Best Car Purchase Ever :) I have to say... Kyle made purchasing my mini cooper so easy! I called on Monday late afternoon.. told them exactly the car I wanted and that I wanted to walk in sign paperwork and leave.. as quick as possible! Kyle called me within 30 minutes confirmed financing with very pleasing terms and confirmed that we could come when it was convenient for us! The next day at noon, I walked in with my 4 year old (he was super nice to my daughter!) and I was driving away in 12 minutes! We actually timed it! Amazing experience!!!!

The Cruise control in my 2008 A4 wasn't working. After several drives between Scottsdale and San Diego with calf cramps and an expensive speeding ticket I decided it would be more economical to just get it looked at. You never know with electronics on european cars and how expensive repairs will be - turned out it was just an issue with the clutch. Thanks to their policy of putting diagnostic labor cost into the repair my cruise control was fixed for less than $100. No upsells, not bs, just good service.
They also have a sizeable sales lot of newer/used vehicles. If you are in the market for a european car that has been well maintained I would definitely start here based on my experience.

I've been looking for a good used car over the last couple of weeks. I've hit up most of the certified pre-owned dealers in the area, but happened to notice a Mini Cooper at an excellent price from LeSueur on USAA.
First, if a dealer works with USAA, that means they appreciate our veterans and that they're legit. You don't have to worry about shady dealers with USAA.
Second, they worked with me on my trade in and sold me a car at around $3,000 less than True Car average value.
Third, my visit with finance was quick without any intimidation tactics for me to purchase warranties, service plans, etc.
Folks, LeSueur is as good as it gets when it comes to a used car dealer.

All of the cars we looked at still had a manufacture warranty. The cars here are practically new and for a better price than you could find at any name brand dealer. Doc fees are reasonable and the staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. If you are shopping for a vehicle you should definitely stop by and take a few for a test drive, get all your questions answered upfront, and find a better way to buy a vehicle.

!!!TAX ISLAND!!! LeSuer sits on a county tax island and will prevent you from paying any city sales tax on your vehicle. I saved 4-500$ in sales tax on my 2015 Hyundai here. Buying process was easy, Steven even found me financing through a credit union for first time buyers that was a less expensive rate than I was anticipating. I wanted to haggle a price, and tried hard to, but there was little wiggle room. It was fair market pricing, and Steven even took the time (a lot of time) to prove it to me. We got the exact car we wanted, with good pricing in a painless quick experience. LeSueur Car Company is laid back, not "salesy" and open. Cool experience. I recommend you give these guys a shot when you're looking.

My first car was a 64 beetle. I have wanted another one for the last 30 years. I finally took the plunge and began to search for one. My husband found a perfect fit for me (a 2014 R-Line Convertible) at LeSueur. The daunting problem was that I live in California, not Arizona. I would therefore being buying a car without seeing it or driving it. Pretty scary! Kyle L. made everything SO EASY. Kyle sent extra pictures and drove the car for me. He assured me it was wonderful and handled all the paperwork quickly and easily, even talking directly to my funding source. Really nothing but issues since my girlfriend purchased her rogue here. May not be overt in their used car sales tactics, but being charming about it doesn't make their bullshit anymore palatable.
First red flag should have been when we attempted to trade in a car and were told it would be worth 1200 in trade in value. Turns out when stuff was actually put on paper, we got a typical "well not quite that high.......", and then we're told that they would trade it in for less than half. I get they are trying to make a buck on a used car, but to justify it by saying "oh well we have to take it to auction and sell it and that costs is money".....what makes them think I give two shits what they do with a car that is no longer mine? If you say you will do something at a certain price, then do it. If not, keep your meat flap shut.
On too of this, there is no negotiation in price. At all. Every car I have purchased, even from the seedy dealers, has waste the documentation fee (bullshit for them to charge for filing the paperwork on the car you are buying from them. Some what akin to charging a conscience fee when buying something you were already buying). Again, the justification is "everyone pays that, if we gave it to you free we would have to give it to everyone free". Again, horse shit; I had been considering buying a truck from here until I heard this identify with the crowd and appeal to normalcy Daniel pink sales nonsense.
Upon having the car, oil changes takes a really long time. To top things off, this model of rogue had transmission issues (a factory defect) that we were assured were fixed. Low and behold, driving to California one day we notice the car will not change out of 3rd gear and won't go above 60. Called these clowns and asked for a service report on the transmission (fixes and flushes) before and after our purchase date. Nothing was done to the car, nor were we informed we needed a flush after 30000 miles. Luckily, we made it to ca and took it to a nissan dealer that informed us it was still under warranty. That's right, the actual dealer was better customer service than these people. When we noted this to them, the only thing that was said "well we can discuss that if you come in". Ha.... You got jokes.
Avoid at all cost; the sales schtick is still there but because they wear t shirts and don't negotiate, people believe that they are getting a decent experience. Given the opportunity, there will be issues with your purchase during and after sale. Stay away.

