It was Labor Day when I came out of a store and saw I had an almost flat tire. Fortunately, there was a gas station really close where I put air in it, but it clearly was not going to last. The woman at the check register mentioned that this place was close and had fixed her tire.
It was maybe a mile down the road, OPEN and had my tire done in about 20 minutes. Amazing service. Rodney (the owner) said that they were open 7 days a week. Clearly, they are open some holidays. I loved that something that could have been a complete waste of an afternoon was handled so professionally, quickly and at a great price.

On my way home... I noticed my rear tire was really low. I work near a construction site, so I knew it must of had a nail. I came in the shop and was helped immediately. I think i was in there maybe a total of 20 minutes. My tire was patched and i was sent on my way home a happy customer. I will come back.

My experience with Royal auto body was horrible. I would give them a negative star if possible. First their customer service is terrible. Everyone is a bunch of fast talkers that think that they can talk you into anything. They asked me to lie to my insurance company about having my vehicle at their shop so that they could collect a daily housing fee of some sort (to recoupe their losses since they were going to pay for my deductible). Second, they keep us for over 3 hours to do an estimate in a run down building with no ac and random children screaming and running in and out of the building with no one supervising them. A week later when I told them that I choose not to have them do the work (because frankly they are not professional) I was told that I would now have to pay $200 to have had an estimate done. No one ever said that and he said that I signed something that I was releasing them to do the work. Nope, never signed a single thing with them. I have the only piece of paper that they wrote, nothing that I signed. When I asked why he was threating me(after he said he would take it to their attorney) he said because I caused them $200. I said that's the cost of doing business, not everyone you solicit (they came to my home and asked me to swing by their shop for an estimate) will do business with you especially when you are being shady. I also asked if they were "so great" and have been in business for so long time, why couldn't I find any information about them and when I did it was terrible reviews!? His response was because of people like me who don't understand their word. Once I got home I noticed a huge gash on the top of my new SUV that wasn't there before they did the 3 hour estimate. I cut my losses and will never do business with them. You have been warned!!!!

I was disappointed with Royal. I was lied to about the rental car being paid for by the company on top of the deductible amount. My car was kept for a month. It was brought back with a part missing. The experience was a total NIGHTMARE!
