Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend this dealership. After speaking to someone on the phone, we were given an estimated trade in value. The next day we drove 300 miles to the dealership and when we arrived they gave us 5,000 dollars less than what they had estimated for our trade in! Talk about embarrassing themselves! They were rude, unpleasant to work with, and nonnegotiable. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT GO THERE!

I would not recommend this pla...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was sold a car by a salesman that was downright unsafe. Literally days after being sold the car, it required $600 worth of repairs to make it safe to drive. I informed the salesman I would be taking the car while moving from North Dakota to Colorado the next day, and he sold it to me anyway. When I called him and informed him how unhappy I was with the situation, he said it wasn't their problem and that there's ''always two opinions as to whether something is unsafe.'' I agree, my opinion is that it's unsafe to buy anything from the Lunde Auto Center.

I can't believe I am leaving a review for a car buying experience because, to be honest, I don't usually enjoy the process! Lunde made my purchase very stress-free. My salesperson, Ethan, was great! I had an idea of what I wanted, went for a test drive, and after being fairly treated on my trade, I was signing paperwork 2 hours later. Ethan has gone out of his way to check in and make sure I'm still loving my car. I don't feel like I was simply a sale whatsoever. I feel like I was actually valued as a customer and that says a lot! I'm going to preface this by saying that I don't normally leave reviews - but this is definitely an exception. My experience here was nothing less than wonderful. I spent months looking for the right car with the help of Miguel G., and at no point in time did I ever feel pressure to purchase. This place focused greatly on what vehicle was going to fit my needs best, unlike most dealers who sit you down and ask you how much you want to pay. My expectations were exceeded. Would definitely recommend this place.

After shopping around for a couple months I finally bought a wonderful little car from this place. they were great to deal with. the staff were very helpful n they went the extra mile out of their way to make sure that I had everything taken care of so all I had to do was sign n wait for the tabs to arrive in the mail. They made buying a new car easy. They took my old vehicle in as my down n found a loan Center for me. I walked out with a brand new car n am extremely satisfied with it. I will purchase from them again in the future..... thank you to all the wonderful staff and I am enjoying my new car!

This place is terrible! I took my car in for an oil change and was planning to pick it up later that afternoon. When I returned to get my car the lady at the front desk looked at me and said, "O shoot I tried to call you, but I was too busy to leave a message. Your car needs a new tire." Where do I begin. I went in for an oil change and a 75k CHECK. I sat there for 3 hours and when my car was finally done it cost me $580! No one came to ask me if I wanted all that stuff on the 75k check up changed. The best part was they never told me my oil wasn't even changed! I will NEVER be taking my Kia to Lunde again, let alone buy a car from them.

By far worst place u can go. They do not care bout safety of ppl they sell their vehicles too. I got mine and in 2 days had throw it in shop wasnt even safe for my kids and i to be in it. I put $2000 into my new vehicle and im not even done with the repairs. That was just make it little bit safer for us to be in. The guys no nothing of vehicles they are selling u, nor do they seem to care about ur safety or customer satisfaction. This truck has put me in really hard place as a single mom who gets no help. Which they knew that n still sold me a unsafe pos.

I, along with family and friends, have purchased several cars from Lunde in Fargo. I have also bought one from their dealership in Peoria years back. Hands down best dealership in Fargo. I have bought from Corwin and Valley and in my opinion they don't hold a torch to the customer service that you get at Lunde. I mostly dealt with Dennis Senne way back but have worked with Alex Boen on the last couple car deals. What I like about Lunde is that you can drive through the lot or walk around and look at cars without spies in the parking lot flanking you as soon as you unbuckle your seat belt! They are very honest about pricing (best priced) and don't ever try to manipulate numbers to give you a fake deal. Most integrity of any place I've worked with.
They also stand behind your purchase. Most recently I bought a 2001 BMW 330ci from them. It was painless and easy. They also worked with me when I needed service and treated me like a valued customer. Usually at other places as soon as you sign the line you become a statistic. Not here. The service department is great to work with and very prompt.
What I appreciate most is that the sales people at Lunde ask what you want, what you're looking for, and don't try to sell you a car just to make a sale. For instance, Alex knows I hate buying used cars and I love warranty. He also knows I'm picky. So when I decided to buy this used, 13-year old BMW last week he was very honest in saying that it wasn't about a car deal, it wasn't about making a quick sale, it was about being realistic of the car and being smart about the buy being that it's a used car. I guarantee every other place would just try get the check as quick as they could and send you on your way.