Just bought my car from here yesterday and it was a great experience! Very straight forward and honest when it comes to talking about your fees and pricing, everyone is super friendly and personable, Steven was my salesmen and was a big help! Family owned and it doesn't feel like your average dealership when you go there. The day we signed everything it was quick in and out was there maybe an hour tops! They had all the paper work ready when my dad and I went in (did finance app day before) by the time we were done car was detailed and ready to go! I've personally bought three cars and helped friends buy two others from these guys over the past eight years.
This is not a high pressure dealership. They let me wander around, look at stuff and periodically check on me to see if I need anything, like free bottles of water. There is nobody here in a suit chasing / harassing anyone into making a sale as fast as possible.
Their pricing is consistently lower than blue book for the vehicles that I've checked out. I can't guarantee everything on their lot is lower, but as of today, their pricing has been lower 9 out of 9 times.
Steven has helped me close on three car deals now. I really appreciate his casual, relaxed and laid back manner, all while being very professional. As I was going through the purchasing paperwork, he laid out options for warranties and such, explained the fine details and then let me make my own decisions. He never tried any 'hard sell' tactics for anything, like GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc...

A bunch of young kids working here as "sales" people... very awkward introductions. They have no concept of value and demand whether it's via KBB or recently sold in autotrader - they are terrible to work with if you are trading in your vehicle.
Maybe this is why they have so many cars stacked up and none have sold... just a tip, you may want to be reasonable and start selling cars.
68% of the vehicles on this lot have been dormant for 45+ days - wonder why.

Just bought a 2011 BMW 328i coupe today. Best car dealership Ive ever had to deal with. No annoying pesky sales people. You see something you like, they hand you the keys and you take it out for a test drive on your own. They worked with my budget and gave me a great price below book. I also added the extended warranty for 5 years or 100k. You just bring the car there and they take care of it for you if something goes wrong! It is BMW so having that will save lots of it breaks down. Highly recommend this place. Huge selection of quality cars, and they are even on the lot sorted by brand and style!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from LeSueur. Many people are suspicious - and rightfully so - of used car dealers, but LeSueur is a breed apart. First of all, it's a family-owned dealership and you really feel that from the time you walk in the door - from the classic old black & white photos on the wall to the casual matching t-shirts and shorts that everyone wears to the family resemblance you see in most everyone who works there (even Riley who's not related!).
The whole crew is very friendly, upbeat, and genuine. There are no high pressure sales tactics or manipulative negotiation strategies that are so typical of car dealerships. I felt the difference from my very first email correspondence with Kyle and that continued all the way through until I was driving off the lot in my new (to me) car.
I shopped around, did my research, and found a very good deal on a quality used vehicle at LeSueur. Find your best deal and then take it to them to see if they can match it. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised - by their selection, by their competitive pricing, and by the quality of their service.
I would not hesitate to recommend them or to return the next time I am in the market.

