Getting your car repaired is never fun and usually cost a lot of money. I was fortunate to be so close to we fix it and they got my car in fast and offered me a loaner car so I didn't have to spend additional money renting one or have to cancel appointments or call out of work. They were awesome at communication throughout the day and had my car fixed as promised on time. I would highly recommend them. If it can be fixed they certainly can fix it!!!

Andreas and his staff are excellent! Michael at the front keeps you well informed throughout the entire process! I was extremely satisfied with the service provided, the repairs made to my truck, and the fact I received a "loaner car" while my repairs were being made! Thank you so much!

We Fix It was great. I took my car in for an alignment check and they did a great job explaining to me what the problem was and scheduled a time to correct it. They even picked up my car from work AND left me loaner car so I could make it to a meeting. My car was washed and drives perfect. Definitely honest upfront communication.

Always prompt and very clear to communicate. After a bad experience with a nearby repair shop, I tried them out and I haven't looked back since.

I love this concept! But I've found that they seem to be limited to the midwest, southwest, and west coast. Here on the east coast, they're almost non-existant! I even kicked around the idea of opening a place like this here in Delaware, but never really got beyond the dreaming stage.

They did it again! Brought the car in for some major work on my struts and shocks. Customer service was top notch. They delivered as they promised!! When I asked if it could be done in a day...he said it could and IT DID! Came in first thing in the morning...checked the car in...Andreas the owner himself drove me to work and he even picked me up! Got back to the shop and the car had been washed and vacuumed. They've got a customer for life. The car ride is so much smoother now. So thankful for their service!
Stress relievers!!!! Just moved to Arizona from California literally a week ago and what happens after my car get delivered to me??? "Service Engine Soon" light pops up on the dash! I went on Yelp and read all of the wonderful reviews and now I'm here adding along to them!
First off, Andreas, the owner was friendly from the get go with me on the phone. He had me bring in my car during my lunch hour, told me everything in detail of what would be done to see what was wrong with it and Collin was kind enough to drive me back to work. Winning points with me already at this point!
As promised I got a call within a couple of hours and was given ALL of what needed to be done and what needs to be done later. Everything was given to me straight and the cost I thought was fair. I know I wasn't ripped off because I knew what already needed to be done (coz my friend who's a mechanic agreed to what they recommended) to the car and it all made sense.
Once the work was done the next day, I got a call from Andreas, he once again gave me the run down of what happened to the car and I went to the shop to pick up my baby. To my surprise my car was vacuumed and washed!!!
I will definitely be coming back here for oil changes and tune ups for my ride. They've earned my business and my trust. Thank you Andreas and Collin for making my relocation to Arizona a less stressful one. Much appreciated!!!

Recently became owner of 2006 Mustang, I felt was in pretty good shape but I wanted to be sure so we took it to We Fix It Auto Repair. I am very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and work that was performed, As I thought it was in great shape but needed a few things, fuel system clean, brakes flushed, serpentine belt replaced and rear shocks, also had them replace the plugs, Car runs much better and I feel much better about my wife driving the car alone. I appreciate the fact I got the car back in one day. Chapman Ford had it for 5 days to flash a tps. Thanks Andreas and Michael, we will use you in the future for all repairs to our new baby.

Couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. The entire team was friendly and professional from start to finish. They really earned my trust and I will certainly go back the next time my van needs a service! They really went the extra mile, and their shuttle service and loaner car were much appreciated.

I tried my hardest not to write a review, but now just 8 months after buying a BMW, every single drive is a joyless reminder of my experience here.
I was charged $2,000 for a problem that needn't have been half that. Here's an actual conversation I had with the front desk:
"The engine cover is cracked."
"How sure are you that that's the issue?"
"Well... I know it's cracked..."
He might as well have told me the paint was chipped. Whether or not something is visible does not determine if it's the source of an issue.
The car was "fixed" over 7 days later. I was finally offered a rental on day 6, but when I accepted, the offer was retracted. My choices for a full business week were biking, renting a car, and taking Ubers- another sunk cost.
God bless the owner who is doing his best to run a decent business. He tries very hard to make all his customers happy. But the front desk is the face and voice of the business, and the other reviews here echo the sentiment that we-fix-it's face and voice is as viscerally upsetting as the persistent squeal of my now unenjoyable car.

