These guys are awesome. I've worked across the street at Uhaul for three years and today I brought my truck in for a transmission leak. They fixed it in 15 minutes and at a more than reasonable cost. I recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend the Works Garage. I have had a hard time over the years. As a woman I was often overcharged for work done on my car. Example $200 for brakes. When my wife's car acted up, they fixed it at a reasonable cost. When my windows got stuck down in the Yuma summer with two kids in the car, they fixed it for free. This place is staffed by genuinely decent amazing folks and is the only place in town I go for repairs.

I highly recommend Bill's Garage Works! You can find a lot of places that "could" repair & maintain your vehicle; but finding someone you can trust, prices fairly and will go the extra step to take care of you is difficult! Bill has all of this.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Garage Works! After only being in Yuma for a year, it is SUCH a relief and joy to find a reliable mechanic. I thought our issue would take days, and it only took overnight (a HUGE blessing when we are a one-car family). We had many issues taken care of, one of which involved fixing the a/c , and after getting our car back - our a/c has never worked better. Our kids in the back are VERY grateful (as before this, the cool air never seemed to be enough to reach the back.) And an added bonus? It works so great, I'm seriously considering throwing out my blow dryer and just letting the cool air dry my hair on the drive... :D Definitely going to be our "go to" guys in Yuma. Thank you!

Awesome mechanic! He's helped us out in a pinch and didn't take advantage. This was especially important b/c our car needed major work right before we traveled home for Christmas. The dealer was going to charge us $2000, we paid a fraction of the cost.

I am so indebted to these guys! I was on a road trip from out of state and found myself in a car accident. The front of the car was hanging off and I needed a quick fix to allow me back on the road to get home. These guys were about to close up for the day but agreed to take a look.
I can't believe how nice and helpful they were. After a quick 15min I was on my way and they didn't even charge me for their zip tie fix haha
Not the usual mechanics who just take advantage and rip you off.

I took my mother-in-laws 2002 Impala here to deal with a problem with the AC. I dealt with the owner, Bill.
He was very helpful and thoroughly trouble shooted the possible causes and narrowed it down to the control unit.
He only charged me $45 to replace the control unit, plus the cost of the parts from the dealer.
I believe Bill is an honest business owner and I feel I could reccomend him to a friend. If your car needs service and it is out of warranty, go to Bill at The Garage Works.
I disagree with Viany's review. She is dealing with an interlock device, which is designed to disable the car unless you can pass a breathalizer test. These are required when someone is convicted of a DUI. I think Viany has other issues she is dealing with.

This is the worst service ever; they don't help you and they take advantage of people's situation. I get my interlock services there and they are very inaccessible, the devices they use are very old and cheap and won't help you if it stops working; they'll automatically blame it on your car. They made me buy a new battery before they actually checked what was wrong with it. As I suspected, it had nothing to do with my battery.
Overall, there is no costumer service when it comes to the interlock services.