This is actually our second time buying a vehicle from LeSueur and after looking for months we came back to LeSueur when I decided I wanted to buy pre-owned. It has truly been the best car buying experience like the last and unlike any I have experienced before. They are transparent with their customers, family owned, hands down give the best rates, no hidden fees, and I believe offer the lowest taxes. I was so impressed by their customer service and the way Steven handled our experience. Their sincerity and thoroughness in explaining all of the details to me was very clear and easy to understand. I think one of the most difficult things you can do is buy something sight unseen. That's compounded when it is a large purchase such as a car that's not even in the same state as you. This was my situation since a fellow forum member had spotted a white 03 tdi wagon posted online and pointed me to LeSueur.
Hats off to Kyle in Sales and Levi in Service to going beyond the call of duty to please their customers. When I saw the ad, it was bare bones since they just got it in so I was calling Kyle and Levi for pics and info on the car. After I thought it was the one, I worked with Kyle ahead of time to get all of our ducks in a row before I flew out there to be efficient as much as possible. Kyle in Service had his folks look over the vehicle, did some maintenance work on it (timing belt and water pump) since it had not been done recently. Who does that? After they did that, I then requested that they drop it off at an independent shop so that I got an unbiased opinion and to double check that the car is clean and in good mechanical shape. The inde gave the car a thumbs up.
So I flew down there to pick her up. Noah was kind enough to pick me up from the airport and Riley helped me finish up the paperwork since Kyle was out. Initial reaction upon stepping into the place is that its not your average car dealership. No sales people in suits and ties trying to push a sale. Not sure if its an AZ thing, but almost everyone was in shorts and a tshirt. It was like I was on the set of Saved by The Bell. I got some suggestions as to where to get some food and I was off to drive 750 miles home to norcal.
Got a text the next day from Kyle to check in on me and to see if all was well. Let him know that everything went fine. I posted up the wagon on the forums and got a plethora of folks saying I need to get it triple checked since so many shops do timing belts wrong on these wagons. So again, forked out the money to do so with a local TDI Guru. Came back with thumbs up again.
My only semi complaint, (not any fault of LeSueur) is that AZ DMV took a while to process the title. CA state law requires that it be registered within 20 days of it entering CA. I got the title from AZ on the 22nd day. So I had to go to DMV twice (oh joy), first time to tell them I was still waiting on the title.
At this point, the wagon is all set and registered. LeSueur has been nothing short of extremely trustworthy. And I kid you not when I say I am a tough cookie to please. Thanks again LeSueur.

My wife bought her 2009 Acura RDX here a few months ago from JT Lesueur, a 24 year old guy who definitely knew his stuff. They had the car listed below anything we could even find on Craigslist, and the car was super clean. The whole atmosphere there is super laid back and casual, and we were in there less than an hour. I usually tend to only buy private party and avoid dealerships at all costs, but this one made it so easy to make the transaction that I would definitely consider them for my next vehicle and would recommend them to anyone who hates the typical dealers who make you feel like you gotta take a shower after you leave the lot. We weren't heckled or annoyed or pressured at all about anything; they let us browse as we wanted allowed us to take our time without trying to "sell" us or push us in any certain direction. They financed us through Desert Schools with an awesome rate and we are overall very pleased with the experience. We are on month 5 now with our car and one oil change (done at their service department) and have had zero issues, but if we ever need to, we will bring it here.
Also, the jams they play there over the lot speakers/office are awesome. Can I get that Pandora subscription?! Thanks guys!

I recently took my MINI Countryman to LeSeur for an oil change. I was expecting to be told my car needed "this or that" however, the only considerate suggestion given was to replace a worn right rear tire. NOTHING MORE!

