unhappy customer

I took my wife's 2007 expedition in to have it diagnosed. The vehicle had been running rough. The service man that wrote the ticket contacted me and said they had tried a couple of things but to repair the problem it need a valve job that the number 5 cylinder had a burnt valve and it would cost close to 3000.00 to do that. I took the vehicle after paying him 92.00 to ford for a second opinion it was the number 5 cylinder they changed the spark plug and the coil pack. I payed $291.00 and my truck runs great a considerable savings and wasted 92.00. I will not take any vehicle back to R.W.Automotive in Moore Okla.

Ive always had a great experience with these guys! The dealership wanted to charge me almost $500 for a thermostat, where I was able to have it done here for about $100. They work with my extended warrant and have saved me tons of money with a couple other issues! Just wish they sold tires too!

Ron and his staff have cared for my vehicles since I met my wife in 1998. He has cared for her family's vehicles much longer. I always get a fair price, advice on what needs to be done and what can wait, and prompt service. He has always made the effort to get anything covered through any extended warranty program I may have even if it is time consuming. My wife coaches and teaches at the high school across the street and he has been supportive of her team as well as other things in the community. RW automotive has my respect and has earned my business as long as they are around. I feel they are trustworthy and do great work.

I asked for work to be done on my tahoe. I was told that the place could get it in and out by the morning. When I got there he said he couldn't eve get to it till the afternoon. It's a sad time we live in... professionals can not keep their word.

I've taken my car to these guys a few times and have been very happy with their service. They are prompt, thorough, and I've never felt take advantage of or overcharged. Plus, they've never charged me to take a look and figure out what the problem is, which I really appreciate. Also, being a woman, I don't feel like they talk down to me or assume I'm an idiot who doesn't know what an alternator is (I do!). I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have used RW for almost 4 years now, and trust them to do work on our cars. Their labor charge is on the higher end, but I have never been left unsatisfied with their service and quality of work. Because of the higher labor charge, I wouldn't use them for simple things like oil or battery changes but they are a trustworthy shop for major auto repair work.

I hate this place, my engine blew out, they told me it was the head gaskets, then they told me the head gaskets couldn't be repaired because they were completely destroyed, so they "put in a new engine". I have it for one day (1 mile home) before it starts leaking, I take it back it "oh yeah you need a water pump too" I replaced that too pissed they didn't fix it at first, 500 miles later the "fan clutch is messed up" they charge me for a new one, then as I'm driving home that day I notice it's driving weird like never before. That's when the fire of rage starts, I will never go back to this place again, I pray that God damns Ron's and whoever worked on my trucks souls to the GATES of Hell for eternity.