I've waited about 10 days to write this review just so I could drive my van for a while to make sure the squirrels didn't escape from their cage again.
First, the Bill, the thing most people are concerned about the most. Andreas and his staff looked my vehicle over completely as I asked so I'd know all the bad news. I knew it would need more work than the initial problem I called him about. It was as i suspected and then some. Andreas gave me the bad news of $2800 to fix everything I needed fixing. He went down the list, what needed fixing now, what could wait and what could wait but shouldn't wait for too much longer. I took a chance and told him to fix it all. Just to let you know, my van needed so much work it took 2 pages to list all the work that was done.
Am I happy after ten days? Well, first of all Andreas's wife picked me up at home to take me to the shop to pick up my van. Can't beat that for what I consider a bit of extra service. I lost my cell phone in her car so she had to listen to my phone going off in her car all weekend and didn't even charge me for being my answering service. And by the way, apparently they could get all the parts in town because they did ALL the work to my van in ONE day!
I paid my bill and immediately drove to the 101 freeway and test drove it at up to 70MPH. Yes, I'm the guy driving 70-75mph on the 101, but I wasn't texting or calling work at the same time.
Then I got back on the streets and drove from the freeway to Central and back( about 24 miles round trip). My van drives like it did when it was new, I was smilin all the way. Ten days have past. On an average I drive at least 50 miles day, most of that on the 101. My van runs great and even my gas milage is up almost 5 miles a gallon. So I have to say it looks like I got first rate repair done by Andreas and his staff.
Let's talk service. Although I'm listing this last, to me this is as important as doing a professional job and doing it well.I'm an old timer that remembers when the service you provide is the same as your word and if your word was no good neither were you. Mechanics, politicians, lawyers buried to their necks in sand...what do you have...not enough sand. Needless to say if I see Andreas at the beach he's safe from me.
It's been a long time since I've had such good service. From dropping off my van and explaining to Andreas what I needed and his taking the time to ask me several questions about what I thought was wrong with the van and giving me his feedback. Calling me before he started work to tell me his opinion of what all needed to be done. The great way my van drives after his repairs. His wife picking me up to get my van back. Both of their great attitudes toward me as a customer and willingness to explain to me in detail the repairs to be made. This is by far the best service so far I've gotten from a mechanic shop in 25 years, hands down.
I did my homework. In the last 10 days I've checked online and with four shops to shop price of the repairs. The prices I was quoted were from $200 less to $600 more than I was charged. And, none of the shops guaranteed their work for 3 YEARS as Andreas told me he would. Top it off with the discount coupons he'll give you for referrals if you like his service and the Greek honey with peanuts and hazel nuts he'll gift you( both were terrific, he should sell larger jars) how can you lose? :)
I'm not a personal friend, not his father-in-law and he doesn't owe me any money. I just got the best service I've received in a very long time. Great Company. I was referred to him by my daughter who has had him as her repair service for almost 2 years and has been completely happy. Andreas even goofed once fixing her car and when she called him he gave her a loaner while he reworked her car and didn't make any excuses, just fixed it right at no charge. Anyone and everyone can make a mistake now and then but their character comes out when they own it, fix it and make it right, and that's exactly what Andreas did with my daughter.
This company deserves for you to give them a chance to service your needs and I highly recommend that you give them a try. I don't think you'll be sorry.Great work, great service above and beyond expectations, very nice people that seem to want your repeated business and are willing to work for it and lastly a terrific warranty to back up their work. To top it off he washed and vacuumed out my van too.
He's definitely my mechanic from now on, I'll be back to haunt him again.

Unorganized & Unable to Communicate.
After receiving a promotional flyer from this company, I decided to give them a try.
My first attempt was on July 3rd. I drove to their location and the gate was locked. I called the office # and got the voicemail. I left a voicemail and was never called back.
There was no sign on their gate, office door or on their website, facebook page or other social media saying they would be closed. Even their voicemail message did not mention the business being closed.
I left a facebook message and did get a response back (on facebook) saying: "Good morning Jarrett. Sorry you missed us on Friday. We were closed that day for the 4th of July holiday.
Would you like to come in sometime this week?
I apologies for any inconvenience."
So on Tuesday my boyfriend and I went to their business to get an oil change. They informed us they could not do it that day so we made arrangements to get the oil changed in both of our cars on Wednesday.
The owner, Adres, spoke with us and apologized for being closed and for not posting a sign. He said they decided last minute to close their shop.
On Wednesday my boyfriend took his car in as scheduled (or so we thought) and they did not have record of him coming in today. After he dropped his car off they called to tell him his oil change would be more than the promotional flyer rate that we brought our cars in for ($19.95).
When we picked his car up to trade mine in for my scheduled (again, or so we thought) oil change and they charged him $44 (instead of the $19.95). Then, the front desk guy tells me they don't have time to do my car today and would need to schedule it at another time.
They could've told me that when I called to see if our other car was ready so we could trade it in for the other car to get an oil change.
Sorry but after two strikes you're out. You don't get three chances with me to earn my business after several failed attempts that included miscommunication time and time again.
I will not be returning here for any car services or recommend this company after my experience with them.

