I have been going to this shop even when they were at their old location, I have never had any problem with them. they are honest, good and fast. The best is their pricing, they do the same quality work as dealer does with almost %30 less. I highly recommend them.

This shop has done decent work for me in the past with thminstalling seals and such. They have given me professional advice with the diagnosis on the stuff i needed advice on. However, when i took my 98 audi to these guys to have the front crankshaft seal and valve seals replaced. They had to take the front bumper off to install them on this car. Everything appeared to be put back in place. except for the driver side grill piece that fell out when i was about to leave. Mind you it is plastic but that is beside the point. I was blamed for this broken plastic piece. I take my car in again to have it looked at for a coolant leak. So they had done a couple tests. I start my car up after service and it kind if had a hard time starting. After i cleaned it out the next day. I tried to open the truck with the door unlock button. My trunk didn't unlock. So i tried to unlock it with the key. The factory alarm starts going off. So i start the car, and unlock again for the trunk. I turn the stereo on to remove the cassette tape. The radio is in safe mode. Which means the battery cable was removed with out powering the cigarette lighter to back up the alarm power. Apparently this shop doesn't know that removing the battery cable with put backing up the alarm power on an audi. will put the system in safe mode. Im pretty upset about this but hopefully this will not affect my trade in value for the car when i trade it in. I thought the shop had foresight on this. Due to the owner claiming to have owned a Volkswagen, but apparently not. If you have a German made car, i would recommend bringing your car here for anything that requires removing the battery terminals.

This is the most honest auto care place I have found. I will never go anywhere else. i live in Arlington and will take my truck here every time. I use my truck everyday for work putting 50 to 100 miles a day on it,the mechanics and owner are great!!

I took my Honda in for scheduled service. John checked my car and found somethings I had been neglecting. He was so honest and helpful by showing me the things I needed to replace now and letting me know the things that could wait to be replaced another visit. Thank you John and Mike for the "above and beyond" customer service. I'll never go anywhere else again

I got screwed so bad here. Not only did they steal money from me but they made my car worse!! And these ppl ate not helpful at all!!! I have no car now!! I let them know that it wasn't working so they said for me to take it up there and they would check it,well I thought they wouldn't charge me and guess what? ! I would give this shop more stars. It was a little disturbing that the radio was put in security mode when i sent the car for diagnostics. I presume the mechanic didnt know about the alarm systems on those cars. However i did speak with the owner about it and he did offer to fix it. I didnt think it was worth the time considering the running condition of the car at the time. This shop does have ASE mechanics to work on your car. I have had major engine seals replaced here and i think that work was done correctly. The people there are willing to give you their professional expertise.

BAD experence

I do NOT recommend using AUTO CARE CENTRAL(520 W. Pioneer PKWY. Grand Prairie Tx. ) for any Repairs they They tell you they will do a repair Charge you and then wont stand behind there work I'm very disappointed and out $469.00

Horrible establishment! Took our car in to get simple fix, and it took almost 2 weeks! They said we needed a new battery and that the one we had was no good and tried to charge us $200 for a new one! We took our own battery up there (brand new from the store) had them install it and took the "dead" battery back to the store to have them check it and they said it was fine just needed to be charged! These are some thieving, sneaky people! Don't take them your car!

I called Nader today to find out if they could replace an alternator on a 2005 C230. The Mercedes Dealership was quoting $1600 to replace the battery and alternator. The service rep on the phone told me that the alternator was showing 18 and it should be 24. ( I don't even know what this means ) When I told this to Nader he was so kind to take his time and explain to me that the alternator should be at 15.4 or 15.5. He recommended that I take the car to AutoZone or O'Reilly Auto Parts to have the alternator checked. I will be taking my car to AutoZone in the next few days (when I get it back from the Dealer). If they show that the alternator does need to be changed, I will be taking my car to Nader - NOT the Dealership.

I have used auto care central for 2+years and I have never had a bad experience! first of all I am not related to the owner or employees. I use my truck for work sometimes putting 200+miles a day on it. I trust auto care central to keep my truck in great shape, and they certainly do that! they do great, honest work ,unlike a brake company ,widely known does ! my truck runs as if it was on a cloud, not to mention the great gas mileage. Fair honest owner and employees. Merry Christmas all!
