Car Owner

I was so pleased with the service and the care of my car. I came in with so many problems and they fixed what was needed and there were some items that they fixed and I think they gave me them. They know thier business and were so friendly and knowlable. Especially Debbie who helped me the most.

I asked to have the tires rotated. Don't know if it was done. Since I was looking for something free like Midas advertizes, I can't complain if you didn't throw that in with the deal. Otherwise, I'm sure the work was OK.

Alpine Automotive is the best! Have been going there for years. They don't try to push any repairs on you. They just do what you have asked. They give you a list of what you might want to keep an eye on. Or if you don't do, you might die. (Hasn't happened to me yet, but am sure they would tell me.)
Honest , fairly priced and they have kept my 13 year old car in great shape. If you live within a reasonable distance, they often offer to take you home and pick you up. These people can be trusted!
Their "lobby" is the worst part. 2 chairs, that's it. There is seating outside, which in the summer is more pleasant. The good part is, the shop is cleaner and bigger.
They are computerized, so you can sign up for notifications for various service.
They are kind of a hybrid. Up to date, yet old fashioned in service. I'm sticking with them.

Can I give this place NO STARS!? I give this place ZERO stars. DO NOT GO HERE! I had the worst experience of my life here and I will not be getting over it ANY time soon. No apology could even fix what happened in here today. I came here because we we had an appointment to get my car inspected for someone buying my car. My husband and I walked in and the guy behind the desk was in a extremely loud conversation with a customer sitting down. Let me just tell everyone, there's about 5 feet of space to stand or sit so it was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. My husband said hello and no one responded...after 1 minute of the associate and guy having a conversation we started looking at each other like maybe we were invisible??! After 3 minutes the lady behind the desk and associate said nothing... We were about to walk out when finally the lady asked if there was something she could help us with. We told here we were there for an appointment to get my car inspected. They for some reason require an emissions test to inspect the car (No sense at all) which I presented her with. She was extremely rude asking me for the bottom portion which I had to turn in to the state. She continued with, "I need the bottom portion, so are you selling your car because your tags are expired?". I was shocked! - I felt like she was accusing me as I had just turned in my emissions test to renew my tags. I said " no, I just renewed my tags and that's why the bottom portion is missing." She said "So I'm confused, why do you want to sell your car"? First off this lady was not minding her own business secondly she was prying in to a deal between me and my buyer. CLEARLY, I'm selling my car because I'M TRYING to buy a NEW ONE! I'm not some scam artist!!! She was very accusatory and extremely rude. My husband and I were embarrassed, shocked and felt inferior. I asked for my emissions test back and she said " well, clearly you have an attitude ". I lost it at this point. I will NEVER return, this place is BAD business, the associates are rude and make you feel inferior. I absolutely think this place should be shut down. This is the WORST and I REPEAT the WORST experience I've ever had. DON'T GO HERE!

I am a Uber/ Lyft driver that depends on my car to feed my family. I go to Alpine Automotive to do "magor" repairs because they are honest & you go there once and the vehicle is ready to do what your customers hire you to do. My customers need a safe vehicle and a safe driver. Alpine Automotive supplies the safe vehicle and I supply the driver. I highly recommend Alpine Automotive.

Dropped my car at 8:00 am for an oil change and a 20000 miles inspection. Was told my car would be ready by 9:30. When I finally got it back around 12:30, it stunk so bad of food that I had to take it to the carwash. The computer had been reset, as well as the odometer. What happened to my car for 4 hours, why did it stink of food, why was everything reset to zero? It is anyone's guess. I was charged $58, which is not any cheaper than the dealership. Tried to give an independent business a try, not that one!!!

After driving in my 4runner over 800 miles to Denver from Texas I found out I was leaking transmission oil. The guys here not only found the problem but saw my car on short notice. The team is very knowledgable and friendly. Hopefully I don't have any problems in the future, but if I do you guys have my business!

I don't know how this place is still in business we took our Lincoln to get fixed they changed us over $1500 for it to die out down the street from them and they could not figure out what was wrong with it not only that... to have it not running they wrecked it and did not want to take responsibility. The owner Debbie said she will pay to have the scratches buffet out then found apart of my bumper in her property but her employees did not wreck it. She also accused us of trying to get $ out of the situation. What a good scam to have a wrecked car that doesn't run and paying somebody to cause all that damage nice job alpine automotive.
