I was talkin to george,jean,and jeff about finanancing jean and george told me i might have a steering column problem ...i thought it was a ignition switch problem anyway jean told me at first it was $99.00 but if it is the steering column ---it would be $348.00 P/L i will need to finance i can pay $50.00 a month phone# 254-462-7945 forgive me i don't know if i am doing this right ..don't know much about computers .i have a 92 Ford (Black) F-150 Truck i brought it in this morning.

My son's car was leaking antifreeze. We stopped in to see if they could help us figure out the problem. A young man came out to look at the car immediately. He quickly found the problem (a loose connection). He tightened the line and we were off. Very attentive and helpful. Will be having my son visit there again to take care of a few more issues. Thanks for the help!!

Here's the deal, I was driving down the road in Killeen and my suburban died right in front of Al's shop. I coasted into the parking lot next-door checked a few items and determine that I had absolutely no idea what was wrong with my truck. Thinking the worst that the fuel pump was bad in my truck. I walked over to the garage and explain my situation and they were happily willing to help and went immediately over to my truck. The next thing I see is my truck being pushed by several employees and pushed onto a lift. Four mechanics immediately want to work to try and figure out what was wrong with my truck. Unlike most shops, they actually took my input and were very receiving of the information that I gave them
It took approximately 20 minutes to figure out that the computer had gone bad on my truck! Thinking the worst and thinking thousands of dollars I went inside and they called multiple parts shops and dealers to see if they can get the part. It wasn't available until the day. I was brand-new to the area and they were happy to give me a ride to the rental car company down the street. I called the next day and they stated that my truck would be done by the end of the day and that it would need to go to the dealer to have the computer flashed. When all said and done I was expecting a bill much greater than $1000 and was pleasantly surprised when the bill was just slightly over $600. They had to tow the vehicle, had for mechanics working on it for over two hours and get the parts and a dealership have to flash the computer and then bring it back. They were extremely fair very courteous and upmost they were honest. They could've taken me for a lot of money but there is still some integrity left in the world. I highly recommend Al's for any of your auto needs and I will be back. Thank you to everyone that took care of my car and took care of me.

I went to meinke mechanics to replace my brakes and they kept finding things wrong I went from 300 to 1085 dollars. I went to Al's and the work I needed was 300 dollars they were honest and always give me excellent service. GOD BLESS YOU GENTLEMEN and ty

We always take our cars to Al!!!He is an amazing guy and he will help you out. His whole team always do a good job. My experience has always been amazing. Never try to go this place. They charged me for about $400 just to change 3 sparker plug. Oh, the plugs were bought by myself. They said I still need change all my exahust system.....hell no, I"d rather let sbd. else to make this money.

We've been taking our vehicles and lawnmowers to Mr. Al and his three sons for the past 3 years. Their work is fast and professional! I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!! Fun and loving family!! Need to meet them to believe!
