I had a strut bolt missing from my 98 Golf, I had to provide the bolt, but otherwise this place is beast. They shuttled me back to work after I dropped it off (who does that?!?). The front office lady was nicer than hell, the dude who took care of me, Justin, was super legit. Most importantly, Jason Paul, the technician, made me love my car again. He fixed her, washed her, vacuumed her, and made sure my suspension was good (which I thought was screwed). Overall you guys literally made me cry with tears of joy. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation enjoyable. I'll be coming here for any work my car needs. (Props to the dude who took me back to work, wish I could remember your name. Totally started with an 'M')

I set an appointment to have a wellness check performed on my 2005 B7 A4. Forward looking to install some HID xenon headlamps and maybe a splitter. I came in for my appointment and got the clean bill of health on the car and had no answers for the lights. He said he would follow up with me in an email for some light ideas. I have been a customer of this shop for over six years and I am continually impressed by the excellent customer service at this shop. One of the reasons I bought another VW. This is the most amazing shop with the best people you will ever encounter. Everything is always kept clean and tidy. The coolest part is that you can watch them work on your car from the lobby. They also have an amazing detailer who knows what hes doing when your car gets a complimentary wash after a service. If you want to know your car is being taken care of, this is the show that will show you.

What an amazing place. Scott and Justin are not only knowledgeable, but honest. Hard to find these days with auto repair. They go out of their way to ensure superior workmanship and customer satisfaction. I never worry when I take my car to them. No unnecessary work or parts are ever recommended and they stand by their work 100%, no questions asked. I would recommend this place to everyone.

These guys are great! Scott was great throughout my experience at 3zero3 and they have a top notch facility as well. I brought my S4 B8 here for the 55,000 mile service (plus extras) and they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend 3zero3 and I am looking forward to bringing the wife's Tiguan in for the next service interval.

I ordered a set of wheels from them through Amazon. The wheels I originally ordered were out of stock, so Blake worked with me to make sure my second choice would fit properly. He even got in touch with the wheel manufacturer and sent me a template to make sure before we placed the order. Nice change from the companies who don't bother thinking about what you really need, if you can even get them to answer an email.
