We've been using Autovisions for over 10 years now. It's hard to find a great mechanic that is honest, trustworthy, and thorough. We've found him and we're not leaving! In fact, now my parents use Craig, my brother and sister-in-law use Craig and my sister uses Craig. We live in Southeast Aurora but we drive to Autovisions because their pricing is competitive, their service is impeccable and their work is second to none. I highly recommend Autovisions if you are looking for the best mechanic in town.

Referred by my body shop about 3 years ago. Although my Toyota Tacoma is built well to begin with, I have had a few obscure problems including a couple of emergencies. Autovisions caught everything most competently on the first appointment always. Communication and research/part sourcing were unlike any shop I've ever gone to. Masterful specialists.

I've been taking my Honda(s) to Craig and Terri for a few years now and all I have to say is do yourself a favor and avoid the dealership service departments altogether. At Autovisions, you'll get an honest assessment, a layman's explanation for what the issue is, your various repair options, and even the old parts if you want to take a look yourself. One of those rare combinations of friendly, personable folks with strong technical expertise. You'll come away feeling well taken care of.

I still LOVE Autovisions and just can't say enough good things about Craig and Terri there. Recently, they saved me from a huge potential problem on a road trip. During a standard oil change, I asked Craig to look over my 2001 CR-V and he found that my radiator was cracked and leaking (I knew something was wrong since my car had been smelling "sweet" for awhile), and my brake pads needed to be replaced. In addition, my transmission was on its last legs.
Autovisions will never pressure you to get the work done. They did keep me from breaking down on a road trip to St. Louis though, which I very much appreciated! We ended up renting a car while we mulled over whether or not to complete the needed repairs or trade the car in. Ultimately, we decided to trade-in the old car rather than fix it, since it was going on 10 years old and we wanted something that would last us another 10-15 years.
I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Rav4, and I will continue to have all of my service done at Autovisions with Craig and Terri. I even drive from Niwot/Boulder to Denver to see them, for the peace of mind that a good mechanic brings! Luckily, I work in Denver a few days a week, so that helps. They are right by the light rail too, and will give you a ride over there if needed.
If you are thinking of buying a pre-owned car, they will look it over for you very completely and reasonably. Contact them for new car inspections, and make sure you know what you're getting into.
The work on Honda, Toyota, Acura and many other brands, but I consider them to be the best Honda/Acura specialists in the area.

i'm a big fan of the people here.
1. they stayed open a little late so my mom and i could rush over there to pick up my car.
2. they're really honest, and don't try to screw me out of money.
3. helpful. SO helpful. like i'm not a car person at all, but i understood everything they did to the car, and everything they were going to.
4. candy jar totally chock full of the old person candies i love: taffy, bit-o-honey, the works. i come inside just for this.
5. i've never ever noticed my car missing parts after i take it here, which is always a good sign.
6. but really, i love bit-o-honey!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I brought my Nissan Altima in for a known sensor issue after Nissan denied my request to replace. Autovisions was quick and reasonable in price. I had no issues after they replaced the sensor. Craig also did a full inspection and let me know about other maintenance needed, and in what time frame. I also brought my Nissan Rogue in for a torn CV boot. They were able to replace at a fraction of the cost of the Dealership quote. I will continue to come back for future maintenance needs.

Craig and Terri are great people and run an amazing shop. They worked on a transmission leak for my Jeep Commander, took the time to show me the leaks/old parts and had me come in for a check up. Also very well priced. I plan on going to them for years to come for repairs and maintenance.

I came in with a driver's side window that worked intermittently or was slow functioning. It was raining and they were able to take a look at the window as soon as they opened. They diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it on the spot. Both the owners were patient, friendly and expedient. They took the time to explain what was going on and the options I had in case this happened again. The waiting area of the shop was clean and comfortable and I will go back if I have any other problems with my Honda. Thank you!