It's so easy to have a bad time shopping for cars. That wasn't the case for our visit here. Regular dealers love to bully you into making a decision nownownow and shroud the truth behind puffed up numbers and sales slang.
We were referred by a friend and found some inventory online we really liked so we stopped in yesterday. We were given the freedom of test driving the cars without the salesman riding along which I liked. We found *the* car and Kyle was so helpful with getting all of our paperwork going. I most enjoyed his clear, black and white breakdown of the fees to be absorbed into the end price. Nothing was ever unclear. Most importantly, we never felt pressured once, which is such a perk for car shopping.
I was impressed by the level of professionalism and helpfulness without once coming off as overbearing. We got our car and will refer everyone here in the future!

Have never had such an easy experience buying a vehicle. Had done my homework online. My wife and I pulled into lot and there were two sales people in atrium looking out and they waved to us but did not approach us until we had been looking at cars for about 10 minutes. Ask if anything looked interesting. We had three vehicles we liked, took them all for a test drive and picked one out for the price we had targeted. Told them we had our own financing and had no pressure to use in house financing like we had faced at other places. Whole process took about 1-1.5 hours as opposed to the 5 house of total headaches at Nissan dealer on last purchase(Acura dealer took 4 hours for wife's car). Le Sueur, you have a life long customer!

Ever since a close personal friend told me of his good experience buying a used, low mileage car from LeSueur, I've been keeping an eye on their website for a similar deal. I finally found that deal last week and picked up a used low mileage mint condition Lexus ES330. I found LeSueur to be a very easy dealership to work with, none of the high pressure tactics that you hear about with bigger chain dealerships. My sales manager Riley was easy to work with and very professional. LeSueur is located on a county island which means you can save a little bit on taxes, and the fact that they've survived multiple down turns in the economy in a hidden location, and have upgraded their lot with a new building, speaks volumes about this family owned company. After searching for a new car I found the one I wanted at LeSueur. This is a dealership that I had never heard of. After a bit of research and the overwhelming positive reviews on yelp; I decided to head on down. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted. I chuckled to myself when I saw every name on the the office doors ended in LeSueur. Truly a family owned company. No pressure sales, and Steven was very upfront about the history on the car. Most people shy away from lemon law cars but they are a great buy because of price and the fact that they are refurbished from the manufacturer. The buying experience was great. There was none of the usual "used car salesman" vibe in the showroom. Paperwork was speedy and I was in and out very fast. I was also very pleased to find out they are on a county island. Which saved me about 2% in taxes.

Once again Kris and the staff at LeSueur Car Company make me ask myself, Why do I buy from anyone else!!! I have personally purchased many vehicles from Kris and his father Warren, who know just buys all the cars for his family to sell, each time the experience is nothing like buying from one of the "Stealers". You are not going to spend 4 hours dealing with buying the car, it's fast and respectful of your time.
From the minute you walk on the lot it feels like you are part of the family. There isn't going to be some weird stalker waiting for you when you step out of your car. They allow you to look at the inventory and decide what you want to see. If you aren't sure what you want, they ask you some questions and point you in the right direction. If they don't have what you want, they will find it for you from their vast connections in the industry.
LeSueur is 100% transparent on price / condition of all vehicles they sell, along with your trade in if you have one. There is no smoke and mirrors, so when you get to the "table" for the deal it's simple and honest with no "funny" number game. They want you to be 100% happy so you come back and buy again.
After the sale, the Service Dept experience will be the same as the sale. I have personally used them along with referred several people, again what can say they are just honest and do a good job. If they do make a mistake, they will make it right so you are 100% satisfied.