Is this guy honest, or what? I am a little skeptical whenever I see businesses with near 5-star reviews but We Fix It, Andreas (the owner), and Renzo and Gabriel (two of the Mechanics) have definitely earned all five - see below.
I brought my Prius in for an oil change last night and was a little weary of going to a new mechanic, because I just moved from California to Arizona. I called pretty late to see if they could do my oil change, but they were happy to fit me in. The worst thing is when you go into a shop for a simple oil change, and leave with a whole laundry list of things that are wrong with your car and a huge headache, but this was not the case. Renzo did my complete car inspection (which is free with every service) and my oil change, and found a few things that were wrong. Because i needed my car that night, I had to leave with just getting my oil change done.
The next day, Gabriel, finished the rest of the work on my car and I can not remember it running this well for as long as I've had it (almost 11 years). The service, work and repairs done by Gabriel were done to a quality that parallels that of a dealership. Not only was he very clear on what needed to be done and why, but I was sent pictures of exactly what was wrong so I could see for myself. Gabriel is a quality mechanic that definitely takes pride in his work and treated my car as if it was his own.
Today, I was recommending him to all of my colleagues at work, and will continue to do so. In this day and age, honesty is hard to come by but this business is out to earn your trust, not to make a quick buck, and the quality and care provided by Andreas, Renzo and especially Gabriel are second to none. They all three deserve more than five stars. I will forever be bringing my cars back to We Fix It.

Have you ever selected a business PURELY off Yelp reviews? (Me neither, lets move on. )
This place was fantastic. From the moment I walked in the store to the complimentary pick-up service at my home, this business was A1.
When I called in, the owner introduced himself by name (Andreas) and thanked me for choosing them. (cue the 'AWWW's)
ANY place that values a customer like We-Fix-It Auto gets my money & recommendation every-time, son.
I got my oil change and it was perfect. Thanks Fix-It-Auto you're a cut above.

They overcharged for a coolant system flush that I may not have needed. I just stopped to talk to them, they convinced me to leave my car, and when they called, Andreas pressured me for almost twenty minutes to let them start working on the car before coming in to read the work order.
If you check in through the phone app, you receive 10% your first order.
I kind of felt that Andreas explained things that were not important while skipping details I wanted to know. I did not have any idea they were going to do a coolant system flush and $170 for it seems too expensive. He also said that they would call and give me updates, but I needed to phone and ask if they finished the four-hour timing belt replacement after two days. He had said they might need to change some additional gaskets and seals, but I do not know if they needed it.
Just so you know, a free shuttle stops directly in front of the shop.
Even with the coolant system flush, the overall charges were average based on what I saw from
, while this shop has far better reviews.
To the best of my knowledge, they did the job properly.

I sent a message to We Fix It via Yelp overnight on 3/21/16 after reading their good reviews. I wanted to get my fathers 2008 Honda Accord in for an oil change and general checkup since he just drove here, visiting from New York. I owned a repair shop & dealership in NY and therefore I knew his car ONLY needed an oil change and nothing else. Andreas called me around noon that day and told me to bring it right in if we could. So, we dropped it off at 2p and told them to call us when it was ready. They called us at 4p and we went to go get it. He went inside and paid for the oil change. He was told that his car was in excellent condition, so I'm happy to say our first experience with this shop was a very good one. I will be bringing my car to them for an oil change soon. It's a 2015 civic, so I know it's also in perfect shape, and as much as I'd hate to be the guy who only needs oil changes, I want to go back to this place because first impressions count, and they did a good job. They kept his clean car clean, and that's a plus. I will eventually buy a few other vehicles which will need work done, so I feel this is the place I'll be taking them to! Thanks Andreas!

I am doing an updated review because the owner, Andreas, has been nothing but exceptional since I posted my poor review. Turns out, it was an issue with a previous employee and he had no idea what had gone on with my car. After doing extensive research, he got to the bottom of the problem and offered to do whatever he could to resolve the situation. It was such a relief to know he had my best interest in mind. Thanks again.

We moved to Phoenix recently and were looking for a mechanic. I brought my primary car to the shop the first time.
My wife then brought her car into the shop with an indicator light on for the tire pressure. The shop found the problem, explained it, and fixed it without charging her anything. Even though I had brought my primary car in once already, we did not tell them that we had a second car in the family yet. That the shop was willing to do a simple fix even before knowing that we were actually repeat customers says a lot.
(For the autophiles, we moved our car from Seattle to Phoenix. The temperature difference caused the pressure setting to be triggered.)

Took about an hour for an oil change. I was expecting to get a wash and vacuum with it as stated on their website and in several reviews here, but I never got those with my service. Maybe because I used the yelp deal and declined to fix their other findings with the car? Kind of annoyed about that, but $20 for oil change with the yelp deal so I'm not going to hold a huge grudge.

