I called around to quote having some front end work done- shocks, alignment, stabilizer ends (I had the parts already). Krone's wasn't the cheapest but had better reviews than the other place. I dropped the car off around 930am and it took about 3 hours to finish. The staff was friendly and called as soon as the work was complete. I'm very happy with the quality of work and I don't mind paying a marginal amount more for my piece of mind. They also guaranteed the work for 18 months.

Krones automotive has been hands down the best auto repair shop we've ever done business with. Whether it's the mechanics in the back or the owner up front we are greeted with the utmost respect and professionalism at all times. They're knowledge and hands-on expertise in regards to the vehicles is unmatched hands down. whether it's servicing my 2001 Jaguar or my Nissan Quest minivan 2006 I trust Krones completely to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. In all my Jeep culture and repair experience I have never found the perfect auto repair to manage my Jeep life--until now. Krone's Auto Repair Specialist blew my mind with price and service. Owner, Rich, and his staff were totally into the right attitude. Helpful, quick, clear, respectful of my time and comfort. I'd recommend Krone's to anyone with any car, and they really know their Jeeps!

I got several vehicles I take to them... Every time they take the time to explain everything to me and show me what needs to be replaced and why... They only quote me the things I need and don't push extra un-necessary items... If it's a safety issue they let me know it's important... Very good mechanics... Very good price... Very professional!

I can't say this place is as bad as the other comments make them out to be but they aren't much better. I had my car towed there on a Tuesday before noon to have a belt replaced. The guy on the phone said it should only take them a few hours to finish and that they would call when it was finished. Around 5:30 I was getting a little antsy so I called to check the status. The same guy I spoke with before answered and said they were still working on it but then he tried to cover the phone and I heard him ask one of the mechanics if they had even started yet. To which the mechanic said no. So the man on the phone then asked me if I could do him a favor and pick it up first thing in the morning. I'm the paying customer why should I be doing any favors? I told him ok. The next day Rich the owner I think called me around 10:30 and told me I needed an additional part and I told him that would be fine and to call me when it was ready. He called around 2:30 but by that time I couldn't pick it up that day. I explained that the car was promised to be done the day before and that it really screwed things for me but he answered that it was his day off the day before and that his dog had just died. Yeah that's sad but why is it my problem? Anyways I picked the car up the next day, paid 5 times the original estimate never an apology, never an offer of a discount and barely a thank you for your business. I came to Krones because they are a Tucson owned business and i want to support the community but with the bad customer service and high prices I will not be back again. I hope the $300 you charged me was worth it.

I had a very positive experience here. They got my car fixed within good timing, also offered a good price for the work that had to be done when everyone else tried to over charge me. I think it may be getting changed to new management, perhaps this is why my experience is different that the comments previously givin here. Thank you Krones Auto Repair.

Will take advantage of you if you don't know much about cars. Thankfully my husband does and we were just having the car inspected because we were selling it. But when the guy came to tell us all the things that were "wrong" my husband made him prove it because it didn't sound believable. He said the exhaust was rusted, the guy lifted the car and it wasn't. The heat shields were rusted. Once we proved this guy was trying to pull one over on us he was a jerk. We will never be coming back and will never refer anyone here. In fact we will tell people to steer clear of this place.

Do not ever take your vehicle here!!!! I took my Avalon in for repairs. Owner stated my transmission solenoid and speed sensor needed replaced in that order. He also stated my lighter needed replaced as it no longer functioned. It took days to diagnose the issue then it took days for them to "figure out" the wiring inside my dash and they needed special diagrams brought in from another company to figure out the wiring in my car. I just now spent a ton of money because my clock, radio, AC controls, AND lighter shorted out and is not working. When my dash cover was removed to diagnose the problem the tech found that speaker wire was used for my lighter!!!!!!!! This caused a short which ran all the way through the harness and then some. My wiring had to be replaced CORRECTLY THIS TIME. When he was diagnosing the problem he had no issues figuring out the wiring and found that my wiring was actually burning and smoking when I took my car in. Basically at any point my dash could have caught on fire. The tech was so upset and irritated that speak wire had been used to repair my lighter issue. Never ever ever ever use this shop!!!!!

I've been taking my car to Krone's for 8 years and have nothing but good to say about this business. Though I've had situations not go right the first time, but I can say that this business does make it right with honoring customer satisfaction.

I took my car in because I was having trouble starting it. It took the shop ten days to diagnose the problem because of poor office management. I know this because the manager was fired and the owner took over the scheduling of car repair. I waited another week and a half for the vehicle to have the repairs "completed". I pickuped the car drove it to work and when I want to leave the car wouldnt start. Same issue as before. Having been a manager myself, I know good customer service. They should apologize for the first week and a half my car just sat there, the fact that the mgr that was fired was trying to force me to by a new part that could be rebuilt, should have compelled the owner to give some kind of discount or free-bee. Nothing. Then receiving the vehicle missing bolts and most others left loose and the fact that I was stranded, had to pay someone to come and start my car, I would think they would offer to pick-up or come out to see what the problem was, maybe even apologize. None of the above!! The response "Really, what's wrong with it?" Who's the mechanic? Still not fixed. I have to bring it in so they can look at it again? Three weeks, rental cost, $1500+ and my car is in the same condition as when it went in. I work for an insurance agency and refer clients to mechanic shops. This will be one I suggest they avoid!!!
