The people are incredible here!
I went to two other shops to try to find out why my car was "sputtering". The first didn't work on Cadillacs, the second refused to see my car. Gus at Sovereign got me right in, diagnosed my problem, called for parts, repaired my car, and had me out the door in less than an HOUR!
He explained what was wrong and walked me through how he would repair it.
The promptness and his niceness is something I haven't seen at any other service shop. I will be returning in the future!

One of the best collision centers in the game. As of March 30, 2015, I was the victim of a rear end collision. Rene Martinez and the professional team at Sovereign Collision Centers, not only provided me outstanding customer service, but they also worked with my insurance company. They deal with all of types of major insurance carriers and have a professional relationship with everyone of them, making the claim process easy for you in order to get you back on the road faster. I mean these guys were great! Not only did they provide me a loaner, but they fixed my 2013 Dodge Challenger back to the way it was. The craftmanship is nothing but flawless. Have had auto body damage and mechanical problems and both times Sovereign fixed me up.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rene at Sovereign Service Center right before I had an accident with my car. I made a call to to the body shop and within no time, I was in a rental while my car was being repaired. He kept me up to date with the status of my car and made it easy for me throughout the entire process. They even had my car washed and detailed once it was ready to pick up. I highly recommend them whenever you need body work done on your car!

Rudest lady ever , gets booty hurt cause you ask her questions about your car . Wants to get all defensive not professional at all , the work was ok they need better customer service though not with that attitude !
