City Boys is the BEST!!! Was driving from Orlando to New Orleans when my brake pads went out. A very kind stranger recommended City Boys, saying they'd take care of us, and they absolutely did. I had to be back to catch a flight, so they got us in immediately, even though they were clearly very busy. We hung out in their lovely air conditioned waiting room with comfy chairs, snacks, and a TV. Two hours later we were back on the road! As if this wasn't enough, the price was INCREDIBLE. Such an affordable repair (and they could have charged me anything). City Boys was a total lifesaver!! Go here and they will take care of you without a doubt.

Pulling out of campground about 0830 this morning my TPMS alerted me to low pressure on a tire. Yes, it was low so I started my inflator and called City Boys who said 'if you can make it come on down, if you have problem on the way call and we will come to you". I made it by about 0930 and by 1100 I was good to go. Was a cracked valve stem but even that lets the good air out. I was happy and very impressed. Great people there also...........

I had a 1:00 appointment for tire rotation and oil change so busy when I got there I had to change appointment to 2:00, I left at 2:45 my car had not been touched. Ever since Ms Jean left that place has been horrible, it takes at least 2 hours every time I 've been there. Ms Jean was the only reason I bought my tires there to begin with. I 'd rather pay to get tires rotated then go back there. I will go to city boys in Alachua and see Ms Jean she knows what customer service is all about.

I called after closing because a family member broke down nearby. Chris was extremely courteous on the phone offering the best advice. I suggest anyone nearby use this hometown shop! Thank you from the Fitzgerald's!

I am here to amend my earlier, angry review.. I was quite frustrated with the experience, at taking my van into City Boys to have the AC fixed, and reviewed how I felt.. The owner of City Boys in High Springs, PERSONALLY called me, and apologized about the whole event. He has gone above and beyond trying to correct the problem, has rented us a vehicle until the AC is repaired, and is doing everything possible to help resolve my hot, hot van!! Thank you Chris, you have been amazing!! Just a shout out, Dave at City Boys has always had wonderful customer service skills, and has always treated me with respect and courtesy! Thanks to you, Dave!!
