Mauro and his team did an awesome job on my toyota and definitely recommend this type of repair versus a body shop. I had dents and dings that I didn't even see on almost every panel of my car and also had my headlights restored to factory conditions and it was all done in less than 8 hours. Mauro is very professional and courteous and has a great work ethic. I am extremely happy with the work performed and the price was very reasonable and also has a very clean waiting area for you to relax in.

We had hail damage to 2 vehicles from the April 12 storm. Took a chance on Start to Finish because they were able to squeeze us in the soonest. Could not be more satisfied ! Both cars had multiple deep dents and gouges from the storm. Now looks like they weren't even there. The insurance adjuster said our 2015 GMC truck needed a new hood and new paint job on the whole front end. Mauro at Start to Finish convinced me to let him give it a try and they knocked it out of the park. Of course the check the insurance cut me wouldn't pay but half of the estimate for the major body work, but Mauro and crew made it work with what they paid me. Very satisfied with Start to Finish dent removal.

Top notch! I've been a customer twice in about 18 months - first for damage from a shopping cart in a parking lot - I paid out of pocket then and was very satisfied. Then I came back after the April 2016 San Antonio hailstorms that put over 500 (!) dents on my 2014 Mazda 6 and I had an insurance claim. Mauro and his team handled the insurance process seamlessly, offered fantastic service and great value. I hope I don't need their service again, but if I do - I have zero hesitation in being a repeat customer.

These guys are professionals! They are courteous and respectful to every customer. Mauro DeLuna fixed the small dent in my motorcycle fender to perfection. You could not see or feel where the dent was before. He is a real artist who takes his work seriously and loves what he does. Mario is awesome. We had two cars damaged in the recent series of hail storms (of course it had to be different storms...) Got the first car back in a couple days because it needed a few parts, and less than 24 hours on the second. The second had over 300 dents too. Cabo is adorable. (shop dog) Mario and his wife are super nice. I found these guys on Yelp because EVERYWHERE was booked. Glad I did. They did a great job. Handing his cards out to friends at work who couldn't get an appointment until July at their regular shop.

We've used this body shop previously and they fixed three dents done with no problem. Now after the hail debacle we brought two cars for an estimate and wanted to pick which part of the car we wanted repaired since we are paying out of pocket. At first Mauro was polite & professional but after the estimate was written out & we only wanted specific areas done he became very rude and insulting. He told my husband "we thought you were rich" when he elected to only do areas that were highly visible. We are highly disappointed

My wife and I brought out two cars to this facility for an estimate and to start on one of the vehicles. We indicated at the very beginning of the estimate we had liability coverage and will be paying out of pocket. Mauro began to itemize the damages from the recent hailstorm, and I inquired if I can elect to proceed with selected damaged areas. I was surprised to learn they will only do all of the repairs which would be a few thousand dollars or nothing at all. I asked if the quote could reflect fixing just three of the major dents, but Mauro told me this was not worth his time, and insulting said "I thought you were rich."
I recently had three dents repaired at this same facility in the past for $275, but it appears his increased overhead expenses of expansion causes him to turn away dent repairs. Very disappointing.

Took my car in today for a repair and got it back within a day. They were pretty busy with the recent hailstorm but still worked with me since I didn't have a car rental coverage. Not only he fixed my dents, he saved my car! I had an oil change done about three weeks ago but they didn't put a cap on and I didn't know and would not have known if Mauro didn't tell me. My engine oil were empty and Mauro helped me put the oil in otherwise my engine would probably be busted. Nice and friendly service. Thank you!

I arrived today from a business trip to find my car had a dent. My car is only 5 months old and I was really upset about some careless a-hole who decided to mess with it. The dent was on the rear door close to were the hinges are. To make things worse it as on the edge that goes from front to back. I did not know any shop at the time who could take care of it, so I decided to google (should have used yelp 1st) dent repair in San Antonio.
Called the first hit on the search but they could not see me right away (yes, I am that anal) Start to Finish was the second hit and when I looked at the address, it was close to the airport so I decided to go there instead. I was greeted very politely and quickly by Mr. Mauro DeLuna. He looked at the dent on my car and said that even though it was small, it was on a difficult place but he would do his bet. One hour and a half later, he was done and when I went to see the car, it was like nothing had ever happened! You know how sometimes even though your car has been fixed you can still see the damage that it had before? Well, this time I could not find it at all.
The have a very nice waiting room with clean bathroom and free wireless in case you want to wait while they work on your car. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dent repair.

My 2015 FR-S was damaged by the hailstorm on 4/12/16. Called Start to Finish to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They told me I just needed to stop by anytime. Went by during my lunch break. They looked at my car, gave me a quote, and said they could have it done the same day by 5 pm. I didn't have a ride back to work, so they arranged for someone to drive me back to my office. Picked up my car at 5 and it looked like new! Great customer service, competitive prices, precise work. I'll definitely be referring others!

