car waiting for me at the shop, rather than me going to hertz and haggling before I got what I wanted. I can't stress how good it felt to be treated like a human being. To top it all off, Bob's detailed my car inside and out. Respected my belonging and put them back where I left them. Thanks Bob's

Bobs always has great service especially for collision and body work. Katie the office manager is so friendly and such a great girl. Bob is meticulous and wants everything to be perfect before returning your vehicle. Definitely a 5 star auto body and repair shop.

I was in a really bad car accident and from the moment I walked in they made me and my kids feel good as if we was their family,, and needless to say my car looked spectacular,, I will continue to use their service from this point on out

I've brought my car to Bob's ever since I first got into a couple accidents when I was 16. I shopped around, and Bob's gave me the most complete and best priced work.
I hadn't been back in years, but I brought my new car in last week- and they had it fixed up in time for my lunch meeting, and at great price. Always been very satisfied with the work (mostly body) and the customer service. Katie, works the front desk, will take care of you. I'd recommend to anyone.

This is the worst service I have ever had. After being charged $750 for a brake job the car began making a scraping noise a few days later. Took the car back and they said it was a faulty part and replaced 1 of the 4 brakes. Continued to make the scraping noise so I took the car back and the mechanic said he "couldn't hear it". A few months later my husband took the car back because the noise had grown louder. Now the mechanic could hear the noise and replaced the brake pads but charged $120 for labor. The car continued to make noise. Took the car back yet again, where they kept it for an entire day but did nothing to it. The car is still making noise.
