I had multiple issues with my car and the owner was very approachable and very transparent about the process of troubleshooting and the diagnosis. My personal situation required my brake lines to be bled and my power steering pressure hose to be replaced. They were able to take it in the morning and they successfully fixed the problems before the day was over. They even ran into issues with bleeder valves and were very helpful even then. $75 per hour for labor.
Anytime I need work to be done on the vehicles, I am definitely taking it to them. Very straightforward and very reasonable labor rate. They had my car the entire day and yet only charged 3 hours of labor which includes the problems they ran into. They've earned my business for sure. Like someone else said, very military friendly.

Like the review below that is not recommended, I was not happy with my experience here. My car's windshield was broken while it was at this shop and instead of repairing the window totally, Pacheco only paid for half of the repair. This was not acceptable to me (my husband agreed to it, feeling he had no other choice). So, on top of the $2000+ we spent on repairs, we had to spend another $200 to replace the windshield. Also, although my car interior was very dirty when we dropped it off (we have 3 kids), when we received the car back, the interior was even dirtier. Pacheco's shop is on an unpaved lot with lots of rocks and mud. So I guess it's no surprise that our windshield was damaged & our car got dirty. We will not take our vehicles back.

The Pacheco team did a great job for me. I came to town with a Honda having 'issues'...but couldn't put my finger on the exact problem. Pacheco thoroughly troubleshooted the vehicle to isolate issues. Before any repairs were made, they contacted me with their findings and gave me the potential outcomes and cost estimates. *Military friendly*
If you need vehicle repair in Del Rio or the surrounding region, I suggest you give them the business opportunity.

I spend a lot of time in auto repair shops and this is the best treatment that I've ever received. After having been treated poorly in Ft. Stockton, we phoned ahead to Pacheco in Del Rio. Paulo correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, was waiting for us when we arrived, sweet-talked another shop into doing the remaining work ASAP, and had us back on the road that same afternoon. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and -a big bonus- talked to me (a female) as an equal, rather than reverting to explaining things to the male in the group. I can't recommend this shop enough. It's not impressive on the outside, but they got it done, done for a good price, and done right.

I took my Mercedes to Pacheco Worldwide to have new front hubs installed. I also specifically asked that new front disk rotors be installed as well. After an inordinate time, I picked up the car and was told that the rotors didn't need to be changed, They had been "turned" instead. The repair had taken too long because Pacheco had gotten the wrong parts initially. OK, Mercedes does NOT recommend turning their brake rotors. It removes material and cuts down on the heat absorption and storage ability. Other things done wrong. The rotors were turned very BADLY, I had had a little "grab" before the repair, after the repair it was intolerable. The light grey interior had greasy dark brown handprints all over it. The seat belts were stained. The grease stains NEVER came out of the carpet. While my car was in the shop, it rained in Del Rio. One of the staff saw fit to set a metal bucket on the shiny black hood of my car. When they drug it off, they left deep gouges in the paint, all the way through the primer. Pachecho apologized profusely for the damage and said he would "make it good" I don't know where he had the hood repainted. During the process, a couple of plastic parts were broken. The hood looked like it had been done by a 12 year old with a couple cans spray paint. He "cleaned" the interior with some caustic stuff that caused the rubber to decompose. It was never clean again. He had the car about six weeks total. He charged me $800. He did far more damage than that. It was a total nightmare. I estimated that I had completely exhausted his willingness and ability to make the situation any better. I would never go back and I could not possibly recommend anyone go here, not even for an oil change.

Pacheco Worldwide did a great job fixing my vehicle and making it easy on me. Let me know what they thought was wrong before fixing it, and for a good price. Good people.