Another one of these "best price" places. I hate negotiating, but then again I hate feeling like I didn't try for the best deal. Although they wouldn't budge a dime on the new car, they did negotiate on my trade, so I guess in the numbers-game, it eventually works out. I ended up with a nice car at a pretty fair price. I test drove a few cars (they don't ride with you! Yay!!) and, after a few days of thinking, eventually settled on one I wanted. Took a few days to get my financing settled (thru my own bank, not the dealership). They pulled the car off the lot without a deposit for those few days, and, per my request, they held my check for a day so my finance deposit would clear while I took the car home in the meantime.
The afternoon I picked up the car, they were really busy. I was promised a full tank of gas, but that was seemingly forgot about as "my" salesman was dealing with another couple. But whatever, it was just half a tank of gas, I was in a hurry, they were busy, so I just let it go. They did run it through a quick car wash in their shop though, that was nice.
All-in-all, pretty straightforward transaction. Very easy to work with. There was really no high-pressure sales tactics. Paperwork was all done in a quick manner and I was out the door with keys in hand in no time at all.
I keep getting coupons from them for routine service. I normally steer clear of dealerships for service, but I've tried them for oil changes because of the coupons they sent me. End up with a $24 oil change, they vacuum the interior and I end up with a free car wash coupon. I don't know if the car wash comes with every time, as I've only used them a few times, but that will def bring me back!
Pretty satisfactory experience with this auto group. I would recommend and will definitely go back.

Lunde did a great job with helping me find a car within my price range. My salesperson was Jared and he was very knowledgeable on the features of all of the cars he had lined up for me. He listened to the qualities I was looking for in a car and had a great selection ready for me to test drive. After purchasing my vehicle, Lunde's Service Center noticed I was missing a lens on my fog light and fixed the issue that same week. I would recommend Lunde to anyone shopping for a vehicle and I would return for my next vehicle.

I found myself in the market for a car two weeks before Christmas a little stressed out and overwhelmed. I went to Lunde right away because they are somewhere I trust. I started my search out having no idea of what I wanted to go with. Tom Minske was a huge help and made the process easy on me. Not only did he help to lay out my options rather than pressure me, but he let me take my time to find a car I would be able to afford, feel safe in, and love. I was even able to test drive the car I loved and have it checked out by my own shop. It was easy to feel confident in my decision and proud of the car I own. I would recommend Tom 10000% and feel completely comfortable knowing he would take care of any friends I send his way!

I initially emailed for info on a Kia Soul at Lunde, and Beth got back to me almost immediately! She was very helpful. Upon arrival at the dealership (on a whim) Kevin happened to greet us at the door. He was very laid back and definitely not your typical, pushy salesperson; much to our surprise, he's actually a really nice guy! The Kia we test drove didn't really suit us, so Kevin took the time to help us find something in our price range that we liked a lot. Everything was done and final within a week or so; communication was great. My husband is very pleased with his new-to-us Impala! And we're hoping to be able to do business with Lunde in the future!

Go there, spend some time looking. They work with you to find the best fit. Thomas Minske was one of the salesman, went to him twice now for a vehicle. Bought 2 great kia's and love both them. Also, both kia are maintained here. You can't go wrong with the pricing and the quality of service. Plus you get free cookies! oh, and popcorn!

We have always had nothing but an amazing experience with Kia of Fargo and Lunde. Most recently we purchased a vehicle from them. Never once did we have a pushy sales experience. The sales person let me test drive multiple cars and would call me when a model I wanted came in. I didn't get pushed and when they had the one I wanted we worked on a deal and completed it within a short time. I completed a purchase and walked away with a car in less time it took me to sign lease papers at Corwin, even when I had a pre-set appointment. Everyone we worked with, sales person, manager and finance manager were down to earth, easy to talk to and the exact opposite of any dealership I have ever worked with. My experience was even awesome picking up my floor mats next door at Lunde. My husband even brought his Dodge truck there the next day for an oil change because we were so happy with how they handled their customers. Best car buying experience of my life, and I buy a lot of cars. :)
