Joe is AMAZING! I went to the Toyota Dealership and they charged me $120 diagnostic fee to tell me that they did not know what was wrong with my vehicle. A guy from Autozone recommended Joe. Very Professional and Genuine service!! I had quite a few problems with my Pontiac G6. They helped me to fix an appointment on a weekend and fixed new spark plugs and wiring and cleaned up the fuel injectors as well. They also diagnosed the rattling noise issue in my car and fixed it. No issues since then, and thanks for a great service and great auto clinic thats genuine and economical compared to other car service shops. I would highly recommend them.

Just left All Star and loved the service! They were closed today due to rain and actually answered their cell and came in to open the shop, just to do the service on my car! Since its raining, they couldn't wash it, so they gave me a coupon to get it washed at a nearby car wash when the rain stops. They topped off all the fluids, changed the oil and filter, etc for hundreds cheaper than the A service at the dealership. Super excited I found them!! Highly recommend.

Joe and Shawn are both amazing and have a true understanding of SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. They work or both of my babies ( Mercedes SL500 and Mercedes E500) and keep me informed of every step of the repairs while they are working on them ( to even include pictures of the new parts next to the old parts to show the difference in them). I will not use anyone else to take care of my babies.

All Star Auto Clinic was extremely professional, thorough, and economical when repairing my 2011 Mercedes Benz C300. The same quote at the dealership was twice the cost. From the first phone call to driving off the lot, we were kept informed and were HIGHLY pleased with their communication and ability! I HIGHLY recommend them for auto repair.

I brought them a rear tailgate glass to install. Just a heads up but they don't do glass installs themselves, they sub-contract them out, something I didn't know at the time. Apparently the glass I brought them didn't fit, their glass installer said it wasn't formed correctly but was installed anyway knowing it would fall out soon. I wasn't called or contacted in anyway about the glass not fitting. When I noticed the tailgate glass wasn't sitting right, that it was sticking out, I informed them that's when they told me they knew and they knew it wouldn't last long, I could bring it by and they would double check but that's what their glass guy had told them. Seriously, why the heck didn't they check before mounting and gluing it together? Apparently their glass guy has never heard of "Measure twice, cut once"! Had I known the glass didn't fit I could have said don't install it, and I could have returned the glass and received a refund. I cant return it to get a refund if its been glued and mounted. The return policy for new vs used is pretty universal everywhere. If you return it in the shape you bought it then you will most likely be able to get a refund if you return it used/broken then you will not. This is what I get for not doing it myself. Lesson learned. I will say this one good thing, they did install the drivers side window ok. They didn't bother to take off the barcode part number sticker on the drivers window but the window works just fine.

My 2007 Chevy Tahoe was side-swiped by a hit and run driver and completely removed my driver's side mirror. Since the '07 Tahoe has mirrors that can be retracted, the repair cost was high. Dealership wanted over a grand to replace the entire assembly, and the second lowest-priced shop was rude and made me feel like they were doing me a favor by agreeing to use a coupon to bring my total parts and labor cost down to a little under $700. I've learned never to do business with anyone who makes you feel like they're doing you a favor by taking your money. All Star quoted me $550, made me feel like a top-tier most valued customer and then charged me $485 when everything was said and done. While my car was in their shop they topped off the fluids, checked the brakes and THEY WASHED AND VACUUMED MY CAR!!
Of all the cars I've owned and of all the shops I've frequented over the years not once did I have the same feeling pulling out of an auto repair shop. Being treated like a king, knowing there is nothing that may be going wrong with my car that I am not aware of, driving out a sparkling refreshed car, inside and out, all the while paying hundreds less than the competition. For me, that's the true definition of an unbeatable value. You better believe I'll be going straight to them when the next unavoidable incident occurs. Since my original post, I have discovered a lot of information about All Star Auto Clinic. I would like to take this opportunity to go on record about my findings. I had my vehicle towed from another facility, because my former friend explained to me, the dealership was charging entirely too much for repairs. I met Joe Amidi of AllStar Auto Clinic, who my former friend explained to me as being the repairman. The communication between myself and Joe was very minimal initially. I never spoke to Joe about figures, only repairs. Joe was great about keeping me in the loop about the progress of my vehicle, so I never felt the need to speak with him about the fees. I later found out that Joe is the service advisor, and partner of this company, and my former friend only does marketing for the company and in exchange the customers he refers get the Friends/Family rate. Fast forward, Joe and I have had the opportunity to talk only to find out that not only was he in the dark but so was I about the information being provided by a middle man. After providing proof to Joe about how his company had been misrepresented he was able to understand my frustration and feelings about the whole ordeal. Joe and I have had the opportunity to speak several times and come to an agreement, that not only was all of this avoidable, but we both had a common ground of wanting to see the right thing done, without any middle men. I wish I had initially known what I know now, because all of my communication would have been with Joe and this headache could have been avoided. Joe Amidi of All Star Auto Clinic, is a very fair man and has handled this situation and the misunderstanding in a sympathetic and professional manner. Unfortunately All Star Auto Company has gotten a bad reputation from this, and I would like to try my best to redeem this company's reputation. Even after all the turmoil and obstacles I would definitely take my vehicle back to this company. This is a very small company, but that take pride in having happy customers with quality work done. They will not release your vehicle back to you, until they know your vehicle is performing at top notch. I will also say this, Joe is hands on with all repairs, and as busy as he is he still offered to take my vehicle in for a wash and vacuum. I hate one of the good company's that actually do care about the customers has suffered like this, and I was a part of that because of an individual's deceptions and lack of honesty.

**I highly recommend this shop.** I'm not much of a reviewer and I don't leave many reviews but Joe and his team from All Star Auto Clinic deserves this. It's the VERY LEAST I could do after everything they have done for me. Mechanical, Paint&Body work all perfect. They found and fixed all the damages that occurred because of the accident. And they are VERY FAST at getting your car back to you while still maintaining high quality work. I had a two week job done in just one week!! They are a small shop with excellent customer service. And I hope this review helps to bring you a lot more business.
