I own a 1975 jeep. A few years back, I had a transmission issue which I took to Buddy at NAT. Certain parts are hard to come by on vintage jeeps however Buddy was able to fix the issue & did so without charging me a arm & a leg. They also did transmission work to my 96 mustang. Both vehicles have been without issues since repairs. NAT will do All my transmission work if ever a need arises.

North American Transmission did an amazing job replacing my blown engine and transmission on my 87 Chevy Van. It broke down while I was far from home, it was my transportation, my office, and my home away from home. Their work was timely and professional. These guys are great! If you ever have transmission/clutch problems you HAVE to go here! Very knowledgeable/professional and they have great prices compared with the 'national' companies too. After a transmission re-build, they asked me to come back after 300 or so miles, just to make sure everything is good. See if any adjustments may be needed. I was impressed by that. I've NEVER had any of the larger companies really care about their workmanship after you paid them the big bucks and walked out their door. Good company to work with. JW

Over the years North American Transmission has helped me keep my car running smooth. They installed my new clutch and rebuilt the transmission around 180,000 mile. I knew it was ready by the grinding but kept putting it off. They gave me a good price and I took a chance. Glad I did as it has been a few years now and still going just fine. Most recently they even replaced my radiator and heater core after the core caused a bad overheating issue which admittedly I only made worse trying to fix myself. The pricing has always been affordable and they only fix what is broken. None of the upsell double talk other shops gave me. Basically, just all around good guys who are easy to work with. I definitely recommend you give them a call.
