Great Customer Service!

My car looked and drove brand new when I picked it up.\r It was clean on the inside as well as the outside. I got it back when they said I would, great job!

One of the best places we have ever used! They treated me like family, called every week, answered questions and gave me a box of chocolates when I picked up my car for Christmas. They did a wonderful job with our car. Thank you for all of your hard work and help. You all are more than just a collision shop :) faith in humanity restored!

WARNING! Do not use this establishment. I brought my Camaro in for some front end and side panel work. They were pleasant people, however the workmanship was very poor. The paint work was wavy, paint began to flake 1 year later, and the Front Bumper cover began coming unfastened. When confronted, they gave excuses to why it wasn't their fault and would not honor warranty. Stay away!

I am a auto body repair techni...

I am a auto body repair technician but work at another shop. My sister recently was in a major accident, thankfully she was ok but had over 16k in damage to her brand new Fusion. I was kind of mad at her for letting her insurance company direct her to this shop. Looking for the "i told you so" I inspected the damage before and after the repair. Not only was it done in three weeks, they gave her a free rental car and the repairs are perfect. The parts fit right, paint work is beautiful and it drives like a new car. I really looked to find something wrong and it simply wasn't there. This is a well run facility that does great work and fast.

My car looked new!

After my wreck I thought my car might not ever be right again. When I got it back from Collision Craftsmen it look and drove like brand new! I could not be more pleased with the excellent service and first rate repair. If you are looking for a great collision repair shop these are the guys.

I have gone to this place a couple of times and never had an issue until now. Pam and Marco are always busy so don't expect them to follow up with you if they tell you they will call you back. If fact you should be ready to call them back. My 2009 BMW had some minor work done to the hood and when I got it back I had to adjust the radiator fluid level due to them changing out the support all. As soon as my mechanic and I shut the hood of the car we noticed the hood insulation pad was missing. I bought the car certified used less than a year ago and because there is no picture of it being on the hood now I am left on the hook for 100$ to replace the part myself. The work that was done was fine, but the customer service and sorry you're out of luck I got on the phone from a company making great money over a 100$ part is what really set me off. They use the excuse we are so busy we don't have time to pay attention to our customers we don't really care about. If you have other options I would advise to choose the alternate route, once you're in the door they have you by the balls.

This shop seemed good at first, but when they make a mistake it will not be accounted for! This is a preferred shop for Frankenmuth Insurance, which is supposed to mean a more direct streamlined process to get your vehicle repaired. I came in on 8/8/13 to start the process of getting my 2011 Mustang fixed. I gave the receptionist,Pam, my insurance information and they took photos of the vehicle. When I gave her the claim number, she stated that it didn't look like a claim number she has seen from that insurance company. I told her that is what I was given, so she can contact them if she has questions. They printed out the estimate and said I will be hearing back from them once the parts come in, then I can bring the Mustang in for repair. I left feeling good about the shop and had no issues. They had to order a rear quarter panel, so I figured it could take a week or 2 to get since it is not a common part. I was patient until the 3rd week when I called them back and asked for a status on the parts. The receptionist, Pam, said there are no parts on order because they never got a claim number from me. I argued with her for a bit and herself along with her manager denied any responsibility for this. She asked me why I waited 3 weeks to call her back and my reply was why didn't I get a call from you, lol! I was very upset since I haven't driven my summer only Mustang in 4 weeks now since the mirror is dangling. I tried to work with them and asked them for their mistake if they would fix the dings on top of my roof($150 estimate from their dent person) and Pam laughed at me. You would think to save a $2600 job, they would be willing to spend $150 for their mistake! She offered to LET me bring my car in that day, as if that was somehow going to make up for the lost 3 weeks. That's ok, I am going somewhere else so I can save them the bother of making a measly $2450. They are so busy they don't need the business, but if they keep this up that will change with online reviews like this one. Businesses can't get away with bad service anymore for too long with online communities and social networking. This place has a ridiculous sense of customer service. Just know if you go here, it will be up to you to follow up with them even if you think things are all set. You will have to ask them if they ordered parts, started service, and maybe even when your car is done!
