You won't find anyone more honest. They do good work and always explain everything that needs to get done. I've come here plenty of times for various repairs, and I'm always treated with kindness. I have finally found a place where I can take my car, get it fixed and not feel like I'm being ripped off!

I moved here a few months ago- and when my car broke down I was so nervous to take it to be fixed. I am so happy that I found Performance Auto Care.Their customer service is AMAZING! Their staff is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I gave them the keys. I had my car back in no time, spent less than I thought it would be, my car is working perfectly. I love this place and will definitely be back for oil changes and all of my car maintenance in the future. I can't say enough about how happy I am about this shop. I'm glad I listened to the referral.In a word they are Courteous, efficient, and professional, while providing outstanding work.

I stumbled on this Auto shop about a year and a half ago. They are next to the Shell station. I figured what ever they were going to charge was going to be cheaper then a tow to the guy I was using at the time. There I met Sammy and was given better prices. They have never over charged me or tried to get me to have work done that wasn't really needed. They have been fair honest and told me if the work is needed right then or if I have a little wiggle room in when stuff got done. I suggest calling ahead of time and making an appointment to get your car in. I think word has gotten out about how good these guys are. Oh don't forget they Warrenty their work for two years or 24,000 miles on most things they do.

I had my vehicle towed here for diagnosis and repair. I agreed to get a new remanufactured engine installed. I paid the upfront parts cost of $3687.20 and agreed to pay the $1200 labor cost upon completion. Tony, the manager, explained that it would take 3 days for the engine to arrive and two days for the labor to install it. It was a Sunday and he said it would be done on Friday and ready to be picked up. Every time I call for an update he has a different excuse for why it is not done and says it will be done by the end of the day the next day. It has now been one month. I don't know what the real story is, or when I can get my vehicle back from this place. If it is the case that they have done nothing, I would like my money back and be able to take the car to a reputable repair facility to get it fixed. I have video recording of the most recent of the in-person encounters with Tony, the manager, where he says it would be done the next day. Of course it was not done the next day and it has been four days since then. I would call for an update but the updates are meaningless as he always says it will be done tomorrow. He promised a transmission service to make up for the lost time and I hope that he comes through with that. I would like it if they decide to do the work as agreed on, and for the work to be acceptable so that I can update this review and bring it up from one star. If Tony does everything promised in the next few days, I think I could go up to four stars. I would still have to subtract one star for taking over one month instead of five days that was promised. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and the BAR. It is now up to the company how they want to respond to the complaints. Will they complete the job or will this have to go to civil court?

Pretty affordable pricing for a regular oil change and they didn't try to up-sell me on anything but they informed me on what would need to be addressed soon with my car. Just got my oil changed here today and they're very friendly and welcoming. Wherever I got my oil changed last they tightened my cap too tight and the guys here gave me a new one for free which I greatly appreciate. Seems like they work very fast and efficiently and are understanding when it comes to their customer's money. Will definitely be coming here again!

They have always done excellent work for us, with no 'the part will be here tomorrow' delays, and no surprise costs. In the one instance they weren't able to isolate the electrical problem they hooked us up with an excellent competitor who could.
And if that's not enough for you, Sammy is the Steven Tyler of automotive repair shop managers. If I were a female I would find out what hours Sammy works and I would unplug or unscrew or break a little something on my Prius every week or two just to go sit in the lobby and flirt with him.

I absolutely love this place! I once was taken advantage of at a Jiffy Lube so I was nervous about outside mechanics that aren't the dealer. Then I had issues with the dealership and I came across these guys since my parents live close. I have absolutely loved my experiences here. The guys are super nice, answer all my questions, never make me feel dumb for not knowing car things, have never taken advantage of me, always try and hook me up with a deal, and they even told me to bring in my own synthetic oil to save money; they told me exactly what they would recommend and it saves me almost $20 every time. I now only trust these guys with my car and no one else. Oh, and unlike most places that take forever to do an oil change, these guys have never taken any longer than 20 minutes.

