I'm so glad I found this shop. Moe took care of my car today and I couldn't be happier. He replaced my brake pads and rotated my tires. The service was quick and he is very kind, knowledgeable and accomodating. I will be taking my car to him from now on!

I'm still in disbelief how awesome this place is! I've gone there 3 times now and every time he is honest, saves me money and is quick! You won't find better service anywhere! I highly recommend checking out m&m and will be a loyal customer forever!! He didn't even want to charge me for checking my car and telling me what was wrong, and he didn't have to fix anything. His honestly and customer service are so rare in this world today. Thank you a million times!!!

Moe is awesome, and I am so happy we were referred to him. His customer service skills are excellent, and I don't feel like he is trying to get over on me each time I visit. He actually takes pride in helping people maintain their vehicles. It is a rare to find an "honest" mechanic, but I feel like he is!

Moe was extremely helpful. My car's check engine light had gone on, and he was able to get the car in, assess the issue and give great guidance very quickly. He could have said I needed to replace a part--the part is operating outside of standard values-- but said that it's not necessary, the car is safe to drive, and that if I want to change out the part, he's of course wiling to do it but wouldn't do so on his own vehicle. That is the kind of mechanic I want-- someone who knows cars, values safety and good work but also values his customers above a making a quick buck.

M&M Auto Service is tuck away in a strip of buildings right below Trinity Mills Rd in Carrollton. He specializes in Mercedes repair but has been excellent with both my Lexus LS400 and my company Ford F150. I have been so dissapointed with my mechanics from the past (Christian Brothers, Guy built into NAPA in Coppell). I would start to get a bit of confidence in them and then they would do something shady or dishonest to ruin it. Moe at M&M is different. My coworker brought me along with him to pick up his car and when my Lexus LS400 started having issues I brought it in. That was about a year ago and I have come to Moe for everything from oil changes to engine repairs since then. Every time I come in he works hard to find out the REAL problem with the car and fixes it. He will look around and try and find the best buys on parts for your car as well. He has saved me countless amounts of money and I could not be happier with him. I have finally found a mechanic for life. GIVE HIM A TRY!!!!!

I was so impressed by the service at M and M Auto that I felt I needed to write a review. After getting a quote from another place in town that was lower than M and M's quote, Moe said he would match it but also check before doing any work that it really needed to be done and that I was not being scammed by the other place. I really appreciated the honesty. Also, I got in right away, the work was done quickly, and I was given a ride to and from my house so I did not have to wait three hours in the office. I am so grateful to be able to get the repair done at an affordable price by a reputable mechanic and will be going back for any repairs in the future!!

I will definitely be using him again in the future. Very honest about what he fixed and how much it cost. He did not try to trick me at all, and willingly told me if something wasn't worth fixing. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is the best shop, period. They have taken care of multiple cars both Mercedes and Land Rover over the years. Great customer service, fair pricing, & pragmatic diagnoses. I send people here all the time, and we were referred by a friend as well.

Probably the best dealer alternative repair shop in the metroplex. Have had multiple Mercedes worked on by Moe. His prices are great and gets the work done right the first time and quickly. You will not be disappointed with his great service. Highly Recommend.

My mother and I have taken our cars to Mo a couple different times. He has been very professional and helped us understand exactly what needed to be done to our vehicles and why. He has never taken advantage of us because we are females. He is always very respectful and easy to work with. I will definitely continue to recommend M&M Auto to all of my family/friends that have to get work done on their vehicles.
