I was hearing some strange noise in my car so I called for an appointment, he was able to see me the next business day. After a short drive he figured out what my problem was straight away, it was a resonator box on my intake. This part is not necessary for the car, just muffles some noises. This is impressive for a few reasons, 1) He was not even going to charge me anything, just let me know what was wrong and that it wasn't a problem. 2) Even more important... He actually knew what was wrong! This part is so obscure that after searching all over the net about it, most ford dealerships do not even know what it was for. That is the kind of expertise you cannot find at a revolving door corporate shop, that is an experienced craftsman.
Since I was getting away for free and planned to spend some money I asked him what it would cost to put some more hydraulic fluid in my top motor, he quoted a VERY reasonable price that I jumped on but rather than just take my money he inspected the top and found the real problem (broken strut). he fixed that and topped of the fluid on the spot.
I had a mechanic that I really liked and trusted but he moved and I have really missed having that. I am thrilled to have found another. Dont worry, they work on a lot more than mustangs.

My son's car was acting up so I took it here for service on the recommendation of a friend rather than taking it to the Ford dealership. I was bracing for a bill in the range of 100's of dollars and it only turned out to be $62 to install a new connector to fix a vacuum leak! I was so pleasantly surprised!!!! Heck, I was blown away! I wished I would've known about this place before I spent $900 taking my other car to the dealership!
Craig, the owner, is a good guy and straight shooter. The other gentleman, (Derrick), was nice as well. Being female, it's so nice to take my car in for service and not feel like an "easy mark". The glowing reviews on Yelp, (especially one from a Yelper friend), also helped to give me peace of mind that my car was in good hands.
What's even more impressive is that I dropped off my car this morning and it was ready by 3:30! Now that's good service! If you're tired of paying high dealership overhead costs, I highly recommend this business for your auto repair needs.

Came here because my car was acting super funky and lost all acceleration. They checked it out and told me they could either do a quick temporary fix or the more needed long term fix for more money. I really appreciated their honesty and took the short term fix. It brought the car back to normal and gave me some time to save some moolah for the big fix. A couple months later it happened again just like they said it would, and by that time I had saved enough money up. Great place and honest technicians, would definitely recommend.

Brought my car here on the recommendation of a friend. I was expecting a $400 repair, but they told me the repair was not necessary, and the noise I was hearing was due to improper mounting of tires by my dealership. No charge for their time. I'm definitely a Mustang Service Center customer now!

Almost 4 years later in my new Jetta I found myself here again. The stupid plastic thingy under my car had come loose and was dragging on the street. Oof. Rolled up this morning and was helped right away. Being broke I'm always scared of what car repairs will cost me. This one - not a dime. They fixed the little plastic piece so it wouldn't drag on the ground and sent me on my way. *whew*

My boyfriend and I have been Mustang customers and fans for nearly 12 years now. They have always been fair, right on the money and quick to fix anything that went wrong after repairs were done. Nice and friendly and we have sent then a handful of happy customers who also give them great reviews.

Courteous, friendly and efficient, I definitely recommend this place for any car repairs you may need.
We have an 89 jeep wrangler that is on the road exclusively thanks to their work. Let's say it's an old car with a strong temper. They've worked on it so many times, that they are almost as attached to it as we are.
They work well and its very cheap!

These guys are great!!
I just got back from here this morning after they fixed my door lock switch for free. It was a minor thing and I was ready to pay, but Craig said don't worry about it. I was impressed with the service a year ago when I had just bought my mustang but this just cemented me as a customer for life.
So let me tell you about how great this place is:
1) They are honest. When I was younger I had educated myself on how to fix cars (it's easy if you get a Manual) and was surprised on the difference it made in getting fair service. If you know what you are talking about, you will get a better price because they know they can't cheat you. Not with Craig and his good people at Mustang Service Center, they provide great service, good work; all without the need to be paranoid they are scamming you.
2) Great pricing. The first time I went they fixed my door lock and the center ash tray cover at a price less than I expected. This morning, they fixed it for free. Yes, it was a minor issue but still, I was ready to pay for their time.
3) Friendly and genuine. You can tell much from a person's personality, their character. I feel like I can trust these guys to do a good job. And I like to bring my business to good people.
This will be my only place to bring my mustang and other car... yes, they fix other cars.
To Craig and Derrik, thanks again for exceeding my expectations.

I have a really questionable Jeep. Crunched fender, have to know how to start it, driver's seat doesn't change positions, more likely to leave you in the middle of the highway than get you home questionable Jeep.
I went into Mustang's and asked them for two things: First, please make this Jeep more reliable. Second, please make this poor Jeep pass an inspection. They did not even bat an eye before they got to work on it.
As I talked to Craig twice during the process I was concerned about how much money I was spending, but I was committed. When he called me and named an incredibly low price my concerned turned to a job half done. As it was, NEITHER was the case! The Jeep runs like a champ, passed the Texas inspection and was super reasonably priced!!!
I tell everyone I know about Mustang and am a loyal customer for as long as I call Dallas home.

I've taken both my car and my GF's car to Mustang Service; they do a great job and have great customer service. They're pretty spot on when giving price quotes and get the job done quickly. I could not say enough good things about this place! Derrick remembers his customers and always make it seem as if I've been going there for years!
They do not try any sketchy work or try to mark up any prices.labor costs. Great place.

After experiencing shady or shoddy work at other garages, my husband and I finally found Mustang. What a relief. The guys here are straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
When my old car blew up on the freeway, they kept it for several days at no charge until I could arrange to sell it for salvage and purchase a new car.
On another occasion, I came by as they were closing, and Derek got out of his car and stopped to take a look under the hood. I highly recommend this repair shop for both quality and customer service.

Mustang Service center is conveniently located near my work. Don't be fooled by the name, it isn't just for Mustangs...although I do actually drive a Mustang. My poor baby has been experiencing a slow tire leak for ooooh say the past month or so, but mama has been too busy to take it to get fixed. Today I stopped in, told them the problem, they took it right back to look at. Turns out somehow a nail got stuck in my poor baby's "foot" - they removed the nail, patched it up, while I watched. They also praised how beautiful my baby was, which every mama likes. Then they only charged me $10. I realize perhaps other places are free to have a tire repair, but I will pay $10 for convenient location anytime!

Honest and quick. This is the highest compliment I can give any mechanic and automotive service. My first time there the owner fixed my electric door locks by replacing a fuse. It only took him about 15 minutes, but he didn't charge me and wouldn't even accept my $20 tip! Since then I've taken my cars there for all my oil changes and any other service needed.

These people could not be nicer. My red (vs yellow!)tire light came on and I pulled in immediately afterward. This nice man told me to pull up to the bay and said that he would check the tires. I am sure that I interrupted him from something. He told me they were a little down but nothing much. I tried to give him money and he wouldn't take it! I took my car there years ago when it was Pat's Tire and got great service. When I moved I went to another place closer to my house. I am planning on using these guys when I need service done on my car in the future. Thank you!!!

Check engine light was on and I knew it was an Oxygen sensor. In and out in less than 2 hours. Price was reasonable and about what I expected. Had a bit of a small town feel to it