Hands down the best place I've been for car repair. People at LaSueur are friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable. I have a second-hand tricked-out Mini Cooper S and we are in the process of de-modifying it to make it safer.
I don't know much about cars, and most times the mechanics didn't bother to explain to me the charges and the reason behind them (or at least they remained a mystery to us after we left the shop). So I feel an almost inherent distrust towards car shops.
A woman I met in the light rail park-and-ride garage who owns a gorgeous yellow mini recommended this place to me. We made an appointment with LaSueur to put on new wheels and balance it. My husband visited the place the day before the appointment and told me I would love this place -- he told me it feels very different.
Surely it is different, in a very good way! It's a true Mini's heaven. I don't think I have seen so many used Minis in such good conditions at a second-hand dealership.
But what really impresses me is the service I got on my baby car. The mechanics came out a number of times during the wheel change and explained to us what he would be doing every step along the way, and walked my husband through it. He also came out and asked for approval of an additional charge when he found out some beam must be replaced. In the end, we were given a diagram that compared how the car was balanced before and after. I've surely never seen this much data on my car anywhere else!
The car drives so much more smoothly after the balance and the new wheel. The balancing is only $75 (and they didn't charge me for putting on the wheels). I feel it is a seriously honest place where I can trust my car in good hands. My husband is thinking of bringing his VW R32 here from Tucson for balancing too.
LaSueur has won me over! We would do more work on my mini, and this would be the place for me to go!

Highly recommended!!! After being quoted what seemed like a pretty high price for a belt change in my VW, I called Lesueur and they quoted me $120 less than Midas! They told me to bring it right in and they would get me in right away! Thanks so much guys!! I have not purchased from LeSueur I was looking. They seemed to have good deals, and a great story. The sales guy was very nice and helpful. My wife and I drove a car for about half an hour and the only problem was a very weird wobble going around a freeway to freeway transition. It was definitely something not right with the car. I asked them to check into it because otherwise we really liked the car but the wobble was scary. They could not find anything wrong. It was in looking around at other dealerships that I found a yellow flag. Check the carfax for cars at LeSueur, Make sure of this because several of the cars, including the one I drove, are marked as "manufacturer buyback: Lemon". It's up to you to find this out, they do list the carfax on the web site so it's easy and they aren't trying to hide anything but definitely beware.
Since writing this I got a very nice call from the salesman assuring me that if we had gone further down the path this would have been disclosed to me. I definitely believe that, we were very early in the sales process and as I said in the original message they didn't try to hide it, they just hadn't brought it up yet. I stand by that you, as a buyer, should make sure you check that carfax report. But I totally believe LeSueur would not have you buy a car without full disclosure.
Incidentally they have many cars on the lot that looked really good and were not buy backs.

Friendly family owned lot, good selection with fair prices. Overall we are satisfied with the price we paid for our new vehicle and what we got for our old vehicle. Low pressure, the offered us the usually add-on such as warranty, the price for was fair and unlike most they list what is covered in writing and not just lip service. We did not feel any pressure to purchase these add-ons. I would buy from them again.

The day the the final papers were signed we noticed that the drivers window switch would not operate any of the other windows. We had an appointment for the lot to install a part that was missing anyway so we informed the lot of the issue and they said to bring it in. They told us the switch needed replaced and they would talk to kris to see if they would cover it.
Well kris never called back to discuss it and it turns out it did not need the switch, it needed re-programed. The dealership had either replaced or disconnected the battery and the switch needed to relearn the auto up and down. Took 5 min to do, if the dealership had replaced it a new switch costs 450 from Toyota. And who knows if they would have charged us because kris never called back.
Looks like they take their time following up once they have your money and their service guy should spend more time solving issues instead of just throwing parts at it. Being nice only taking away 2 stars.

They finally got in touch with us and took care of the issue, i will be nice and give the stars back.

I have called LaSuer motors 4 different times in the last 3 months regarding buying a car. They never return phone calls. I did speak to the manager today . His name is Kris. I told him about my dissatifaction with the customer server at LaSuer. He dismissed my feedback and told me that the salesperson I have dealt with is a good salesperson. I then asked for a quote on a car they have in stock. He gave me the list price. I mentioned that I found the same car elsewhere for less. He told me that I should buy it elsewhere. He gave me a low price to trade my car in. He is not someone I would have hired as a manger for my store. I am sure that 'other potential customers have had the same experience. He definately lost my business just by talking to him over the phone. He is in no way professional. He must have so much business that he does not need anymore so he can afford to be rude. There are many others wonderful dealers in Phoenix who would love to earn my business.

