Jeremy has provided me with several references from happy customers . It's unfortunate that a site would only post negative reviews. He was professional and changed many 5.9 cummins engine completely. It runs wonderful at such a great price. I'm so thankful as a single mother that someone with compassion would work so hard for me.

Had these guys 'work' on my brakes on my school bus, it was a joke. They took forever, did it wrong and lost parts including my battery and tried to charge me for it.
They told me my booster was bad, so I was able to track down a company that would rebuild my original, I picked up my booster from the shop and dropped it off. When I got it back and brought it to Heavy Line Jeremy told me that the people who rebuilt it lost the push rod from the pedal to the booster. I called and was able to get a replacement but what do you know, after I got the bus back I found the original 'lost' rod laying on the floor under the brake pedal!
At one point they were moving shops and I was told that while they were driving the bus over to the new shop it ran out of gas, and they drained the battery trying to get it started back up, so they pulled out the new battery I had just installed and replaced it with one of theirs. They then lost my battery and tried to charge me for theirs! And now I have no warranty on my battery.
The best part is when I came to pick the bus up and they told me that the new push rod they had was "too short" and there was excessive travel in the brake pedal they could not fix, after bleeding the lines several times, but the brakes did work, albeit not well. So I paid them too much and got my bus out of there before they could do more harm.
After I got it home was going over the 'work' they did and found that two vacuum hoses were disconnected from a check valve, after further inspection I found that half the vacuum system including the reservoir wasn't even connected to anything, explaining the poor functionality of the brakes.
I wouldn't trust these hacks with anything, especially if it's something you plan on driving ever again.

This company - Heavy Line Diesel - claims to have "Extensive training" on Cummins, Powerstrokes and Duramaxs. I have an extremely hard time believing that seeing that they can't even get correct filters. I went in for a simple oil and fuel filter change today. They started to put in the primary fuel filter and I stopped them saying that it was the wrong one. The mechanic argued with me saying that is was correct. So one of the other mechanics went back to Napa with mine to show the difference (difference being that the new one didn't have the water separator membrane on it). The guy that went out to get the "correct" filter called and said that Napa said that the filter that I had was for a 2010 6.4L, I have a 2006 6.0L. (I don't believe Napa would say that, I think that the guy was just lazy) I have changed them before so I know what the correct one is. You may ask why i took it in to have it done if I have done it before - well that is because my new home does not have a flat level surface to work on. I just wanted to get away from there so I told them to just put it in and I will be installing the correct one later and deal with the rocks in my back. I can order the correct filter online for $20 so when I called and asked for the cost to do all, he told me it will be $125 for the oil, all 3 filters and labor. I figured he orders bulk of all the different filters for all the different motors so the cost would be the same, maybe a bit more to cover his expenses (proper business as it should be), but nope, he charged me $170 because of the cost of the filters. I could have gone to the International dealer, not having to pay shipping cost and wait time, and got the filter set for $57. He got ripped off and passed the ripping on to me. Then when all was done and he pulled my truck outside I saw that oil was splattered all over my grill and bumper. Showed Jeremy, the owner, and he refused to clean it said that it was out of the shop and no longer responsible. I kinda knew that was coming seeing that I saw the shop and it was trashed. Trash, engine parts, and other clutter was scattered all over. The mechanics were smoking inside the shop with flammables everywhere. These guys are very unprofessional and far from "trained". I wouldn't trust them with a single cylinder powered go-cart.

This place is great, my husband and I deliver new semi trucks all over the country and we tow our pick-up behind us, while at the flying j we noticed our tow brackets were cracked and needed fixed before we could go any farther,, we tried 5 different welding shops and they either weren't there or couldn't get to us for at at least 1.5 weeks but when we pulled in to this place the yung man was very nice and understood our problem , he then got right to work to fix it and the cost was Right what we expected, he didn't gouge us just because we were in binde , would tell anyone to us this place.

I heard about this mechanic from a friend. Matt was up front, honest, and offered really affordable rates (compared to all other quotes). He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. They fixed my struts, shocks, breaks, axels, rotors and CV boots and my truck is in amazing shape for an affordable price. I highly recommend these honest mechanics!
