Craig and his crew are knowledgeable and honest. Craig especially is very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY passionate about his craft. Their facility is large, clean, and able, with a lot of newer equipment. I still check different places all the time, but I just keep comin' back to these guys. Craig has also made successful and satisfactory recommendations for parts and services that were cheaper or done better at a different place. He knows his stuff and truly cares. Considering all things, Parkway Auto is simply the best.

Craig is passionate about customer service. Keeps you well informed about what is wrong with your vehicle and doesnt pressure you into things. The shop is very clean which I think is a good indication of quality work. I had a tire shop tell me that i desperately needed new tires. Craig took a look at my tires and told me I have ahwile before they need replacement. Coming from a guy who sells tires. Im not used to this sorta of honesty.

If you value your money, and you want your car fixed correctly and for a fair price DO NOT GO TO PARKWAY AUTO CARE! DO NOT LET CRAIG FOOL YOU. My family and I have given CRAIG at Parkway Auto Care our business for several years and on several vehicles. In the past he has been fairly reasonable, but on my most recent visits CRAIG was nothing less than crooked, unreasonable, and offensive. I was very specific with CRAIG about my concerns with spending too much on my twenty year old car from the get go. I gave him a break point of 700 or 800 dollars. Anything more than that, I told him, and I would scrap the car and use my savings towards a different vehicle. The total was 1400 dollars. Despite my surprise and frustration, I paid the bill. Less than 100 miles later my car dropped nearly all of its coolant. I asked CRAIG to tow the vehicle and check it out. He towed it and discovered that the cap to drain the radiator was bad. It couldn't be fixed, and I had to buy a new radiator. I asked CRAIG to pay for the tow for obvious reasons (The cap didn't have any issues before he worked on it, and he doubled my expectations for the amount of the first repair). He immediately turned defensive and rude, calling me ridiculous and a "cocky teenager." I may look young, but I actually just graduated college, CRAIG. After he refused to pay for the tow- insisting that the leaking coolant was not his fault, he incorrectly assumed that I came to his shop without any money and tried to take my keys back, and said I would have to pay cash- which I have always done in the past. In fact, I had the 500 dollars he was asking for in my pocket. I tried to reason with CRAIG and he insulted me. CRAIG is a deplorable business owner, a crook, a bad mechanic, an agist, and takes no pride in his work (as he shouldn't). If you value your money, and you want your car fixed correctly and for a fair price DO NOT GO TO PARKWAY AUTO CARE! DO NOT LET CRAIG FOOL YOU.
