I decided to drive from Buford to Alpharetta based on the great reviews David has received.
From the moment I arrived till I left, he has been very professional, patient and friendly. His shop is spotless! I have a 2012 BMW 328i that has 3 dings. He was honest in telling me that 2 of the 3 can't be removed because of the location and thickness of the metal, but he removed the one on my hood which cut thru my 3M bra (thank goodness for the 3m!).
Afterwards, you can't tell there was ever a ding. To even more of my surprise, he didn't charge me for the small ding on my hood since I drove all the way from the Mall of Georgia area and it was rather small. I must say, I'm grateful for his generosity and professionalism. I highly recommend David because not only he does great work, but he's a good person which you don't find that combination these days anymore.

I first worked with David over 15 years ago when he performed his magic on my Pontiac Grand Am GT. I was so excited to see that he was still in business and still working wonders on cars. He did just that today as he removed several dings from my 2015 Chrysler 300. I came in at about 11am and was out by 11:30. The best news the door looks likes new and I can't even tell where the dings were previously. PLus the price was EXCELLENT!!!! This guy is a lifesaver for all of those people who are kind of OCD when it comes to their cars, like me. Excellent work David and I will see you in a week when I bring in my wife's Range Rover.

Excellent work. I took in my Jaguar F-Type which had a dent on the hood as a result of a tree shedding a large twig on my car. The car looks like new - can't tell it had been dented. Superb work. Highly recommend David. You can tell he is a master technician/artist and his work is absolutely flawless.
Also David (the owner) is super nice. I had a phone call with guys from work and he let me hang around with no rushing even after the car was done so I could finish the call. He offered me a soda and had a nice waiting room with wifi.

Well folks, the proof is in the pudding (photos). I am highly impressed. After seeking out several estimates from body shops & dealers in the inter city, many of whom are way overpriced. Not to mention the price of a new bumper is 800+ (not including labor) for my car. Google lead me to David and I'm so glad it did.
I texted him photos of my damage, he gave me a quote and I made an appointment all in about 10mins. Showed up to his facility and he immediately got to work, the whole process including payment took less than 30mins! He was extremely professional and knowledge. He's not kidding when he says his place/equipment is state of the art, the place is spotless.
Don't hesitate to get your repairs done here. Prices are very reasonable and he knows what he's doing. Not mention the complimentary drinks while you wait in first class airplane seats.

I had a great experience taking my car here! I had a small ding in my rear car door that got completely taken care of. The owner David was very nice and professional and the process was quick. I had been thinking of buying one of those suction cup kits and trying it myself but after watching the process this morning I'm glad I didn't attempt that! I would highly recommend this place!

What is it about a new car that attracts trouble? My POS highlander that I had for years never had any scratches or dents, but I buy a brand new car and all of the sudden I have people opening car doors into it, etc. I wanted to get rid of the obvious dents so it can look a bit more "new car-ish". I'm sure it's going to get hit again, but hopefully not for awhile.
I called D&D to ask around how much it would run. He gave me a ballpark estimate, but said I could come in for a free estimate which would be more accurate so I made an appointment. He was waiting for me when I arrived, immediately looked the car over, and told me he could do both dents for $150. One was pretty deep and the other was close to the edge of the car door which meant he couldn't get the dent fully out. He told me this after giving me the estimate, but I still chose to have him try. He said it would look about 70% better. I personally think it's more like 80%. The other dent is completely gone. David worked quickly and there was a nice personal seating area to wait in with free coffee, tea, and soft drinks. He even had milk for my tea.
I always thought that spending money to remove dents seemed ridiculous, but now that I have a fresh new whip I want to keep it looking classy (with a K) for as long as possible. If I get any more dents (let's hope not) I will be sure to head back to Dents and Dings for David's expertise.

I brought in my 2014 BMW 328i with 1-1.5" diameter dents at the front fender, driver's side passenger door, and rear fender. David (owner) was extremely helpful in explaining what was required to repair the dents and what to expect. One of the dents was very minor, so he did that one for free and gave me a great deal on the other two dents, even though he should've charged me more. The end result was nearly flawless! Now, I don't have to worry about noticing any unsightly door dents on the car.
I'm thinking about possibly bringing in my 2nd car in for repair as well. I'd recommend bringing your car here first before talking to a body shop if the dent is not major and doesn't require repainting. David is very friendly and has over 20+ years of experience in the business.

One of the only 5 star reviews I can say that I got the complete package: quality, price, and an owner that knows his stuff backwards and forwards. I brought my 2013 dodge charger in for an appointment-- 5 small dings on 3 different panels. He provided me a quote that blew 2 other ones out of the water. His shop is in a nice, clean office building. I came in the morning, setup shop in his 'waiting' room, got wifi going and a hot cup of coffee (free), and spent some time hovering over David to watch him do his work. I was nothing short of amazed at how skillfully he took each ding out. He is a true master and shared with me how we sculpts each dent out with simple tools. In less than 60 minutes he was done and each ding was 100% gone. I'm a pain in the butt customer and even moreso extremely picky about my car and this man got it perfect the first time. Zero issues. He knocked out 1 extra ding that I didn't even notice at no extra cost. I gave him a cash tip (and you should too if you love the results!) and drove out extremely happy. I'm taking every car I ever get dings on to this man, hoping he never retires!!