I bought a car off craigslist and before I could get it home it started smoking. I noticed this shop on the right so I pulled in to find out what was wrong. When I first walked up the employees were very polite and helpful. Turns out I had a blow head gasket. They gave me a very reasonable price and had my car done within 3 days. I have been back multiple times since and every time I return I receive the same amazing service like I did the first time I visited. I would completely recommend them for any job.

my car broke down the day before thanksgiving. I called AAA. when the tow truck driver came, the car started right up. anyway he suggested I take it to this shop since it was right the street. I followed him there. the guys at the shop were all nice and it was after 5 pm on the night before thanksgiving. I couldn't wait to get off work a few hours earlier and was really appreciative of their patience. also the car didn't start again once it was at the shop so I was appreciative to the tow truck for suggesting I take it in. it's obviously wasn't a one time no start situation.
they said it could be several things and that they would work on it fri morning and it would probably be done by fri afternoon.
I got a all about 3 pm on fri telling me it needed crank shaft sensor and ignition coil. asked if wanted them to proceed. said they need to order the parts and put them in and the car will be ready by 4. I'm like, you didn't order the parts yet, but the car will be ready in an hour? wow. ummm. ya ok go ahead.
I was bummed that it was going to be so much.

ignition coil at autozone is 128.99
performance charged me 158.99
that's $109 mark up on the parts! I understand a mark up. the fees for ordering, picking up etc... but I don't think a mark up this high is justified.
so I am a little disappointed. knowing very little about cars I like to feel like I can trust a car repair shop. I expect to pay. I don't expect them to do it for free. I just don't want to feel like I've been ripped off.
I would probably go to this shop again. but I would probably get the parts myself to save money.

I previously have had good service and fair pricing from this shop, but my last trip was not good. My Civic was leaking coolant so I took it in and they told me I needed a new water pump, which I thought was odd for a 2008, but not unbelievable. After they installed it they ran a compression test to make sure it was working then found out it was a cracked block. Instead of doing any further research, they quoted me $3500 for a used engine with over 100,000 miles (the original had about 52,000) and said it would have to be shipped from LA. I had another trusted source run the VIN to see if anything came up and it turned out the engine was recalled and under warranty! Instead of refunding my labor or at least parts, they just told me to take it to the dealer, which I did. It's unfortunate that my previous good experiences had to end with this, but I can't say I'll be back to this shop considering they don't do proper diagnostic work and don't refund when they mess up.

I went into this business yesterday late afternoon while getting my car washed next door. They had an add on their window for a Mobile 1 oil change but no price listed so I went in and asked what it would cost. The guy who appeared to be the manager asked me what type of car I had and quoted me $59.95 but said I'd have to come back today. I went back this morning to have it done and spoke to the same guy and he asked me what price he quoted me ( I thought it odd that they don't have set prices for an oil change) I told him he said $59.95. He then said he was out of Mobile 1 but he had an equally good oil (which I'd never heard of). I told him I'd always used Mobile 1 and wanted to stay with that, he then said it would be $79.95 if I wanted that. I questioned how he could quote me $59.95 the day before and then $20 more the next day. He said if I didn't like it go somewhere else! If this guy will try to rip you off for an oil change I can't believe they could be trusted to do anything. This is one auto shop to avoid.

These guys are great. I've dropped a couple grand over the last couple years. Everything from breaks rotators wheel bearings and radiators. They have always given me the price before they start the work. They give a better Warrenty then the dealership gives. Make sure you talk to Sammy. He's always been straight with me and never told me to fix something that wasn't needed.

OMG!!! this place is the BEST!!! My car broke down on me Saturday evening. Due to the 4th of July weekend every shop was CLOSED except EXPRESS TIRES where they're cost was DOUBLE what proformance charged. Not only does it smell good inside of the shop but the customer service was AMAZING!!! My vehicle was ready by 3pm Sunday afternoon ... now that's what I call FAST!!!