Stopped by here because of the good reviews. The only thing I needed was an oil change. Everything was good, came around 1. Guy that was helping me said it would be done around 4 and that he'd call me. So I waited, I never got a phone call. I went to the shop around 615, luckily for me there was still a mechanic there. He rung up my total, 40 bucks for an oil change, not bad. But just never told me my car was done.

My son's headlight was broken and I was thrilled that Gabe, a technician from We-fix-it was able to get it replaced extremely quickly at an awesome price. This place is awesome. I found these guys on yelp and was not disappointed. Dean helped me as soon as I pulled into the lot and got me set up right away. Andreas drove me to the nearest Starbucks so I could have somewhere to study while they worked on my car. They called to tell me what they found and asked permission to proceed and what they would charge. Andreas came and picked me back up in my clean car they had washed and vacuumed. My check out was quick and I was even given a treat on my way out. Honest, hardworking guys that don't give you the runaround. I'll be going back for sure.

I originally came here when a coupon for an oil change was left on my car & since I was fairly new to Phoenix at the time, I needed to find a new mechanic. That was almost 2 years ago, I've been bringing my car here ever since & don't think I will ever go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing, Dean & Andreas are so friendly & helpful.
You get quality work, the prices are fair, they give out loaner cars while they're fixing yours & they always clean my car for me. I constantly receive coupons in the mail, Thanksgiving cards, news letters, etc. Andreas checks in with you to make sure everything is going smooth. I just love everything about this place & the people who work here.

Replaced manifold gasket on 2005 Dodge Durango 4.7 liter engine. No problem. The cost was one third of the dealer estimate. I dropped the truck off when they opened and had it back later that afternoon. The dealer wanted it for two days minimum. The parts cost was what I could have purchased them for. The dealer would have triple the cost. I waited a few months before making this post to make sure gasket held and it has. Excellent service, excellent price. I've used this place a couple times and recommended it to several people.

I went here because of Yelp and I was thrilled. All I needed was an oil change ($29.95) without a swindle or hustle and that's what I got. They checked my other fluids, told me they were fine, even checked out how my brakes were doing, told me everything was working great, as I knew already, so it was refreshing to find an honest mechanic.
They do oil changes in the morning, which is perfect because they have a Keurig with a ton of coffee and tea options. They finished it within an hour, as promised, and they even washed my car for me! Definitely a great, positive experience to start my day. I'm glad I found my go-to auto repair place!

Lack of stars for saying they specialize in European cars when in fact they do not. Moved to AZ and obviously had no idea where to go that could be trusted. They have awesome customer service but definitely seemed uptight after mentioning Yelp... Relllaaaxxx. My friend also brought in her Benz to get her AC looked at and after they charged her $200 to "probably fix it" she had to go to someone else to ACTUALLY fix it.
Not to mention they used the wrong oil for my VW. Went for a window repair and it sounded like sand was stuck and wouldn't roll all the way down.
Just be real about what you can handle.

Five stars without a doubt!. Have been issues for some time with a vehicle and Andreas the owner personally reached out and made sure my needs were met. I've dealt with alot of shops in my past and it's very rare that people are willing to do what Andreas did for the situation my vehicle was in. They have my loyalty from here on out and i'm at ease knowing i now have a shop to take care of all my future work. Thanks to Andreas and the We-Fix-It staff you are greatly appreciated.

I have always hated getting my oil changed because they try to up-sell you constantly and tell you your car is about to explode unless you pay for their most expensive supreme service. I wanted to find a place with good reviews because my car is new and this would be my first time using someone outside of the dealership. I was also hooked by their offer of $20 for $50 worth of service. This was a huge plus because I need synthetic oil, which costs quite a bit more than a standard oil change.
This is truly the best service I have ever had regarding any issue I've ever had with a car. This company well deserves all 5 stars. I was able to drop my car off without an appointment and get it back in a very reasonable amount of time, exactly when they said it would be done. The total cost of my oil change was $35 including tax, and I was also pleasantly surprised that they had given me an exterior wash and vacuumed my interior. They were so incredibly kind and well-mannered. I got a Happy Thanksgiving card in the mail, an additional coupon, and a follow-up call to make sure my car was running well. Talk about going above and beyond!
I will definitely come back again, and am sending friends over as well. Fantastic customer service and excellent work.

I have been going to this place for years now and recommend it to everyone and anyone without hesitation. Dean and Andreas are fantastic. Great customer service, fair pricess and no bs. I was tired of being treated like I was an idiot at other places, I really think that other car places see a women walk in and all they hear is chiching (money sound). We fix it tells you exactly what your car needs, no more no less. Fear no more the visits to get an oil change that end in a $500 bill. Finally an honest place to get your car serviced! !!

