I was warned not to go to PaTRICKS the brakes were great for a week.$1600 for two wheels.50point safety inspection what a joke I came in an told them to put chalks behind the wheels as there was no brakes.talked to Matthew he said I was rushing them and it was my fault.customers never right many unhappy customers also if you have no automobile knowledge and lots of time and money to waste this is your place.I was warned and didn't listen.exspect to hear how I rushed them.They are in no hurry to get you're job done.You been warned......

Took my RV to Patricks in March for Brake Inspection. We have an older model RV and Patricks was able to locate parts needed for the Brake System Replacement. Project was completed including ordering and labor with in the 7-10 day span they indicated it would be completed. People and Staff were friendly. They provided proof of the workmen-ship by showing us the old rotors and showing us that the repairs had to be done. I would recommend them.

best price on used tire for my rv. however they are collecting taxes that are intended for new tires. I bought two USED tires that I found out later were 12 years old and was charged $10 for state tire and disposal fee when this fee is Only to be charged for new tires and the fee should only be $1.00 per tire according to florida Statute i never left a tire there nor bought a new tire so why was I charged this fee. in addition you actually wanted to charge me $65 dollars... We have traveled cross-country towing a trailer, and when we got to Ocala, I noticed a gas odor a couple of times. We also wanted to get the oil changed and an electrical short looked at. The staff here was very friendly and professional. We left the truck with them for the day and they did a complete analysis of the issues I was having. Rather than trying to sell me on an expensive fix for the electrical, they simply recommended some minor changes to the way we had been using the lights, changed the oil and fully tested the fuel supply. We were out the door for under $200, satisfied and confident that our trip home will be fine. I hoghly recommend Patricks and will be bringing all our cars here when we relocate next year.

Always great friendly service and fair prices. I also like that they don't try to guilt trip you into buying some product or service every time you come in like other shops do. If somethings wrong, they will tell you...if not; then you pay your bill and you're on your way. Only bummer is they're not open on the weekends. It'd be more convenient for me to have my wife's car serviced when I don't have to work....but hey, I can't blame anyone not wanting to work on a weekend. =)

A rare find. This shop checks all the right boxes. Friendly and polite, excellent communication, clean well organized facility and easy in & out with a class A motorhome. Was very impressed with their attitude, knowledge and thoroughness. Got me in and out in just 2 days unlike many other rv repair places that have a 30 to 40 day wait just to drop off! They will receive more of my business.

UPDATE: they called me after they received the notification email that I had left a review and offered me a refund IF I removed the negative review. makes me wonder if they are manipulating reviews.... this company is charging illegal fees on used tires....violating fs403.718 which mandates $1.00 for each NEW tire sold in Florida...... DONT WALK, RUN from this company. They didnt care about my children or my safety to sell us outdated tires . What makes you think they will be honest with you?
