I found the best place to get my car worked on!!! I have taken my Scion XB to 3 shops to find out why my battery keeps going dead overnight, the first shop put a battery in it, the second shop put an alternator in it and the third shop charged me $50 to test it and said that no problem was found... I took it to Platinum and told them the history of my problems and within 15 mins a guy named Dave found that I had a bad part for one of my doors and the light inside would not go off all the time! He used some oil or something to make it work like it should and have had no problems in the last 3 month. The best thing is that they did not even charge me to fix it!!!!!!! Thanks so much

I find the last review very hard to believe, I just took my 2008 Porsche Gt3 there to have an alignment because it was wearing my new tires and they did a great job!! Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I used to have my car serviced...

I used to have my car serviced here years ago and had some bad service, But this shop has turned around big time!!!! The tech Scott is very good and has been there for many years, They have a new tech Carter that I guess worked there in the past and he was able to figure out a problem with my 2003 BMW 328ci that 4 other shops have charged me over $900 to fix. Thanks Platinum Wrench!!!! I will send all my friends!

Great service and quality work with Integrity. What more can you ask for? I have been bringing my cars here for years and never had an issue. Never been charged for anything I didn't need and I'm a woman! That should tell you right there how honest a shop is. -Judi

My name is Marcus and i have a 2006 Trailblazer. I had an issue with my vehicle and i brought it to a not so well known mechanic and i got ripped off on parts that were not even needed on my car. The end result I ended up paying over 500 dollars for 3 sensors and it still didnt fix the problem so after a week of my car just sitting the I was referred by a friend to Platinum Wrench. It was the best decision I ever made the staff was very informative and knew what they were talking about. My car was diagnosed and fixed in less than four hours. Sean was a great technician and i would recommend them very highly to anyone.

I've been going to Platinum wrench for years with several vehicles I've had, they always do a great job for a good price and stand by their work. I would and always do recommend Platinum wrench to my family and friends. If you're looking for a great shop that's also open 7 days a week Platinum wrench Is the place to go.

If I could leave a HALF STAR I would... After having a new air conditioning unit installed in my car, I took my car to Platinum Wrench to have the system finished up and re-charged. I paid $160.00 for this to be done. The new unit burnt out after only a couple weeks. I returned the parts to the auto store where purchased as it was under warranty and had another new unit installed, thinking the 1st one was faulty. I went back to Platinum Wrench to have them finish up and re-charge the 2nd unit as I have been going to them for years. Once again I paid $160.00 for the service. Once again the 2nd new system only worked for a couple weeks and burnt up!! At this point I decided to get a second opinion so I took it to another auto repair shop. This mechanic asked me if Platinum Wrench flushed the system, and stated that they should have advised me that all new systems need to be flushed when replacing. Platinum Wrench never advise me that it needed to be done or offered to do it. I asked Platinum Wrench to install another new unit that I provide, flush it and recharge the system free of charge this time as they have caused me considerable time and expense to replace 2 units already. They refuse to stand behind their work and told me no.They stated that I did not ask for a system flush. I am NOT a mechanic so there is no way for me to know that the system needed flushed. Isn't this why mechanics get paid the big bucks?? Never in my life have I had to tell a mechanic how to do their job or what needs to be done. So after $320.00 in charges I have to pay another company to install another unit and flush and recharge the system. After years of business with Platinum Wrench servicing my personal car as well as ALL of our companys vehicles they have now lost thousands and thousands of dollars in revenue. I advise everyone to take your business to a company that stands behind their work and avoid this business completely!
