The best auto shop in Flagstaff hands down!! I took my car to Derek after the dealership told me I needed over $5000 dollars in repairs. Derek found the real problem and fixed it for me in a few hours, and for a fraction of the price!!! Won't take my car anywhere else!! Thank you Auto Rehab!!

Auto Rehab was recommended to me through word-of-mouth, and I'm glad I found it. Derek and his staff provide excellent customer service, and verified for me that $500 in repairs recommended by another mechanic were not necessary. I would highly recommend Auto Rehab and plan to use their services in the future. Although this isn't the sort of place where you can easily wait for your car to be serviced, both the Galaxy Diner and Barnes & Noble are within walking distance.

Derek and his team are fantastic. They did a great job on my Jeep and my Mini Cooper. Always very professional and helpful. Some other repair locations in town can be patronizing to women (or, in worse cases, give different prices to men and women!), but the folks at Auto Rehab treat everyone equally well. Trustworthy and they do exactly what they say!

Great service! They were able to get me in w/o a prior appointment on a Sat. I dropped my Subaru off @ 10:00am to get my brakes bled/ checked out. They told me it would be done before noon, I received a call @ just past 11:00am telling me it was done. My total bill was just over $40.00 and my brakes work better than ever. A+ shop in repairs and total customer service!

When my old Subaru overheated, I thought it was done for. Derek did a thorough check instead of just replacing a thermostat or fan in the hope that the issue would be resolved. He found a tiny crack in the radiator, replaced it and did two other minor repairs I had been putting off. The work was done quickly and well. He even picked me up and brought me back to the shop when I couldn't find a ride. I think this is an honest shop and Derek does good work. He backs it up with a 12-month warranty. I'll be coming here again.

My wife and I were headed to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. Our BMW wagon unfortunately broke a pulley and belt just outside of Williams. While waiting for the tow truck to show, we dialed Auto Rehab and spoke to Derek. I told him the situation, and while on the phone with me, Derek had searched and found the necessary parts needed to do the repair. This was on a Friday afternoon. Derek said that he would come in that Saturday and work on the car, even though Auto Rehab was normally closed on Saturdays. You can't find such dedication and service here in Los Angeles. Derek even co-ordinated our pick up time so that the we can enjoy the Grand Canyon as planned during the day. Can't thank Derek and the rest of the crew at Auto Rehab enough. Our anniversary weekend was saved, and we made it home to Los Angeles without a hitch.

Derek and his team have proven time and time again that they are the auto shop in Flagstaff to take your vehicle to. Very trustworthy, and knowledgable. He will explain, and show you what is going on with your vehicle. He will even go above and beyond and explain things you can do to to prevent having to bring your car/truck to the mechanic. These guys are the real deal. Honest, friendly, very knowledgeable. Trust and honesty are hard to find with mechanics and I was happy to find these guys while on my road trip. They could have told Mr I needed a while new radiator and instead, they fixed the leak and got me on my way for a great price and complete fix. I want to move to Flagstaff just to be near an honest and trustworthy repair shop. Recommended 100%!

I have been in Flagstaff for more than 10 years and have been trying to find a mechanic shop that won't over charge me and try to "get one by" on me. Auto Rehab is the only place that I have found that is honest and will do the work right, they have also done things extra and didn't charge me for the services. I take all four of my cars to them and trust them to the fullest. To me, honesty and integrity go a long way. Take your vehicle here if you want the job done right! Highly recommended!!

Derek and company have always done fast and excellent work on my vehicles at very fair prices. I have been impressed that the people at Auto Rehab will explain what work actually needs to be done and what parts actually need to be replaced when they could just as easily done unnecessary work and replaced good parts.
