charlotte D I took my car up to brookwood automotive on a Thursday july 9th my car wouldn't hold a charge I bought a new battery but something still was draining my battery I called brookwood and talk to the reception she set an appointment for me to bring my car in I took my car up to book and dropped it off ryan called me the next day and said your car needs a alternator the alternator is bad and your power steering hose is leaking and the power steering switch needs to be replace I said ok how much will it be for my car to be fixed he said with parts and labor the total cost will be 536 ryan called me everyday giving me an update on my car but never once did he say that the price had went up they car until the 17th when I went to pick up my car the reception showed be a bill of appropriately a 1000 a little bit over I said old no ryan told me on the phone 536 she said ryan has gone home for the day let me go get the owner the owner came to the counter and was very rude and disrespectful and tried to over talk me and basically said I was lieing about the price that I was told and that I needed to list to him because he felt like he was right. I was telling him that I just bought a new battery and a warrant for my car and he said the battery had a short in it and he took it back and got a warrant after I saw that the conversation was not going anywhere I just stop talking and ask him to go ahead and ring me up so I could get out of their. I felt like he was mocks me and making rude comments I would not recommend this show to anyway due to the way the owner handled this situation I give the business a 4 star rating the reception and the mechanic was nice

The service started out great...fixed my starter issue and then the scavenge hunt began. You need a oil change..no problem. Then Ryan thought he identified a way to fix another problem and asked to keep the car another day. He in fact did not identify the problem and I ask him to put the car back and I would bring it in on June 9th because my daughter needed to use the car during the following week. I went to pick up the car and it was shaking and later found out it was linking two different types of fluid. I called an left a message over 4 days ago and still no response. Lesson learned..no more shade tree mechanics.

I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla. I went in to get my car looked at because it was squealing. I had been taking it to the dealership who had been going back and forth in telling me 'this was the problem or that was the problem' but it was always those 2 things that I was paying for to get fixed. Well, this had been going on since 2006. I got tired of shelling out my money to a problem that was only fixed temporarily. Went in today to Brookwood Automotive...Ryan and his crew fixed me right on up. My car no longer squeals. You all are the best. I will be back. GOD Bless you all!!

Took my Colorado to them for what I thought was going to be some serious engine work. Turned out to be a bad solenoid, was able to get the truck back the same day. Was very impressed that they were able to diagnose it and get me going down the road again so quickly. Most shops would have taken me for everything they could get, I'll be a lifetime customer after this experience. Great work guys!!!!

I took my truck there to get a alignment done. They told me I needed front tie rod arms. And said it would cost 550 to fix it all. Well good thing I know a little something because front tie rod arms are about 50 to 100 dollars new. And it only takes a hour to change it. And the front end alignment is only 70 or 60 bucks. I brought my 2011 silverado to them for some light chassis work, told me i needed tie rods and ball joints soon, but didn't need them now. Because of their honesty I went ahead and had the work done. After charging us $11000 to swap out a motor, when our truck was missing and not running right, they told us the motor was bad and 2 cylinders were toast. Turns out, it was just injectors. Don't take your diesel to Brookwood.

Initially had a good experience with a simple alignment,bad repair on a power brake booster then after repeated attempts to inquire about various services my numerous phone calls were not only not returned also ignored extremely bad customer service probably the worst customer service I've experienced and it starts with the top , the owner. Arrogance of the owner is rediculous, poor people skills & the actual mechanic work there is only as good as the mechanics doing it.

This was not the first time I have used them, but this is the first time I have had a problem. I brought my vehicle in to have a alignment done. Before conducting the alignment I let them know the issue which was slight pull to the right. After they alignment was done there was no change in the vehicle. It stilled pulled out the right. I brought it in another time and they attempted another alignment. Long story short, no success. At this point I was concerned there is something more wrong with the vehicle. To make sure I went to another location that specialized in BMW's to get a second opinion. After they conducted the alignment they determined one of two things. They vehicle alignment was not conducted at all or the machine they used was not calibrated correctly. Additionally, without a doubt they did not conduct toe alignment of the vehicle at all! This could be verified because BMW's require you take out a pin that once removed does not go back in. That pen was still in the vehicle when the specialized BMW mechanic did the alignment. Either Brookwood Automotive chose not to do it or didn't do it out of ignorance. Either way is not acceptable. End of story my vehicle now drives how it should. Straight. Side note.... After talking to the Management at Brookwood Automotive Service they did give a refund which I commend them for that. They put up little resistance which at least tells me they own up to there mistake. Or they got caught and wanted to make it right. Either or it wasn't a total failure. The take-away is I probably will not being taking my BMW back to Brookwood. Hopefully you have better luck then I did.

Best service center in the state. The staff and service are excellent. No other service center can compare to the customer service, timelines, and price. The staff are exceptional and they stand behind their work! My alternator recently went out. Took my car here and got it fixed! Wonderful job thanks Brookwood!