I had actually gone to another shop down the road from We Fix It to check out a ticking noise and get an oil change. That shop completely refused to even look at my car because it had the ticking and they were scared. I was in a huge pickle and really needed help getting this taken care of. I started Googling other shops that were around me and I found We Fix It, it was closing time but I took a leap of faith and called to see if someone was still there. Andreas answered the phone and even after business hours he had me bring my car in and he would take a quick look. After a quick inspection he found would could have potentially been a HUGE problem (no oil in my car at all). He asked if he could keep the car overnight considering I lived on the other side of town he didn't think it was wise to keep driving it. I told him I had no other means of transportation to get home and then back to work in the morning, he said your car is not safe to drive and he was able to get me a loaner car at no cost to me (I just needed to have full coverage on my car ins.). The next day he called me and said no severe damage was done to my car thankfully and he completed the oil change, and guess what? No More Ticking!!! He mentioned a few other services that were preventative maintenance unfortunately at the time I wasn't able to afford. He said no worries we can do them little by little whenever we were ready to do them.
I've taken my car back a few times for oil changes since my first We Fix It experience and recently I was finally able to get all the preventative maintenance services done on my car (yes they were necessary, I had been putting them off!). I even got a call from a very nice lady in the front office to follow up and make sure my car was working great. One time out of the blue Andreas even called me just to make sure the original ticking noise hasn't come back!
I honestly feel that they treated me like they would a family member and I'm very happy to be part of the We Fix It family. I've referred a few people from my office, and my fianc is taking his car there this Friday to get his worked on. The office is always clean, even the shop area where the mechanics are is very clean and organized!
It takes a lot of trust and effort to find a great mechanic that's honest and up front with you. I'm happy the random shop down the road couldn't help me because I never would have found We Fix It Auto Repair!! Thank you Andreas and the staff at We Fix It for all your hard work and making my car amazing again
Your services are very appreciated and I recommend anyone needing work on their cars to make this your first and ONLY stop for repairs!!

Like so many other reviewers I hate getting car repairs done. Hate. It. I put off stuff I shouldn't and drive an older car so it's just a recipe for disaster. From the moment I walked in the door to We Fix It Auto Repair they were AH-MAZING. They fixed me up with a loaner car while they did some much needed repairs on my ride and went well above and beyond what I think any other service place would do to try and find parts at a fabulous deal. So easy to work with and helpful in prioritizing repairs & not making me feel like a bimbo when they have to explain the nitty gritty details. Definitely my go to shop from here on out.

Honestly so happy i have found this place. I drive an 09 bmw and after getting a handful of quote ranges for a battery replacement, and having my intelligence insulted by the BMW service rep, I was happy to take my car to a place and immediately feel at ease, not only did they know what they were doing but they were able to put it in terms that I could understand, and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. I truly would suggest this place to everyone!

Extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Found these guys on Yelp. The owner ( can't remember his name) even gave me a call a few days afterward knowing that I was driving back up to NY and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly.

They were able to give me a much lower quote for parts and labor than two of the other shops I visited. I took my Buick Riviera there and was able to get the work done on the same day for $200 less than the repair place near my house. I felt like these guys were worth it because of the loaner car they offer as well. I will definitely go back.

We all have fears about mechanics and seeming lack of honesty. Well, I was coming home from Flagstaff and blew the engine on my 2003 Sable. After getting it home and calling around I found that UFIXIT offered the best installed cost on the lowest mileage engine that I could find in the valley. Seemed to good to be true, but money is tight, so I took a chance and went to meet Andreas. He struck me as honest and just looking to provide a great service at a fair cost. I had him go ahead and do the work.
During the process he called and told me that my power steering pump appeared to be bad and quoted me what seemed to be a reasonable price to replace it while he was doing the rest of the work.
It took about a week to complete, including the delivery of the engine. I went in and paid exactly what he had quoted. Drove off and the car was running great. About 10 mins later my phone rang. It was Andreas telling me that he owed me some money. That after getting the car apart, they found that the pulley was slightly bent and the power steering pump was fine. He told me that they hadn't replace it, but had forgotten to remove it from the invoice. I went back the next day and he handed me the money. I was stunned. There was absolutely no way for me to know he hadn't done the additional work.
I have recommended UFIXIT several times since then and have additional work done on my cars. I have yet to be disappointed and will continue sending friends and family their way.

I work next door, so it's pretty convenient for me to get stuff done while I'm at work. I went to leave one evening, normally we close at 5pm and that's when I leave, but today I left a little early. I'm thankful I did. I walked out to my vehicle, and the battery was dead. I went next door, and Dean was super friendly and helpful, and they got me in pretty much immediately. I was there for maybe an hour, tops. Brand new battery, and I was set to go. I'm glad it happened then, because I was set to drive to the Grand Canyon the next morning! Thanks again for the help!

