After my truck was stolen I took my truck there due that I had allstate and these place did work for them, they had to paint the rear door. My truck took like 5 months to be ready when I finally got my truck back its the interior wad dirty. They didn't fix it right the truck steering wheel w add off. They put different interior parts they didn't match the original parts these place its a joke the paint in the rear door started to peel off and when I complaint about the paint they told me that the paint job wasn't theirs they didnt do nothing about it I would never go back stay away.

My car was keyed all around at Cabela's (we assume randomly) and we have GEICO insurance. Unable to find recommendation for body shop, we chose this place because they have on-site GEICO rep and "priority" treatment, also great reviews on Yelp & Google. I had to wait for about 2 hours to estimate (not entirely the shop's fault, it just the GEICO's agent poor time management) and he said that it will take about a week. I decided to drop it off first thing in the morning the following Monday in bid to get full 6 days of work on it. So, third day the tech in charge (I forgot his name) update us with the progress, he said it should be finished as scheduled. It was not finished on the 7th day (Monday the following week), he said there delays because of manpower, he estimated it will be ready on Wednesday, but no guarantee. Guess what? The car still not ready. He said he will try to finish it by Friday, oh no, Siree! It was not done. So the following Monday I tried to contact him a couple of times, no call backs. After being delayed 3 times, I decided to escalate the issue with his manager, Peter, he apologized and said he will make sure the car is done by tomorrow morning, he discounted our copay for the inconvenience. My husband finally took over and called the next day, the tech said the car will not be ready until after 1pm. You would think with all the great reviews, they will be more professional than this. We finally got the car around 2pm, it was so hot outside, we only did simple check on it. The paint was great, you can't tell the scratches anymore.
HOWEVER, when we got home we noticed some of their finishing work is lacking, we found what looks like a black tar spots in the back (not sure what it was), one on the plastic interior by the back window and one on the felt lining on the back side of the car (we can't get rid off this one), there was pieces of tapes near the wheel that was not removed properly after they are done, loose screws on one of the windows guard, the window stripping was not properly placed (they are not flushed to the glass window), and now whenever we roll down the front window there is a sound that used to not be there.
So with the poor finishing job and the 2.5 weeks wait time, let's just say, this is our first and last business with them.

ICC is absolutely amazing! I had never been in an accident before and I was stressed about the process. I had a million questions and they were so patient with me!
