Twin Star has serviced my BMWs for years and have always done an excellent job.If there is a question about a repair they will gladly take you into their shop and show you the problem with your car.I would recommend them anyone.

We have used Twin Star twice for Saab service. It is not easy to find Saab service, but keep looking! Both times resulted in rework by others. The first time they installed parts incorrectly. The second time they did not perform a basic system check that others say is standard under the circumstances. This resulted in a breakdown the next day. To top it off, their parts and labor were expensive. The staff is nice, but I prefer efficient!

Al and Twinstar provided me with very solid, quality service on a fairly extensive job on my BMW. Al knows BMW's for sure, and off of the top of his head, knew every single detail about the complexities of the job at hand for my engine. His estimate was spot on, and his overall pricing was not cheap, but fair and quite competitive. He takes his time to explain things and answer all questions. This has now become my one and only place for repairs for my 2003 BMW.

These guys know BMW's and Saabs. Not to mention that they can do factory level work at far less than a dealer will do. They are enthusiasts and know these vehicles inside and out. This has saved me tons of money on diagnostics. The other day I took my sister's car in to get a bulb replaced. They took it in quickly, changed the bulb and even cleaned the lense housing inside to keep moisture out. All this for......wait for it.......no charge!
I have saved hundreds of dollars bringing my BMWs here. They always have gotten it right the first time and even honored my extended warranty, calling the insurance carrier and working it out for me. Nice job guys.

Twin Star is the best BMW Indy shop in Richmond. I've always received great service, they get the job done the first time, and their technicians know their stuff! I refuse to get work done at the stealership, so I've got two options in Richmond: Euroclassics/Import Autohaus and Twin Star. In my experience, EC/IA was actually more expensive than the dealership and they tend to have a pompous and arrogant attitude towards you if you aren't driving one of their Porches. Also they tend to run out of parts quickly and there was always some miscommunication or odd management when I dealt with them. At Twin Star you'll see M3's, Saabs and Volvos, all being treated equal, for a better price and better service. This place stays packed, and you'll need to make an appointment a few days before. It's well worth it though. You won't receive that half-assed car wash, or sit in a leather bound lounge drinking instant European coffee, but you'll get your money's worth, or at least the best you can get in Richmond...Twin Star Rocks!

I had a great experience! I took my car to Firestone and was told I had a bad shock that needed replacement. ($900+). The car was riding well. Twin Star noted a small leak but recommended not changing the shock at this time! Thanks!

Exceptional service. I came to them after major issues with another shop. Twin star staff were very helpful and polite, they allowed me to use their car while my car was having work done. While repairing an issue with my window the glass shattered (which was not fully their fault), but they paid for the parts and labor to repair the window. They properly diagnosed all issues with my car, which had just been misdiagnosed by another shop, and referred me to other specialists in the community. Wonderful!

Great place to take a saab to. They knew exactly what they were doing, served me very fast and were honest! That's a rare combo. Exceeded my expectations by a mile. Also plenty of places around to eat or kill time while you wait. Great shop, seriously... Other places couldn't even scan my car correctly with the right scanner and they did it in 10 mins!
