I loved it at first, but should've had the car checked by my own mechanic first before buying, the battery died shortly after we purchased the car. HOWEVER, the service manager was incredibly helpful and replaced the battery at no charge. The owner pulled through and made sure we were taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience with Blake at Jones Motors. Our transaction was fast and simple! No haggling and I believe we got a great price on our used vehicle. The building and staff was so accommodating! They assisted us with getting a third party to put leather and a TV in the car. Everything was taken care of within a week-- in the mean time they even gave me a vehicle to drive for a few days!
I have already referred them to a few friends!
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and our "new" to us vehicle and would use them again in the future.

Not impressed with the customer service - first complaint, do inspections of vehicles and sell it to the customer clean - not with dirty filters and bald tires. I realize that profit margins can be small but for a car - putting two good tires on it would not have broke the bank. Second, don't be rude to the person who just purchased a auto from you who comes back and tells you about the problems they found when they took the car into the dealership for an oil change. A simple apology and hand shake would have been fine but instead cold shoulder and rude.
We really like our purchase - but I can tell you we will not be back and not recommend this place to friends.

When I pulled up to this dealer, I was a little leery and actually, I almost walked away if were not for the fact that I was looking for the very hard to find Ford Fusion Energi. Once in side though, everything changed. Mike Jones was my sales guy and aside from the fact that I think he had three deals going at one time and was very busy, he was incredible. I got the EXACT car I was looking for and at a great interest rate. Once the deal was done Mike still went above and beyond to assist me. From finding the missing Navigation card to making sure I got the dwindling alternative fuel plate within one week of the purchase, Mike kept me informed every step of the way. Even hit a few paperwork snafus along the way but Mike did everything in his power to get it corrected immediately.
Jones Motors, you get the highest ratings because you and your team earned it. Thanks for your help and for the perfect vehicle.

They have a great selection of cars and if there is a car you want that they don't have...they will go and find if for you. They also now have a great shop to bring your cars into.

Sold me the shittiest car ever after telling me that it was in perfect condition other than needing 2 new tires within 6months. NO. HELLLLL NO. I ended up needing 4 new tires, asap. Then I needed ALL of my brakes replaced. Then the serpentine belt. Then a transmission fluid flush. & a brake fluid flush. & power steering fluid. & most recently a new AC compressor with a freon evacuation & recharge. Keep in mind that ALL of this has been within 11 months of buying the car from Jones Motors. I recommend that you NOT buy a car from them. & if u absolutely MUST do so, do your hw & have the car checked out & thoroughly rip apart whoever is selling you the car to make sure they aren't screwing you over. In total I have put roughly $3,000 into the car since I purchased it.

This place is great. I got a great deal on a truck after going to many different places. Several thousand dollars less expensive here. Customer service was great and very nice to go to a car dealership and not feel pressured. I also brought my old car here for servicing and noticed the price of service and was way better than the guy I used to use. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.

my husband and I had a hard time finding a Nissan NV 3500. We been searching and found i think through auto trader or one of the online searches and called Jones Motors. Shane the owner answered even though it was def after hours. We then again called the next day and several times each time Shane actually answered the phone- most don't and trust me we called a lot of dealers. Shane told my husband all about the car and set up a payment on the car, now we bought the car in a different state and never test drove it, all on the assumption it was great according to Shane, and it was. He answered the phone every single time even during lunch and responded by email quickly, THIS is the kind of place you want to buy a car from, the car is beyond our expectations. Jones Motors is an honest dealer and I would go out of state again to buy from him, hands down the best experience I have ever had in buying a car in my lifetime, and he even arranged for someone to be there on after hours when we picked it up- best seller ever Please buy from Jones Motors, you wont be disappointed at all.

Just a so so dealer. Nice detail work on the cars, Absolutely zero follow up. Bought a van and was told it had 2 keys. Nope. Lie. Now $300 later I have learned another lesson I should have known. Also one must get the carfax before the sale. They deal in many rental return auto's

Love it! We have purchased all of our vehicles here, and I think most of my family has too! Great bunch of people work there and they really can help you find what you want at a cheap price. They also have a on site mechanic that does great work. If you don't buy a car here, I would highly recommend that you at least go check it out before you buy a vehicle somewhere else. Guarantee you will be a return customer as well!
