My wife and I were driving last friday for a long weekend. As we were about 20 miles outside of Spanish Fork on the way up Soldier Summit, a loud noise started from under our car. It clearly sounded like some kind of muffler problem and it kept getting worse. We turned around and headed back towards Spanish Fork.
We found Dickerson online and decided to go there. The person behind the counter could not have been nicer. Usually when I go into a mechanic, I get an attitude, they talk down to me. Not here.
They were busy and said they could at least get the car on the lift right away to see what was wrong. Turned out to be loose bolts on the exhaust and they tightened them up, we were on our way.
No attitude, great service and were willing to help at a moments notice for two travelers that clearly weren't from that area. I live in another town about an hour away in Utah but would be willing to take my car back to this garage anytime.

I was having problems with my car starting and had to have it towed over to their shop. They were able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed 2 days earlier then promised. I hated to spend so much but, it was priced as fairly as I could have expected and I'm back and running again. Thanks!!!

I have loved going to Dickerson Automotive. They have taken great care of myself, my family and friends. There is no one else I would recommend for working on your car or truck. When my wife's van broke down a she limped it into their parking lot just to have a hose blow on the radiator. They all raced out of the shop to get my 4 girls out of the van and to help anyway they could. She was was calmed by their friendly smiles and they way they went beyond what a repair shop would normally have done. So I say thank you to Todd and all of the other guys. A loyal customer for life. We were traveling from Pocatello, ID to Las Vegas when the light on the dashboard came on indicating a low tire. We pulled into Dickerson Automotive in Spanish Fork, Utah. Shaun, the manager, came out to help. He discovered that wires were sticking out of the tire. The other three tires were also in bad shape. After checking upstairs, he only had one set of tires available and it was a very expensive set that was more than we wanted to pay. He then gave me the names of two other local shops that might have more choices. He then put our spare on to replace the real bad tire (we didn't think it would make it another two miles). He would not take any pay for this service. He then gave us directions to the other two businesses. We were able to find a set of tires that was more in our price range. Many stations would have taken advantage of us in this situation. Thanks to Shaun at Dickerson Automotive, we were able to get back on the road with much less stress and good feelings about what could have been a very negative situation. We highly recommend Dickerson Automotive and would not hesitate to stop there again in the future.

I must admit that I do not have a lot of experience with auto shops. I have always been treated with respect and concern with Dickerson whenever I go there. They are polite and informative. They make sure that I am taken care of including giving loaner cars or rides if needed. The staff is very friendly and do not seem to mind driving me home when I have to leave my car there for an extended period of time. I choose Dickerson for that reason. I feel like I am family. Thank you Dickerson Automotive for the way you treat me.

Seemed to do well on what was required. Lots of suggested additional work. I did not have them do any of these as I said I did not require any additional work. What bothers me with most shops is how they always manage to slip something additional in. In this case they added 4.50 for supplies. No explanation. Just supplies. Supplies for what? An alignment does not require supplies. So were the supplies a coke and bag of chips to go with lunch? Or perhaps a pack of cigarettes?