Deceptive deals, bait and switch, STAY AWAY!!!
A few years ago, when my car was totaled, I came upon them for what seemed like a good deal. After negotiations I thought we had settled on a good deal. They even promised to work with my credit union to process the loan. Because of the deal, Iwas elated and stopped looking elsewhere. But when I went back to sign papers and take ownership of the car, I noticed that the amount was much higher (few hundreds) than agreed upon by them. On questioning, they said that was the case since they had processed the loan. The extra amount was not listed as doc fees (which was separate), but as principal. When I went in I told them I was taking a credit union loan and they did not have to do much.
Moral of the story: STAY AWAY!

I have never bought a car sight unseen before, and if it wasn't for the confidence I had after talking with Kris Le Suer on the phone, I would not have gotten on a plane. After the event, and the few days of driving my new car, I am even more pleased with my experience at Le Suer. I had been to new VW dealerships here in CA and gotten the total run-around, so when I found this family run operation, I was thrilled.

Their service is excellent, their prices are better than any other dealership I've visited (and I've compared both new and used cars and trade in values on three different car purchases). I keep going back to LeSueur Car Company. These guys get it and I appreciate that.
They have a large inventory of used cars that are in excellent condition. They can also get you any new car that isn't a dealer exclusive purchase. We bought a new Honda in 2008 from LeSueur's. We shopped around on this and LeSueur's car company beat two local Honda dealers straight up on the price of the new Honda and on my trade in. That made it a very easy decision. Add in the fact that the actual purchase transaction took less than an hour (from driving the old car into the lot to driving the new car out of the lot) and I'm a netpromoter for LeSueur's Car Company.

I felt compelled to write a review for Kris and LeSueur even though I haven't even purchased a car yet!!!
Kris as been working with me for the past few weeks in search of a the right vehicle, and I must say that his patience and hassle-free customer service should be the bar all automotive salesmen are measured up to! By helping me with vehicle background checks, and answering all my questions I have to say this has been the most positive vehicle related experience I've had and this will be the fourth vehicle I purchase. I've been considering purchasing this car from out of state as I am from California and this dealership is in Arizona, but Kris's customer service has made this research and preparation process so much easier! Kris and his team shifted my paradigm of what I believed to be a car buying experience. Flexible, non stressful, patience, huge variety of cars to see ( you don't need to go from dealership to dealership) they pretty much have it all. I drove over 12 cars in 2 days and decided on a 2012 VW CC with 450 miles on it. Great $$ deal and Great car. Got a brand new car without paying the brand new price. 2nd, you don't feel the slimy, needy, pushy energy you get from most dealerships. Nothing shocking here..yet another 5 star review. We purchased a used VW Tiguan from LeSuer around the early part of 2014. The service before, during, and after was exemplary. I hope to get into the business in a year or so, and this family owned dealership would be my role model. I am an extremely busy businessman, and my wife bought the car on her own.. the brakes were grinding after purchased and not acting normal (the car stopped fine but it was an abnormal sound).. I didn't know where she bought the car and I was very nervous as the deal was already complete, and the car was used. LeSueur replaced all of the brake rotors and pads at THEIR EXPENSE no questions asked, as they were not covered under warranty, and MUCH MORE. WOW. At no time after initially contacting them did we ever feel nervous about being stuck with a problem vehicle. Thank you SO MUCH for standing behind something that you sold. Mark my words, when it comes time to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling Kris LeSueur. I salute you and your family, it is hard to maintain a top notch reputation like this on Yelp!