I took my Lexus for removing a dent caused by a shopping cart. I chose to go to this place after reading the reviews on line. I am glad I went there. David is a very competent & a nice technical guy. He greeted me pleasantly and told me what he can & cant do and sure enough he fixed the problem while I was having a warm cup of coffee! His job was excellent and his price very reasonable - almost half of what others had quoted. Anyone needing to fix a dent I suggest first visit Dave to get a honest review.

I usually don't write a review on Yelp, but I really satisfied with David and his service, so I am leaving one. I made an appointment via phone, and visited the location (you need to go inside of the mall after you arrive to the address) around my lunch hour. I have visited several body shops to get quotes previously. They usually recommend me to just let dents as they are (since they weren't very cheap to repair, and weren't really that bad - I had one (pretty noticeable) on each right and left doors, and one on a hood), or quoted me more than 200 bucks PER dent.
I found David on Google and Yelp, and I honestly didn't expect much, but the service was PHENOMENAL! He removed dents within 40 minutes, and also charged less than 180 bucks for ALL THREE panels! He also kindly provided some free drinks, and explained details of his work. Dents are now all gone!
I will definitely visit him if I have any dents. Thank you, David! :)

David is extremely experienced when it comes to dent removal. He's very patient, and he explains along the way during the repair. The shop is extremely clean and professional. I have already visited David twice during the past 6 months. David treats his customers with respect, and he truly cares about his customers. I had 4 dents removed in total from my E92 M3, and David did a perfect job on all of them! Btw, free soda and coffee as well! Give David a visit before you visit a body shop! David does magic on cars!

Great Customer Service!! Called on a Saturday to inquire about services provided... Saturday's is by appointment only...Owner said he was all booked up for the day. Owner asked how big was my Ding, advised about a Nickel sized Ding on the passenger back door... Owner asked, if I could be at the business in 30mins, he would make himself available before his first appointment.
I was in and out within 30mins! Very appreciative for the owner to see me without a scheduled appointment.. Owner also provided me with an online coupon which
saved me money! Work performed was
flawless. Will refer all Family and Friends to Dents&Dings.

The customer service was light years beyond my expectations, as I wasn't expecting anything on the level of a 5-star hotel. David should teach a course in customer service as he was very attentive, from the initial phone call to post car walk-through. This was worth the 30 minute drive and I saved quite a bit compared to other quotes I received from closer dent repair shops.
He was gracious enough to offer drinks, the waiting room had Wi-fi for me to perform some extra work, and he's just a friendly, genuine all-around guy good guy who cares about you, the customer.
From my conversation with him, it appears that he's been in the industry for a few decades, as it was demonstrated by his in-depth knowledge and experience.

David was phenom!!! He was able to set up an appointment the same day, assess the damage and complete the work. His facility is clean and he offers a waiting room while the work is completed. All in all, the work was done in less than 40 minutes!! David is professional and honest about what he does.
The cost was reasonable and I will tell ALLY that he is a hidden gem for life's "little dings and dents."

I am in the process of selling my car which has accumulated several "dents & dings" over the years that I wanted to take care of in a timely manner. I will admit this is my first review, but feel that David merits every bit of the time and effort that's going into this review. Not only did he restore my car to perfection, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this artist at work. I was in and out in no more than an hour with a total of 8 very noticeable dings - unbelievable! Not to mention, the price is beyond fair. I'm fortunate enough to work within 10 minutes of his shop which will be seeing both my vehicles and many referrals.

Hard to find if you are following GPS. Address is correct, but its the 3rd building (on your right when you enter) in the back when you turn left. Last business on the left with their sign on the door and car advertisement.
But don't let me scare you there! My Honda Civic had a dent above the passenger side tire from an accident. The Honda dealership wanted to charge me close to $900 for it in terms of replacing the headlight, tire, repainting, and replacing the fender. I was like what??? There is nothing wrong with them, just that dent pushed in. So, I looked around on Yelp and saw this business with five stars. Boy, I am so glad I went here. David did an amazing job on my car. Looks brand new! And it did not cost a lot. About half what the dealership wanted to charge me. Very reasonable pricing! The bonus was the amount of time he spent on it. Usually, you have to leave your car there for a couple of hours. It only took him 45 minutes to complete it. Very high recommendation for this location! David is the guy to fix dents & dings!! I have never left a review on Yelp before, but felt compelled after going to see David at Dents & Dings. I had lease on an Infiniti that was coming to maturity, and three weeks before it was due I came out of Costco to find a large dent in its rear quarter panel. After going to a body shop nearby and getting a quote for $800, I decided to shop around a little bit.
Luckily I came across this Yelp page and decided to reach out to David. I sent him a few pictures of the damage and he called me and we set up an appointment for the next day. When I showed up, he told me it would be something he could handle. Thirty minutes and $150 later, it was like it never even happened. He even touched up a ding from a shopping cart just as an added bonus. Can't say enough good things; nice guy who does great work. Thanks again, David.

