It is scary to walk in to a shop as a woman and feel like they just see dollar signs and are going to charge you for things that dont even actually exist. On the way to the store to pick up an Rx, I had car problems. I stopped & told the guys what happened. They not only scheduled a checkup, for my car, I told them I could leave it over night, but would need it the next day to pick up my Rx. They then actually took me to pick up my Rx, before dropping me off at home. I have been taking my car to them for years, always happy with the service I get. This was above & beyond, it shows what a great place this is.

I highly recommend visiting Auto Mobile Detective for all your automobile needs. I work for discount tire co. We are only capable of servicing wheels and tires, so we send ALL of our customers who's needs are greater then what we offer there. They are extremely friendly and prices are very competitive. Not to mention Wes that works the front desk is a kind and polite and very professional young man. I have taken my 2000 mustang gt to him several times and never left disappointed.

A buddy and me were headed to the lake when his truck broke down. We were towed here and the staff took exceptional care and time to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and very reasonably priced. We were on the lake 2 hours later. Thanks to Wes and his staff. By far they were the most professional and honest staff I have ever encountered. I just moved to a new location in Scottsdale and found auto detective to be the closest to me at 7 miles away. The hardest thing was getting an appointment, I just kept missing the techs call.
Once I got over in the morning, I saw that it was smaller shop, but everyone there was in good spirit very friendly and I'm not a morning person.
I brought my own part, and the tech told me that they couldn't warranty it. Honestly I don't blame them, I had warranty from the manufacturer in any case for the part, but at least he was up front about it and they still installed it.
The tech gave me a quote of 2 hrs to replace my front air strut on my X5. And you know what, that's what the price was when he got done, no Frits, that's what it was.
My air suspension has four corner leveling, it took about 30 minutes of driving and moving the suspension up and down. The computer was able to adjust leveling and my front end was level again.
They did a great job, nothing was broke under the wheel well, and they gave me back my core part to send back to the manufacturer.
I'm definitely taking my SUV back for any part or work It might need done.

Being a native of metro Phoenix all my life and having work done on all the cars I've owned, I have never been to such an awesome shop that runs on integrity and pure honesty as this one.
Wes and Kirk (and family) are blessings in disguise and have worked miracles for me every time, they have always done the highest quality work ant the best possible pricing with outcutting any corners.
My only wish is that all shops could work the way they do, but then again this is what makes them the Absolute Best at what they do!

Excellent service. Wes could not have been nicer. Several months ago I stopped in with one of my cars without an appointment. Even though they were busy they worked on my car for nearly an hour attempting to determine the problem. They concluded it was a warranty issue and I should take it to the dealer. No charge! Who does that? They said they didn't fix anything so there was no charge. A few days ago when I had a problem with my other car there was no question where to take it. I've told several friends of the first experience and encouraged them to try these folks when they need service. I love smart business people. Thanks guys.

Today I had free pick up and drop off service for my oil change so as a working Mom I was able to get my oil changed while I was at work! Also Wes did a kind favor and fixed a piece of insulation my daughter had ripped out of the car door and when I checked out I realized they he did that for free. They also didnt upsell me any annoying windshield wipers and oil filters that I didnt need. I think this is a very honest and fair mechanic shop that you can definitely trust!

While visiting Arizona, our truck's parking brake cable broke. We were stranded at our RV site. After calling multiple local mechanics, Kirk was the only one willing to drive 15 minutes to us to offer his help and expertise. Both him and Wes were very pleasant to talk to on the phone and they displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. What a terrific place to get your car serviced! We've been here twice and had the rotors and brakes done. not sure if some of these reviews are real cause they sure do sound made up this shop is horrible they totaly ripped me off on my ac charged me $400 hundred dollars and it broke 3 days later then they were extreamly rude and refused to give me a refund and basicly told me tuff luck so i reported them to bbb and with in a few days i get a call saying sorry and they would give me the labor cost back so i said fine they also told me that when im ready they would like me to give them a secound try and they would give me a good price on fixing me ac since it was still broke and i drove all summer with no ac so when i had the cash i gave them a call and made sure they remembered me and they did they were once again extreamly rude and quoted me the most outragous price ever so i went elswhere and got it done for less then half the price not only do they do poor work they are way to exspensive and rude