So I just purchased a vechicle from here and by far was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. Ryan Biggs was a great sales rep and answered my questions straight and to the point. He gave me fair pricing and in this time and age fair is always good. I will reccommend everyone I know to go here and if they can remember my recommendation for Ryan then I'm sure it'll make for even a better experience. Though I only had a chance to converse with Ryan, the whole office puts off a good aura. Not a sales oriented aura but a actual pleasant shopping experience. I bought my vehicle on need and didn't have the time to get everything prepped but Ryan offered to correct what wasn't prepared ahead of time which shows me that they care. Honestly the experience was like nothing I've never had and it was in a sense liberating. I did a little research and found great reviews and was not disappointed!
If and when I need service on my VW Jetta TDI I'll be venturing back or if I need another vehicle. You can defintely tell its a family environment and overall was an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks again!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a Passat. Our salesperson was Ryan. I must say, it was a very low-pressure environment. The transaction went smoothly, and Ryan answered and addressed every concern we had. We are very happy with our vehicle purchase. The only reason I didn't give LeSueur 5 stars was because I still believe our trade-in was worth more than what we were offered. However, the difference wasn't so much that it was a "deal-breaker." If you HATE the typical car buying "experience" (back and forth on numbers, feeling used, not sure if you got ripped off when you leave etc)....LeSueur is the place for you.
My husband and I were looking to trade in my convertible for a more family friendly car due to the recent arrival of our son. We went into LeSueur because my father and sister also had good experiences with them buying VW's.
From the time we walked in the door to the time we drove away in our new car, we were literally treated like friends or family and were treated fairly and we got a good deal on our new car. When was the last time you had a casual friendly conversation with a car salesman about family, babies and life in general?
The main reasons why we will come back when we need to upgrade to a larger car (ugh, the mini-van or 3rd row SUV) are because we were treated like we mattered and that our business and money was valued. I hate when you go to a dealership and you feel like you have to work and beg...when YOU are the customer! We were thanked multiple times for our business and were treated well.
It's about time a car dealership like this exists. We're happy to have purchased our car from them :)

LeSueur Car Company is hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to. It is family owned and that makes the atmosphere laid back and welcoming! I just recently bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and it looked exactly like it did on-line. Their prices are fair, the service is great and they don't try to screw you with stupid fees and overpriced cars. Ryan Biggs sold me my car and he has been the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He answered all my questions and didn't try to trick me into anything.

I was in need of a newer car and terribly afraid of going to a dealership. So after much research and talking to a couple salesmen on the phone I was starting to panic. I decided to check Yelp. I found LeSueur to have more good reviews than bad so I checked their website, found a car I liked and gave them a call. I believe it was Steve who answered and he was pretty casual about selling cars and invited me over to try out the car I was interested in. He didn't sound like a salesman at all which totally impressed me as I was so nervous to step onto a car lot.
When I arrived he greeted me and showed me a few cars and let me look around on my own. I was able to test drive them alone which was great. I chose a car in my price range and he even got me a better interest rate than my own bank offered me, they took my old clunker off my hands and I feel I got a great car that I love for a great deal. I didn't feel trapped or pressured like I've heard from other people's horror stories with buying a car. I don't like to haggle but it wasn't necessary since they have good prices as I have verified by looking up the fair market value of the car I purchased. The transaction was pretty quick and easy. While I was there, I learned that they are a family business, and they've been operating locally for over 30 years. I'll totally buy my next car from them and recommend them to my friends and family.

Picked up a 2012 Kia Soul today from this place. I had originally shopped online since I live out of town and was picking a car with the help of James Lesueur over the phone. The car is perfect for what we need it for (its for our company) it was in perfect condition and had been expertly detailed. When we took it for a quick test drive I noticed the gas was low and made a mental note to get gas before heading out of town. Well we got the paperwork done in record time, 1 hour, James was meticulous in checking everything and when I went back out to leave they had filled the gas tank for me!!! This was the icing on the cake. Not only is this family owned shop a great place to buy from all the men working there are good looking! Not that this matters at all in buying a car but it sure doesn't hurt. I got a great deal and had a good time and next time we need a car we will head here first. They have a state of the art facility and a great website too.