Andreas is an awesome owner and him & his workers are very honest which is hard to come by with any auto shops nowadays. I come here now with all auto repair needs. Prices are very affordable and the shop even offers a loaner car which is also very convenient when your car is getting worked on. Andreas cares about his customers and sends monthly newsletters updates with specials and coupons. I just recently got a FREE oil change just by bringing in 5 food cans to help support a holiday food drive. If you are looking for an honest, real, auto shop, no need to look anywhere else!

I have used We-Fix-It many times for my personal and company fleet many times and could not be more satisfied with their company. From the the office staff to the mechanics these guys are simply the best. If you need a honest reliable auto repair shop go no further, you will not find a better company to take of all of your auto repair needs. I have used the U-Fix-It-Center a few times. The biggest job was fixing my air conditioner for the dreadful Phoenix summers. It was pretty much a breeze. I can turn a wrench but had little idea of what to do to fix it. Andres and Doc totally helped me figure it out. They have all the tools you will need and if you aren't comfortable doing something the staff will help you out.
As a side note if you do end up going I would check out their Facebook page for monthly specials.

Andreas was a great help... All the tools I needed were available. When I found some additional needed repairs they were very helpful getting the parts and the price was great! Will defiantly use this shop again.
Update: it's my fifth time using Ufixit Center and the service is as good as the first. They have changed locations and hired new mechanics, but their service is still great!

These guys deserve nothing but 5 stars all around! After reading all the awesome reviews I bought the Yelp deal for an oil change. I was a little on-guard thinking stereo-typically I would end up with "hidden" charges. To my surprise, I got an oil change, excellent customer service, a quick run down of issues with my car (which I asked for) AND an exterior car wash - for $20 bucks!! I returned for a more significant repair a few months later and was still treated with the utmost courtesy. Since then I have called a few times with questions about "weird" noises in my car. Dean is ALWAYS very polite, helpful, and gives stellar customer service. They have never pushed services on me and have always made me feel comfortable about the advice I receive.
I most definitely recommend this business!!

These guys are as good as it gets! Found out about them when they snail mailed a free oil change offer which included a free pizza at Olivos. Andreas and Dean came through on the deal with flying colors (I felt bad for not paying so offered a tip and was asked to give it to the mechanic who actually did the work). Was so please with the job they did on my significant others 2002 Dodge Dakota, that I brought the Dakota back for a full detail. They charged a price that I thought was too low, but they did the WHOLE vehicle inside and out, engine and fender wells included, and the 2002 Dodge looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Amazing! They even polished the headlamps and fixed the sagging roof liner!
Was so happy with the result, I brought my 2009 Jetta TDi to them to detail as well and again, was not disappointed. Was an outstanding job for such a low price. Brought the Dakota back after the drivers side window support structure broke, a second time, and the window fell into the door. No problem! The guys at We fix It took care of it for LESS money than it took the last time the same issue was fixed at another shop. Now, when either of our vehicles needs service / work, "We Fix It" is FIRST on my mind to address the issue.
What I like about Andreas and Dean is that they are honest and will not try to upsell or pull the wool over my eyes. I know a little something about cars and I can usually tell when someone is trying to sell me a bill of goods and these guys don't and won't. They give me the straight dope and give me options in addition to what they recommend. It just does not get any better than that when it comes to having someone else fix my ride. I highly recommend that you let them fix / maintain yours too!

I'm from Los Angeles. Unfortunately, My brother lives in Scottsdale. and Unfortunately, again, the car i sold him 2 yrs ago broke down. and now, because he doesnt know anything about engines and as a sign of brotherly love, I told him I'd fixed it.
He used a search engine and found a couple of places but the rates were better here even tho it was 15mi further away from where he lived. I did try renting one of the "storage garages" but they wont let me work on the cars there anyway...
I got there on a wednesday night and started work the next morning, since the crankshaft pulley broke, we had to charge the battery and chance that we'll make it, which we did.
Upon arrival I signed in with Mario, he had me sign a few forms for liability and basically said i pay 10 bucks an hour for no lift or 15 with the lift. i chose the one with the lift and boy it ended up actually saving me time.
With those rates, i am given a set of Standard and Metric open and box wrenches, 1/4, 3/8"s and 1/2" base socket tools, extensions for the socket tools, various pliers, 3/8" angle and 1/2" pneumatic tools. i could also use their cherry picker, and parts washer too.
The only bad at that time was their power washer was broken and there was no torque wrench available. altho the guys were kind and willing to let me use their high quality personal ones. I did bring my own so i chose to use that.
They also have a couple of real mechanics there and if you ever get stuck, you can always ask for some advice. I havent gotten stuck so i didnt really have the opportunity to find out. They can speak either Spanish or English.
So, after I signed in, one of the guys drove the car in and set it up on the lift. Lift was real easy to operate. i probably went up and down at least 10 -15 times depending on what i needed to work on.
I didnt finish the engine swap that day so i had to come back next day. i left most of the parts out and put what i could put away in the car. They say to put it away in case a sand storm blows which isnt unheard of in Phoenix.
There wasnt any food place nearby but a Circle K was beside it for cheap water/sodas and bananas. :)
One of the coolest stuff of working on my car in this facility, IMHO, was having a BIG swamp cooler directed right at me. Remember this is Phoenix Arizona, and the day I was working on the Car, the temps were 110F and maybe 90F in the shade. the swamp coolers was probably the only thing that kept me going in spite of the heat. and i was able to complete the reassembly and engine swap in 19hours total.
Oh and they can actually source and buy the parts for you too. A guy in the next lift replaced his complete suspension himself and ordered most of the parts from this place. he said it comes out cheaper. but dont take my word on that since that one is second hand info.
All in all, a very good experience. I wish we had a similar places in Los Angeles. i woudld subtract half a pt for the broken and missing tools. but since i cant. its ok. According to the Bro, car is still humming and actually runs better now.
One last advice, nothing to do with this place. if you are doing mechanic work, please dont scrimp on the nitrile gloves. it will save you some skin issues later.