WOW! David is the best. He is honest, kind and extremely talented! I had an awkward, slice-like dent that was in a weird spot above my car door handle - I did not think anyone could repair it to my standards. David not only fixed it, but also fixed another spot he saw "just because" I am really impressed with David/Dents & Dings. His pristine indoor facility allows him to work on your car in any weather, there is also a super comfortable waiting area, which makes it even better. His prices are more than fair and his customer service is outstanding. I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Trust me, this place is the best!

I had 5 dents that needed to be repaired on my Dodge Challenger...a couple on the doors and 3 on the rear quarter panels. I took it in for a quote to Dents & Dings and David took a look and quoted me half of what other paintless dent repair services were trying to charge me! David was able to fix them in 45 minutes and did a fantastic job. I can't even tell that there were any dents there in the first place. I highly recommend him and will most likely be returning to him when the next idiot hits my car with their door.

David delivered on a quality job and provided quality service with exceptional professionalism. I am very pleased with his work as everyone knows this type of repair involves more art than science. I came to Dave with about a 12-14inch door crease that was fairly bad. After texting him several pictures for his review, he thought he might be able to help me. I show up for my appointment and David is waiting inside the bay area . He makes an up close analysis and then explains to me in detail everything he's capable of doing to fix the crease and how much it will cost. My repair was $140. About an hour later the door looks like the accident never happened. Big savings compared to what an auto body shop could have charged me. Easily $1100 or better. Professional, courteous and punctual. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends.

Female/Asian/Driver. That is the trifecta of dents & dings in case you didn't know.
Of course I went to Yelp! to see if I could find a company to help me ease the anguish I experienced every time I had to open the driver side door to my 2013 Brand New Lexus Hybrid RX450h. I decided to take my car to David and Dents & Dings. His shop is a drive for me, but I have to say it was WELL WORTH IT. The shop itself is impeccably organized and clean. Imagine that! a Clean Auto Body shop! He walked out as I pulled up. Between setting up the appointment and getting there, I actually discovered some other "issues" with my car and David totally gave me a deal to fix everything. I forgot to bring my touch up paint and he ended up putting a clear coat on the repair areas and told me not to do it myself and to just stop by next time I was in the neighborhood and he would apply the paint. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to deal with someone like David who truly understands what customer service and pride in your work means. I've recommended him to everyone. Dents & Dings is truly as good as it gets.

It was almost 7 pm on July 3rd, I made a quite big dent and a few scratches on my brand new Acura MDX. I immediately researched dent shops in town and found David's Dents and Dings. I texted a few pics and a brief message thinking no one would be working at 7 pm on July 3. But I got reply from David right away and was able to make an appointment right then. He looked at my car @ 8:40 am on July 5th and fixed it by 9:40 am. My car looks brand new again! Thank you so much!

David is a very friendly guy. He was able to fit me in on the same day I called him and he did a great job. I had a dent on my door that was behind the side impact bar so he had to work the dent out from the outside. He warned me that it might not come completely out because he couldn't get behind the panel but he still did an amazing job! I will use him again in the future.

I got a quote from a mobile service that had good reviews here. It sounded high. So I had my wife take the vehicle to Dents and Dings. David fixed the fender ding so well I could not see where it used to be. I thought the paint was chipped, but somehow he fixed that, too. And the cost was about 25% less than the quote from the mobile guy--well worth having my wife drive to Alpharetta! I will use again (my truck has a ding where a walnut fell on the hood) and highly recommend!

I took my car to David and Dents & Dings this morning. One of the nicest people I have ever met. He is quick and knows exactly what he is doing. My 2014 Honda accord has a fender dent, light scratches and small chip. He not only fixed the dent but also said that if I got the touch up paint he would cover up the chip. Sure enough, I left to the Honda dealer on hwy 9 and came back 30 mins later and he applied it . He also polished the area with light scratches. The car looks brand new again. He offered coffee, milk, water and Soda as courtesy. Highly recommended and will go out of his way to help out.

David is a true pro. I recently purchased a Tacoma truck that had a pretty decent size ding near the rear of the bed. I set my appointment, showed up just a few minutes early, then sat and watched David perform his magic from the comfort of a first class airplane seat (yes, you heard that correctly). By the time I left 45 minutes later, not only did I have the dent fixed (the work exceeded my expectations), I also felt like I had made a new friend. Extremely courteous and professional the entire time. He even keeps a little fridge with free drinks for his patrons. Here's the thing. David is AWESOME. I took one car to him with a dent in an area he said, "I can try but I really don't think I'll be able to do a good job", so you'd be better off taking it ..... How many times do you hear this BEFORE you spend money. The next time I took him a car (large door crease)he said, "I should be able to fix that." Well, fix it he did and it is PERFECT. David is a craftsman and honest. You can believe what he says. RARE enough in today's world. Thanks

David did an excellent job on a difficult dent in my 2006 VW Touareg. Just below the glass on the rear hatch. David charged less than $150 and getting the same results from a body shop would have been close to $800 or $900. I live quite a ways away from Dents and Dings (they're in Roswell, I'm in Decatur) but it's well worth the trip.
