Incredible experience.

These guys are the very best of the best! We were far from home when our van broke down. They got our car right in their shop, were extremely hospitable- making sure our large family had everything we needed to feel at home, knew exactly what was wrong with the van in less then 15 minutes, had the part rushed over and fixed it in no time! They not only were there for us in our time of need but truly demonstrated compassion for the stressful situation we were in. We will never forget their kindness..

We were on a cross-country trip and needed an emergency repair. They had us back on the road in under two hours and for a very reasonable price. Given how stuck we were, we are very grateful for their integrity and service. Plus they put up with a large family in their waiting room with grace.

Wow! I wish I could give them 10 starts. Boy, does Rich know his stuff!! I brought in a used car that I was hoping to buy off Craigslist and Rich walked me through every little detail. He could spot every repair, every small paint touch up that had been done within minutes of checking the car out. He was thorough, straightforward, and very honest. I would definitely not have had the confidence to buy this car if it hadn't been for his check through and here's-the-facts honesty. I came up from Cincinnati, this was my first time coming in but I was treated like a customer who'd been coming there forever. It would def be worth coming up from Cincinnati if I ever need any car work done. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough! What a great auto shop experience, I would trust them with anything I could ever need car wise. So nice and helpful too!

I have never been to a place that is more honest and upfront than Complete Auto Repair. Family owned and operated, which means a lot to me. Rich (owner) is a mechanic too, not just one of those guys who pushes a pencil in the office. They take the time to explain things in layman's terms that the everyday guy can understand. They'll even print out a copy of the part of the engine that they will be working on so you can see it in black and white. (which really helps me) I have never had to take my car back on account of something not working correctly that was repaired. A GREAT find and I will never go any place else for my auto maintenance.

Great family owned and & operated business.I always recommend this garage to all my family & friends. They have an awesome team and customer service. My Ford runs great and now they're fixing another car of mine. Will always come back here, never had such great and honest service! The owner took great care of me here. They helped me get just what I needed for my vehicle and didn't try and sell me any unnecessary services, and kept me informed the entire time! Very reasonable on pricing at least for what all my Ford needed. Complete Auto Repair (YOU ROCK).
