I used to love this place when they were called the Oil Can, you could get in and out in literally (without exaggeration) under 5 minutes.
I went before a lengthy road trip one morning during the week at about 10 AM in March, one older man was there running the entire shop by himself, he was already working on a vehicle, so I went inside and sat down, 20 minutes later, nothing, car is still having just it's oil changed (the other customer confirmed they were getting a basic conventional oil change), I'm sorry, I don't feel one car, you've been working on should take over 20 minutes to dump out old oil, put new oil in, and change the oil filter, I left because I had to get on the road and had my oil done elsewhere.
Considering my last visit a 1 off, I decided to try this business again, I checked their hours on a Tuesday, just after 6 PM, which reported they were open until 7 PM, which is great they're just up the road from me. When I get there, the garage bays are closed, the open sign is still on, and the owner comes out and tells me they were slow today so he just sent everyone home for the day and was closing early. He then promised to stay open for me until at least 6:30 PM the next day and apologized.
My issues with your poorly ran company:
1) It should never take 20+ minutes to do a single oil change, it's a very easy job, had I your garage I could have done this myself in minutes.
2) Do not post on the internet and your door that you are open until 7 PM and consistently close early, any reputable business needs to follow their own business hours they set, this is a very basic concept.
3) Do not offer me to "stay open until up to 6:30 PM" the next day as some kind of courtesy, your hours say you're open until 7 PM, you need to adhere to the hours you set, you're not doing me any favors by closing your shop 30 minutes early instead of the time you set as your close time, what planet are you from?
I won't be coming back here, and I suggest you guys learn how to change oil, and adhere to the hours you personally set your for own business.
