I found out about South Texas Collision Center from my Co-worker Vikki, I stopped by for a quote on my 2014 VW, I had shopped around but other places had told me it would take at least a month to get my car in, they took my car in within the week. Not only did they took care of securing a rental car for me, They made the process as easy possible for me by taking away the burden of having to make calls myself. I fully expected the repairs to take at least a 3-4 weeks due to the fact that the damage were on hood, bumper, and passenger side fender but my car was ready in 2 week! They have a full staff of people that work extremely hard to take care of their customers. They delivered on everything as promised.

This Shop is the best. I took my truck a toyota titan to get fix and they did an awesome job. The staff are incredible and they help me with my insurance paperwork and I was worry free with their help. I even recommended to my neighbor and he fix his 4runner that was smash on the front in and the SUV looks amazing. The paint job looks great and they did exactly as the insurance company pay them for. My neighbor Christian is very happy with the job. Highly recommended to every one.

***Caution***
Hands down one of the absolute worst body shops in San Antonio! If anyone wants to see the conversations between the "owner" and myself, please feel free to message me. I have everything screenshotted. I'll let the messages speak for themselves.
Also have detailed photos of the "after" work. Those will also speak volumes.
Gist:
Never on time, not even close. Took almost 4 months and they still have my doors. They also left my car in rain/mini-flood without windows, poor professionalism at best. The quality is horrible and usually takes them two or three tries to even get it decent.
**Literally anywhere is better than here.**

Worst place I've ever dealt with in my LIFE. The only reason I continue to deal with them is because im under warranty. I went to them with an engine problem and they told me the repair should take a week and a half at the longest...it took a month...4 months after they "fixed" the problem, one of my fuel lines disconnected in the middle of the road, I told them what happened they told me they were gonna look at it, fix it and let me know when my car was ready...they never called back. I had to call THEM to see if my car was ready. They told me my car was ready, they double checked everything and they are washing it now and I can pick it up. First of all my car looked dirty when I picked it up so he lied about washing it...anyway once I get to my car I notice a button was broken. I had to ask the guy about the button and he act like it was his first time seeing the button broken. I don't understand how you can doublecheck the car not see that. They said they were going to order the part to fix it and call me when it comes in... Once again they never called. Two weeks go by and I had to call THEM AGAIN about the part and he's said I'll go find out and I will call you back and that was last week. Do not go to these people. If there was a rating lower than one I would give it to them

I went to South Texas Collision with severe damage from being rear ended I had buckles on my quarter panels all kinds of hidden damage that Joe found well to make a long story short we got our car back today and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor impeccable work detailed craftsmanship and a staff to treat you like family I highly recommend you get your vehicle done here excellent work thank you South Texas Collision

I took my truck a toyota titan and they fix the whole side of my truck due to an accident i had. They did an awesome job, the paint is incredible and I was so happy with the work that i recommended to my neighbor who had an accident in his 4runner and I and him were amazing with the job. Highly recommended this shop. They also help me with my insurance paper and rental car pick me up at shop same thing with my neighbor Christian they help him arrange everything with insurance and rental. 5 star shop. Call them people you will love it.

I brought my truck in to have the rear end worked on as well as to have some body work done. The service was impeccable and the work done surpassed my expectations by far. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to complete the work needed and how affordable everything they did was, they even worked with me by offering a payment plan. I definitely recommend this shop, they are awesome!