The staff at U-Fix-It Center have helped me out on three separate occasions and each time they have been fair in their pricing, accurate in their quotes, and solved the problem(s) that I came in with. They even suggested an awesome towing service for me, and took care of the coordination of that. Though I hope not to have to see them again, inevitably I will have to, so I am glad that I have found a place that I can trust! The owner is very hands on, and each person that I have spoken with is knowledgable and courteous. Keep up the good work!
PS! They offer a free check of your vehicle to let you know what is going on...these days, that is a rarity!

This is an independently owned local business, the type of business I try to support. Andreas, the owner, is very patient in explaining everything. They are very honest and straight forward about all that needed to be done to my car. Andres is a GREAT OWNER!!!!!
TOTALLY fantastic place. Home of the best mechanic: YOU!!!
IF you feel like you can fix your own car then you you need to call and get in there. They are very busy(wich is good), but if you give them a day notice you can have access to so much good stuff from tools, to expertise and much more... i have save thousands, not hundreds on car repairs by doing them myself. Or if you want to fix your buddys car, you can do that too and get paid...hehehe
Best place in the Valley, Bar None!!!!

I looked up this and other five-star oil changes places and picked this place because it was the cheapest. Not only were they super nice, they drove me to school and picked me up after I got out. Plus they washed my car. I also thought they could be something wrong with my car and instead of being all know-it-all, they explained it to me and made sure I understood what they were talking about. I will be coming back to this place again for future maintenance or problems with my car.

I'm new to the area and chose We Fix It because of the multitude of excellent reviews online. One of the window regulators in my Impala was broken, so the window wouldn't go up. I admittedly don't know terribly much about cars, but with a little basic research online, I figured the part should cost me around $75-100. I estimated I'd pay that plus labor costs and wind up between $150-200 total. Anyhow, I arrived and told them not to fix anything until they diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They confirmed it was only the window regulator that was broken, but the guy said, "Oooh, the part for your car is super expensive. That's a pricey fix." (Coincidentally, I'd heard him use a similar line on 3 other customers while I waited.) He then quoted me just shy of $600. Seriously. Six hundred dollars. I was shocked and asked what the price of the part was, and he hedged around the question, never giving me a straight answer. I politely declined the fix and checked at a few other places around town. I ended up being able to get it fixed for $160 by a company (Power Window Repair) who came to my car to fix it. My advice, especially if you are a younger female, DON'T GO HERE. All I can assume is this is blatant sexism. I'm disgusted that they would try to take advantage with such a massive price mark-up.

I like to tinker and do some vehicle repairs, myself. I've done the simple (oil-changes, etc) but was always hesitant to attempt anything more significant. That was, however, until I found U-Fix-it. The first couple times, I had them do the repairs, but today, I took the leap and rented space. The experience was remarkable. Andreas, the owner, and his staff, set me up with a lift and all the tools I needed to do my front struts. Additionally, when I got stuck, Andreas was quick to help. All of the tools, the guidance and the extra set of hands are included in the bay rental. FANTASTIC place, FANTASTIC service, FANTASTIC concept!!!

I came in today for my first time here and I was happy with my experience. I needed a lift for an hour to do some basic detail work and these guys provided me that. My only complaint is that I had to wait an hour to get a spot, but that is not their fault. They told me over the phone beforehand that it was first come-first served. Being that I have to drive over 25 miles to get here I wish it was not so risky for me to try to get a bay. Regardless, I cannot source what they provided for less money or at a nearer location (there is no nearer location). The concept is brilliant and, at this address, well executed. The owner has a great demeanor and checks up on the customers to make sure everything is going OK. I can see myself coming here again. Aside, this place gets almost cult-like reviews. I haven't drank the Kool-Aid but I am a believer!