On the basis of a friend's recommendation, I was going to take my car to be serviced here. I made an appointment a week in advance, and the person I talked with told me to arrive when they opened at 8:00 AM to ensure I would get my car back the same day. I arrived right at 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment. To my great surprise, the business was completely closed and locked up. I called their number and got an answering machine on which I left a message informing them I had an appointment. I waited an additional 15 minutes and decided to leave. Around 9:00 AM, I got a call from someone named Sean. He offered no apology, but he did promise me I could take my car in anytime. It was an easy decision to go somewhere else.

If you want a no pressure, no haggling car experience, LeSueur is a great place to go. You can browse without being harrassed or pressured and you can test drive the car without the akwardness of the salesperson being in the car with you. The staff is all friendly and down to earth. There is no high pressure sales here. They price the cars fairly and let the car and price do all the work. The one down side to this establishment is the office space and forget about using the bathroom, which is why I can give them five stars. My understanding is a new building is a couple months away from completion, which will make this a five star establishment. I have bought two cars here and I am sure I will be back to buy again. If you think that buying a quality used car is scary, then you haven't been to LeSueur Car Company in Tempe. The LeSueur family (and they are a family) have refined the process after 34 years in the business into a pleasurable activity by removing all of the pressure and "sales talk" that is evident at most car dealerships. They've made it fun.
I felt like I was buying a car from a trusted family member.
They were very accommodating to my budget and my requirements, offering model suggestions and price discounts. Plus, all of their cars are expertly serviced both before and after sale by a knowledgeable and friendly service staff who take pride in their work. I cannot imagine why anyone would buy a car anywhere else other than LeSueur Car Company.

All of the cars we looked at still had a manufacture warranty. The cars here are practically new and for a better price than you could find at any name brand dealer. Doc fees are reasonable and the staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. If you are shopping for a vehicle you should definitely stop by and take a few for a test drive, get all your questions answered upfront, and find a better way to buy a vehicle.

What you'll get at LeSueur: -A quality vehicle -A good deal / fair price -Competitive financing -A relaxed environment -Excellent service -Minimal hassle -90% less dealer 'tactics' and BS compared to most other dealers. What you won't get at LeSueur: -A totally killer deal -An education on the pros and cons of 'buyback' vehicles. Price-wise, I could have done just as well at a lot of other dealers, or better from a private seller. But if you want to avoid the hassle and the unknowns that come with a private seller, and cut out the wasted time and annoying tactics you have to endure at most dealerships - LeSueur is a great choice to find a reasonable middle-price on a quality vehicle, and come away with a positive buying experience. Note that some of LeSueur's vehicles are "Manufacturer Buybacks", so if you want one of those you should educate yourself on the pros and cons of that choice before you go to buy. I'm going to keep the car I bought for a looong time, so I didn't care about the downsides of a 'buyback/lemon' black mark on the title. The 'pro' side of a buyback car is that you can get a vehicle that's basically still new, at an used price. On the 'con' side, if you expect to trade-in or sell the vehicle, note that because the title isn't a 'clean title' and CarFax reports the buyback status, private buyers will be wary, some lenders won't finance it, and it will lower the potential trade-in value. The bottom line is that I will recommend LeSueur to friends and family. You probably can't find better service anywhere else. And the next time I need a car, LeSueur will be the first place I look, and will probably also end up being the last place I look.

Wow!! what an amazing family owned and operated car dealership! The LeSueur Car Company is absolutely wonderful. They are both professional and laid back enough for a sales/ client relationship to evolve naturally - not forced or feel fake like the experiences I was having with the larger dealerships who were selling new and used cars. I had been looking for a crossover car/suv for the past two weeks to replace my smaller low clearance vehicle that I had for the last 10 years. There was no pressure to purchase at anytime and each employee that I dealt with ( Steven LeSueur (and Chrisitan Stowe who test drove with me) were extremely helpful, patient, and I felt- had my best interest in mind when purchasing my new(used) vehicle.
