I can't stress enough how good these guys are. I have taken my vehicles here for 3 years now, and I won't go anywhere else. Ryan takes the time to explain, in detail, what the costs will be beforehand, and he always notifies me before performing any service that would require any cost exceeding his initial quote. There are no surprises here. These guys are as fair and honest as they come. If you don't already know about this place, do yourself a favor and take your car here one time and see for yourself. It'll be the only shop you'll ever use.

Nope. Right business. I was in ks, actually visiting the va down there in Leavenworth.
So to update, the owner had fought me about the damages and I don't have the money to hire a lawyer and recoup the damages so I'm screwed.
I didn't choose this repair shop, my car broke down and my ins co called them as the closest tow truck.
So what was a simple accident on the part of the driver turned into much more that the shop owner refuses to make right.
Hire the mechanics on the side, they do a great job, don't deal with the owner of this place, he will rip you off.

I had a TPMS sensor in my tire replaced recently (a fault/alarm kept coming on from one of them, but I don't have the equipment to investigate myself.) After B&B found the tire causing the fault, they ordered a new one for me and had it delivered same-day. Come to find out, a curb I hit (oops) during the winter had cracked it, hanging on by a thread and it had finally fallen off when they took apart the tire to investigate. We discussed replacement options for the sensor and gave me a couple of options. I went off their suggestion, they ordered me a new sensor and had it delivered same-day. I was in and out of there before dinner, and at about $100 less than I thought it would be. These guys are great, knowledgeable and professional. Direct and to the point, no fuss. As someone who knows little about cars as a whole, it's hard to find a trustworthy shop, but I'd definitely recommend this place.
