Taking your car to a repair shop can be so stressful. This place removes that added pressure. Top notch people. Respectful, honest, and hardworking! Bill takes time to treat your vehicle with respect and honestly tries to keep your money situation in mind. Definitely recommend this place and these people. My in-laws came to visit from Wisconsin. When they were getting ready to leave on New years Eve, their Chrysler van wouldn't start. On a fluke we stopped in to see if they were even open. They were! A few days later he solved the many issues and gave a very reasonable price. He showed them the fried computer and other parts and explained what to keep a watch on since the van is older it's not worth it to invest much more in it. I've read the reviews, good & bad and u have to say I'll take my Honda in now, after seeing the quality work!

Finny's Complete Auto Repair is one of the best repair shop in all of Radcliff and Louisville area. Very impressed with this shop. The only shop I've been to that hasn't ripped me off, or even tried to. Very helpful and fast work, great price too. You can tell they work hard and ensure that their customers are happy. If I ever need anymore work done, they are my go to. An honest mechanic is hard to find and an honest mechanic that knows what they are doing and has reasonable pricing is next to impossible. Finny's Complete Auto Repair is the place where you can find all three! I went to Belal, the owner, to get his recommendation about a car I was thinking about purchasing. I trusted his recommendation and that led to a relationship that has lasted more that a year and he has earned my total trust and my business, he services all of my vehicles. Finny is very knowledgeable about European vehicles and very fair when it comes down to the prices he charge. Plus you don't have to drive to Louisville only to get robbed in broad daylight by the dealerships I don't care to mention. I needed new front hub bearings on my 2006 x3. Finny's was able to get me in quick and did an excellent job with the repair. My car is driving like new. I highly recommend them. Pretty good customer service. I called around town to get quotes on my repair, and they were also the cheapest on the repair. Will definitely be going back!

1,389 and some change later LB (Lurine's Beamer ) is good as new! This place makes me way to go and punch all these other BMW dealerships that I have dealt with and have serviced my BMW.
Monday morning my car wouldn't start I was so sad because I am TDY here at ft Knox and drove my vehicle. It finally couldn't take it when the temperature dropped below 7 degrees. I had it towed to Finnys. Come to find out there were so many thing wrong with my LB. In fact I truly believed he save my car.
Keep in mind I drive I BMW that I would like to think that I take care of. It gets serviced pretty regularly and oil changed normally. He kept the filter that was from China and had no business in my damn car. So who ever put that in there needs to be turtle slapped. But he fixed that and I really think he could have charge me so much more but didn't. I am really happy that my car broke down here and I was able to get it fixed. Also they were very thoughtful of the fact I have to leave today and did all they could to get LB back to me as soon as possible:) great place that works with integrity!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by this three time Yelp elite!!!!

What a blessing to have been recommended this shop. My fiance was at Ft. Knox for some training and drove out there from WV, while there she said her service light came on her BMW and the next day it wouldn't start. We had it towed to Finnys late in the afternoon and the next day he gave me a run down of what was wrong. The battery was dead so it needed to be programmed, the oil filter had cracked and so there was an oil leak and oil got all over the place, the brake light was also on and the vehicle needed front and rear brakes, along with a brake flush, a new serpentine belt, idler tensioner, oil change, and a new gasket for a bracket. I was expecting to hear it cost around $2,500 instead it was $1,398. Since I could tell he was very reliable I also asked him to take a look into what was causing a vibration in the vehicle and it took him running a ton of tests, dropping the exhaust, just doing lots of troubleshooting to find out what it was which ended up being a bent axle and a bad hub bearing. Now, mind you we have had 3 x different BMW dealerships try to troubleshoot it and 2 x different shops all of which failed, but Finny came through I only wish he was here in WV. If you have a European vehicle don't hesitate to bring it here! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I've taken my 2005 Tahoe to them, my 2005 Pacifica, and my 2006 Malibu to them and the work they do is beyond expectations. A couple of times I didn't even make an appointment, I just drove the car up, they dropped a car that was going to take them a greater amount of time to repair and put mine up on the lift. I'm a big fan. They will even stop before they replace a part and tell you what they see, if there are other factors, and advise you as to the next steps you need to take in order to get your vehicle to its best performance. Love the staff and the prices are the fairest in the land. LOL!

Finny's Complete Auto Repair Shop has always been my choice to take both of my vehicles since I discovered the quality of work and service he has done on both of my vehicles one a 2008 528I BMW and a 1999 Mazda Millennia S for the past several years. I used to take my vehicles to the dealership because the name, brand and quality you would normally expect from your local dealerships but instead you experience and confusing and complicated invoice bill with an over rated expensive bill for basic common repairs. Finny's Auto Repair has always honor his parts and labor regardless because his business is based on pride and quality from his customers. He business is built on word of mouth from others good satisfied customers! I admit you can't always please every customers but Finny's Complete Auto Repair Shop pride on customer satisfaction first and far most! I truly feel like this business rely on it customers service of quality to stay in business like most more well known business alike for example: BMW, Lexus, Mercedes dealerships' for mostly all high end vehicles that are very expensive to service and complex to repaired when you have a problem not along very expensive for repairs.
