In an out in under 10 min and they don't try to sell you crap. Very nice and experienced staff- this is my new place to go for oil changes!

Great staff, quick service. They don't recommend any additional services unless you ask them or you really need them. Worthy of your business.

This place is my go to oil change for both my vehicles. Not only are they quick, but they are also friendly and do not beat around the bush with useless tactics just trying to get a sale. I really appreciate having a place that I can go where I don't have to worry about being charged for something I don't need. I am in and out in under 10 minutes usually, and it's always nice being remembered and greeted by the staff. There isn't a lot of bells and whistles to this establishment which is perfectly fine in my book, because it seems the owner spends time focusing on satisfying the customer with good service.

The new owner is nice but my fluids were topped off with water, not real products. It took 15 mins for the oil change, if I'm going to wait that long and pay that much, I will go next door to Pauls. Their new business cards state you get a free vacuum with your oil change. I have been there 3 times and that has NEVER happened. It's too bad. I really hoped it would be better than when the owner of The Oil Can decided to sell, bc it went down hill. But I guess once the bar was lowered, it stayed there.
Here is the new owners response:
I am the new owner at masters lube and if you think we went downhill from last owner you are deff wrong if we happened to be out of washer fluid on time we are sorry and if 15 minutes is too long for you than you are impatient and if paul can give you better prices than go for it
To clarify, twice they had several jugs of water to fill washer fluid and/or radiator fluid. The location is known for getting an oil change in 10 mins or less. Again, 3 times and never did they vacuum any of our vehicles. And apparently the new owner is a petulant child who can't spell.

I used to love this place when they were called the Oil Can, you could get in and out in literally (without exaggeration) under 5 minutes.
I went before a lengthy road trip one morning during the week at about 10 AM in March, one older man was there running the entire shop by himself, he was already working on a vehicle, so I went inside and sat down, 20 minutes later, nothing, car is still having just it's oil changed (the other customer confirmed they were getting a basic conventional oil change), I'm sorry, I don't feel one car, you've been working on should take over 20 minutes to dump out old oil, put new oil in, and change the oil filter, I left because I had to get on the road and had my oil done elsewhere.
Considering my last visit a 1 off, I decided to try this business again, I checked their hours on a Tuesday, just after 6 PM, which reported they were open until 7 PM, which is great they're just up the road from me. When I get there, the garage bays are closed, the open sign is still on, and the owner comes out and tells me they were slow today so he just sent everyone home for the day and was closing early. He then promised to stay open for me until at least 6:30 PM the next day and apologized.
My issues with your poorly ran company:
1) It should never take 20+ minutes to do a single oil change, it's a very easy job, had I your garage I could have done this myself in minutes.
2) Do not post on the internet and your door that you are open until 7 PM and consistently close early, any reputable business needs to follow their own business hours they set, this is a very basic concept.
3) Do not offer me to "stay open until up to 6:30 PM" the next day as some kind of courtesy, your hours say you're open until 7 PM, you need to adhere to the hours you set, you're not doing me any favors by closing your shop 30 minutes early instead of the time you set as your close time, what planet are you from?
I won't be coming back here, and I suggest you guys learn how to change oil, and adhere to the hours you personally set your for own business.

I stopped in yesterday for an oil change. I was a previous Oil Can customer and just assumed that I would be returning to The Oil Can for my oil change when I was in the neighborhood. I hadn't been to The Oil Can for my last two oil changes, so was a little confused by the new sign outside. I didn't have time to waste, so I went inside to try and figure out what the heck happened.
When I walked in, I was greeted by the new owner. He guaranteed me that I would be taken care of in the same professional manner as I was when it was The Oil Can. The price was reasonable, only a few dollars more than what I used to pay, and it came with vacuum, fluids topped off, tire pressure check, and one other thing I didn't catch. Cool! I was sold!
I drove around back, just as I remembered, gave him my keys and headed to the waiting room. Which is nicer than the previous waiting room. It smelled and looked clean (probably the worst part about the old business was sitting in the waiting room). It felt like no time at all and my car was ready to go. It was definitely under 10 minutes, but this was during the week, early in the afternoon.
I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Salim. He asked for my repeat business and I would be happy to go back again. Paying the same amount that large chains charge and knowing that it goes to a small business owner is fine by me!

I went here twice before I moved. I wish I found them earlier. They are nice and fast. The price was good too.
