Russell and Matt are so awesome. I brought my car in for the check engine light, and while they were working, they updated me via text. The outcome wasn't awesome, but they didn't try to push service on me, and instead gave me advice about what to do next and where to go. Add in the courtesy shuttle to - and possibly even from - work, and they've got my business. Matt took the time to really explain the problem, why it was abnormal, and gave me the knowledge I needed to fight the dealership.
They even offered me cookies at the end of my bad day. :)

Very friendly staff. Took my car here for an inspection. I forgot my proof of insurance and was able to have it faxed/emailed to them, so that they could still perform the inspection. This was very convenient and not something every company would do for you. Inspection was performed very quickly and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Being a female and not knowing much about cars, I of course have learned to do some research, get quotes etc. Christian Brothers Automotive might not be the cheapest but I can at least save a few hundred compared to a dealership and BONUS I feel safe knowing my car is fixed and fixed properly!. Friendly and professional staff, clean comfortable waiting area, text update on your vehicle and if you need a ride they have a shuttle (Matt the driver super nice). From start to finish, these guys are professional and they guarantee their work. Jason, did a great job explaining to me what my car needs, gave me options, told me what to look for why things are needed. Some will say they are trying to sell you more than what you came in for. To me it is really up to you to decide and maybe you do need more..the other shop may have overlooked something, it happened to me which lead me to Christian Brothers Automotive. Will definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

I have had major work done on the complicated systems on my 470 Lexus. My generation could fix almost any car back in the 60sall we had to think about were simple systems carburetor, fuel pump generator! Now, not only do you have to be a mechanic but you have to be a computer scientist in order to repair these modern vehicles it takes youth and intelligence and these guys are some of the best. Christian Brothers Automotive was very helpful and courteous! I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am and got there 5 minutes before and they checked me in, took my keys and immediately started working on my car. I waited there for them to finish and it only took 30 minutes for them to do a front alignment on my car. I've been using Christian Brothers for a long, long time. The staff is very friendly and professional and the mechanics are certified and treat your car like it's their own. The owners are top notch as well ! I won't ever take my car to another mechanic as long as Christian Brothers Automotive is available. They fix your car right the first time and in a timely manner. They have a car which can shuttle you to/from your home or office. They're genuine Christian employees and I can't say enough positive things about Christian Brothers Automotive and everything they stand for !
