I just had my SUV serviced by Lifetime and I have nothing but great things to say about them. My parents also took their SUV to them the year before and had a super experience as well. Lifetime is our go-to for big services, they do an excellent job. Great customer service, quality service, and fair. They're the only shop that actually brings out the parts and show us what's wrong or why it's failed, and I appreciate Mike and his staff for taking the time to speak with us.

I've been coming to lifetime automotive since before they were at this location. I must say they have alway been an easy and reliable automotive shop to deal with.
Whenever I had a concern with a repair, as someone that's not a professional in the area of fixing cars, they've always explained the reason for the repair and Mike (one of the owners) sort of 'draws it out' for me so I can understand it in layman's terms so that I can appreciate why I need a certain repair done. As opposed to them just saying "Your car needs a new engine... That'll be $10,000..." He helps me understand why I need the repair done, and whether or not the repair can wait a few months, OR if I don't get the repair done sooner than later what the negative affects will be to my car.
They are always fair on the price and never overcharge. I've seen that be the case as I have gotten a second opinion on a few of the repairs that they've done and they've always been at or under the fair charge for that repair.
The shop is SUPER clean. It doesn't smell weird or overly strong of car grease, nor does it have a bunch of trash everywhere or car parts sitting around.
I never feel like I'm the one hassling them. Sometimes as a customers we can feel like we are a burden to the store we are shopping at, but never at Lifetime. They are always helpful and patient.

This place has got to be one of the most amazing, friendliest environment I've ever gone to. They don't pressure you into getting stuff done when it's not needed and don't sell you useless parts that your car doesn't even need. Rarely have I experienced such wonderful customer service at any place of business, let alone an auto shop. Everyone that I encountered at lifetime auto was genuinely happy to help, kind, and knowledgeable. They even have a shuttle service to take you to and from work, if you have to get your vehicle fixed during business hours! I was so impressed with the people working here. I will definitely be back, and recommend anyone with car troubles to do the same!

Some of the best things in life come in small packages. Lifetime isn't a huge company, but they are quality! The owner Mike is such a nice guy and his small crew is extremely knowledgable and talented. They have kept our Bimmer in tip top shape! This is one mechanic I can trust. Mike never seems to pull the wool over your eyes, he's very honest and will always tell you how much a service will cost before performing it. I feel this crew is more about making their customers happy and safe than filling their own pockets. Its rare to find a mechanic you can trust, this place is a diamond in the rough!
It might be ever so slightly difficult to find them. They are located inside of an industrial park. When you pull in off of Kyrene, you will want to take your first left, they are in the back, but you will see them right away as their garage is clearly marked.

So I just had the best experience at this automotive shop. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy who helped us because he was hands down fantastic. Explained everything, reassured us and just plain helped us with our issue. We are driving across the country and don't have time to leave he car but he helped as 110% with what he could. Tiffany, I've never experienced such professionalism in an Automotive repair company before. They actually make you feel at ease while making decisions on what work needs to be done right away. I had three things that needed to be repaired on my 2005 Outlander and they helped me prioritize what needed to be done first so I could afford it. I ALSO GOT A LONER CAR! And my car runs beautifully! I couldn't ask for anything more.