A buddy of mine took his new BMW 335I to get his rims done up, so I drove him over to pick it up. First off, the BMW looked unreal with the rims that Mauro did. Simply sexy.
But the reason I write this review is because this morning I noticed that someone had scratched up my front bumper. So when I took my friend to get his car, I asked Mauro how much it'd be to buff it out and touch it up. He did it for me on the spot in under 5 minutes and asked nothing for it. Full disclosure......I'm a freak when it comes to my vehicles.
So you can imagine how I 'lost my rabbit' when I found a door ding on my '11 Equus.
I called ahead, Mauro evaluated it when I arrived and was a bit concerned because of the depth of the dent but said he'd do his best.
He took the vehicle in while I waited and less than an hour later, you can't tell where the dent was
More importantly, I can't tell.
The cost is a fraction of the cost, time and hassle of a body shop.

What a wonderful experience! I was very upset when I found the rear passenger door on my brand new car dented in a parking lot. I was not sure where to go to have it fixed. I brought in my Genesis Coupe with a fairly deep door ding with paint transfer from another car.
Being that my car is black, I was worried that some part of the worked on area would still be noticeable after the job was done.
About an hour later, Mauro pulled my car out in the sun and had me take a look.
I was astonished! I couldn't detect where the ding was! I looked from different angles and couldn't see any sign that a ding ever existed. Mauro is a true metal healer and gentleman!

San Antonio, there is still hope, this place is fantastic! They really took care of my baby and especially me. They pointed out dents on my vehicle that I didn't notice. I was told that the work take a whole day, Which was fine with me, in fact these guys even went above and beyond by holding my vehicle for a few days since I was on my way out of town.
Got a call to let me know that my baby was good to go, and when I showed up, like a true artist who is unhappy with their art, they were hesitant to let me know that the dents were not at 100%, I had no clue what they were talking about because it look perfect! I should have taken a before and after pic because I did not think it would go back to its original shape. I was about to buy a whole new door, but thought I should give these guys a chance, and i'm glad I did. I had an estimate in my head how much the repair would cost, and theses guys beat it by hundreds.
I'm taking my wife's car next to get those pesky Wal-Mart dings out of her vehicle.
If you re hesitant to find a place for your vehicle's dents and dings, well don't. These guys know what they are doing and they do not try to BS you like most other locations here in SATX.

If you have any dents, small to large, especially if lazy ass people don't put their shopping carts back where they belong and then you notice some crazy dents on your nice ride. This is the place to go to. The owner and staff are great, they let you know up front what paint less dent removal is, the prices are the best around in town, the job is Outstanding.
And you don't have to hit up the body shop and pay crazy amount of money. Murio,He's the owner, took me right away and took some dents from my JEEP(SRT) on the driver side, he was great, took him like 35min to do an amazing job.. Highly recommend this establishment.

A couple of years back, right after I purchased the love of my life--a 2006 TL--someone had the audacity to key the entire length of the trunk lid. It was devastating for me, most especially because I had not even put the plates on the car.
I got a quote from a body shop to repair the damage--$500 to sand down the piece and completely repaint it. I knew that matching my paint color would be nearly impossible and the likelihood of the paint job flaking, chipping, or discoloring was much higher if I were to get the piece re-done. Not wanting to spend that much money on something that would likely make the car look even worse, I left the scratch on my trunk for nearly 2 years, wondering at other options.
Then one of my good friends told me about Mauro. I can't say enough great things about him, his shop, and the work that he did on my car. He found the matching color to paint in the bare metal, had one of his guys touch up some dings and places on the front of the car where bugs had eaten away at the paint, and told me to come back two days later for him to sand down the edges of the paint job.
Today I returned and he did precisely what he said he would--the scratch is much more difficult to see now, and the paint job blends seamlessly with the trunk lid.
I felt like Mauro was incredibly professional, respected my time and was upfront and honest about the process of repairing what had been done to my car with respect to how it would look and what he thought his shop could do.
They under-promised and over-delivered! I would recommend my friends to him in a heartbeat.

I had hail damage on my 2011 vw jetta and was afraid my vehicle would never look the same, but Mauro the owner did an impeccable job!! Some of the damage was so extensive I was afraid the paintless dent removal would not work, but my jetta looks brand new again! I brought my 2013 Volvo S60 that had a good amount of dents from the hailstorm. The folks at this shop were very friendly and gave me a competitive price, actually the best price from the other two high reviews places where I went for an estimate. All the damaged panels were completely restored and there are no signs of dents. The car had a ding on one of the doors, and I was pleased to see this one fixed complementary. I must applaud these people! After the most insane hail storm in a very long time, they were swamped with fixing cars. With all the stress that has been put on them, they maintained polite attitudes, were courteous to their customers, patient, and understanding. I never knew about paintless dent removal until I was referred to this company by some neighbors to take care of some dings I had in my car. This place is great. I stopped by for an estimate of the work that needed done and a few days later, my car looked like new. The customer service and attention to detail at this shop are outstanding, qualities that are sometimes difficult to find these days. I have already recommended this shop to a couple of folks that I know and I am taking my other car to them this week to get rid of some of the dings on that one as well. I am a customer for life!
