DO NOT go here unless you have 1,100 extra dollars to spend. They tried to charge me OVER $1,200 for a new compressor. I brought it somewhere else and got it fixed for $105.

Good guys. They got my car in for an alignment after some major suspension work. The tech Mike got the job done right the first time without issue and pointed out a couple things that could use attention. Very reasonable rates and I would recomend them to anyone. Thanks for the great work.

Yesterday, at 2pm, my son's right front tire came off his car while driving through a roundabout. I had the car towed to the CAR X in Green Bay- it arrived around 2:30pm. I was given a quote for a new ball joint, CV axle, and front sway link in less than 30 minutes. Then I received a call from Craig at CAR X at 4:20pm telling me the car was fixed and could be picked up any time. Seriously?...this was all done in less than 2 hours!! I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service I received!! Scott runs a first-class shop over there!

The night before our drive home from vacation the fuel pump went out on our van. At 7:00 am the next morning I called Car-X and was told they would do the best they could for me. I finally got the van to their shop at 8:30, I should have let Car-X take care of the the tow instead of my insurance company. They installed the fuel pump and we were on the road home by noon. Fantastic service and great people.

I have had only the best experiences with Scott, Craig, and all of the CarX team!! I have been taking my car to them for several years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. Service & products are always top notch. I will always pay the little extra to get the quality, service & assistance given by CarX! They know my name, my car, my family. They continuously go above & beyond the required steps to just get a job done-they go the extra mile, always giving me final say about products & services after a thorough review of all my options. I know I'm driving away safe & with my vehicle in top working condition.

I've taken my car to Car-X several times for the same issue. Spent over $900 to replace a rack and pinion that was broken and ever since they put in their cheap re-manufactured part my car's steering has been loose and clunky. They've since replaced every other part of my steering and suspension and refuse to acknowledge their defective part. Plus, I've had my car aligned there twice and both times the car pulls to the left and the steering wheel if off-center. Took it to Pomp's once and it drove straight as an arrow. My suggestion is to stay FAR FAR away from Car-X. They will WAY overcharge you and the manager Craig won't really do anything to help you once they screw your car up.

Great Service. We were just heading out of town on vacation when our check engine light came on. This was about 1/2 hour after Car X closed on a Sat. I tried anyway and caught Scott still in the office. He told me to bring it in, and he took a look. 10 minutes later we were back on the road. No complaints about any of the times I've brought my vehicles there over the last 5+ years.