I brought my car here to diagnose an unhealthy screeching noise that was coming from under the hood. Andreas and his crew fit my car into their busy schedule and called me the next day, as promised, to give me a rundown of all the problems with my car. I explained that I only wanted to do the "must fix" issues and Andreas was polite enough to give me an estimate and not be overbearing or pushy to pressure me into fixing every little thing. As a woman, I appreciated that they were NOT trying to take advantage of my lack of automobile knowledge. Andreas told me what he would fix, and what was very important to take care of now before I was stranded on the side of the road. My car was repaired and ready to be picked up the next day. Best part, the price I was quoted was EXACTLY the price I paid.... not a single penny more. All the work that they do here also comes with a 3 year/36000 parts and labor warranty. They threw in a free car wash and I was a very happy customer. If my car has any issues in the future I will definitely return to We Fix It. Thanks Andreas!

Like most everyone else, I hate car repair stuff. I always feel as though I'm getting ripped off because I don't know anything about cars. The Toyota dealership had told me I needed a new water pump and some other things done to my car. I looked around online and found We Fix It Auto Repair. When I called, I asked if they would look at it to see if I needed any repairs, but didn't want to tell them what the problem was so I could see if they found the same issue as Toyota. I ended up telling him, but when I brought it in, he asked the technician to look for leaks instead of flat out telling him to check the water pump. When the tech finished up, he came to the same conclusion as Toyota. We compared what they came up with to what Toyota told me I needed and I only performed the repairs that were actually needed. Also, while they were fixing it, they provided me a loaner car to get home, which was totally unexpected and I was very appreciative. During the two day process, Andreas, the owner, came out and introduced himself and remembered me by name the next day. Both he and Dean, the customer service rep, were fantastic. In the end, I saved about 500 dollars compared to the dealership. I will return to this facility for future car care needs.

Gah I've been meaning to write about these guys for the last 6 months! It wasn't until the last service job on my car that really pushed me to write a review about them as I'm not much of a "yelper".
Let me start off by saying these guys are AMAZING! Seriously. I'm a girl and don't trust many people with my car but have gone to We-Fix-It Auto Repair and have been totally blessed! They are the most friendly, honest, and trustworthy auto repair shop I know in Az and I go to them for EVERYTHING. Just one example of how AWESOME they are - My air conditioning was broken for almost a year and I tried 4 different auto shops to try and get it fixed and none of them were reasonable. My friend recommended I try, "We-Fix-It" so I went to them and they fixed it FOR FREE! No joke! After they finished it was working perfectly and they said that it was just a minor fix. I couldn't believe it! Another example recently where they managed to surprise me again.. My car wouldn't turn on after I bought a brand new battery from AAA. I called these guys totally frustrated because I had to take time off of work and had it towed to their Tempe location. Again, they fixed it for FREE! Said that something with the battery had been unplugged when AAA installed it. I thought that something was seriously wrong with my car and that it was going to be expensive this time.. NOPE! These guys are angels! They are as good as it gets here in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area! :) Go see Andres and Dean if you have car trouble!

Andreas and Dean were able to get my car in right away. They are very friendly and courteous. As a woman that is very refreshing not like some auto places that they talk down to you or can't be bothered to explain the problem to you like you couldn't understand anyway .They even gave me a loaner car free till they could fix my radiator, and timing belt..They gave me a fair price and got the job done in a timely manner when they said it would be finished. They also pointed out some things to watch out for but no sales pressure was pitched..They even gave my car a complimentary car wash and a 20 % discount with the VIP Car Care Club membership. I saved $150 which already pays for the $79. fee to join including a 3 year 36 k miles warranty. The car owner is entitled to all kinds of discounts including multiple free oil changes and other benefits. Savings of up to $674/yr!. I would highly recommend this business and even a do-it-yourself car owner is allowed use of the shop's equipment. and space to work. I hope this business thrives in Scottsdale and is around for a long time! We really need a local reliable auto repair place that provides honest,, dependable, great service at reasonable prices.I'm am grateful I found them!

These guys are the best. I went to We-Fix-It when I was considering purchasing a used car so that they could inspect the car and tell me if there was anything wrong with it. The first car I brought to them had several issues, which they explained in great detail. They explained to me what the issue was, and what it would take to solve the issue. I'm not a "car guy", but they made everything very easy to understand. The second car they inspected for me was in good shape, and I was much more confident in making the purchase after getting a fairly clean bill of health from the inspection. Overall, We-Fix-It offers fair prices, top-notch work, and exceptional customer service (which seems to be hard to find in the automotive repair industry).
