My Collision Center is awesome! Hector gave me an estimate lower than I was expecting, and not only was the price great, even better- the quality of work was superb, the level of customer service I received from Hector was phenomenal and my car was completed much sooner than I expected! Hector kept in touch with me and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! My Altima is once again a beauty! Thanks for everything Hector! I highly recommend him!

If anyone is looking for outstanding auto repair with excellent customer service, talk with Mario Ruiz, owner of My Collision Repair at 11479 Perrin Beitel Rd. He has 32 years experience in the repair business but only opened his own shop two months ago. My husband stopped by to get an estimate for damage to the rear fender on my car, and Mario not only gave him a firm price but also did an "emergency" repair at no charge until I could bring it in the next week for full repair and paint. When I took it in this week, I was met by Mario and his lovely receptionist, Morgan. He said my car would be ready in 3 days max and actually had it done by the afternoon of the second day. In addition to excellent repair work of the fender, he found and repaired an area that was leaking water into my floorboard when it rained---and didn't charge extra for that either. He offers a lifetime guarantee on his work---and he certainly has our business for as long as we live in San Antonio!

I had a great experience with this establishment. They did great work. From start to finish everything went smooth and they exceeded my expectations which is not normal when dealing with shops. I have 20 years plus experience in dealing with body shops. Hector (who was excellent) assessed the damage and gave me a fair estimate. The work was great and finished even quicker then quoted. I would recommend this shop to anyone who plans on footing the bill out of pocket or for anyone using insurance due to there 50% off insurance deductible reimbursement.
