The Best!

I had an excellent experience at Mark2 Collision, everything went as planned and promised and my car looks great! I had a free loaner from my insurance company and my schedule was tight the day it was ready, not only did they stay a little after hours but she took care of my loaner for me, I just dropped it off when I picked up my car and she took care of the rest. The team at Mark2 is amazing and I recommend them highly.

Getting and driving a new car is an exciting journey. Unfortunately, that means you're not used to the car therefore chances of "accidents" rise for first few months. I've done an excellent job scratching rear left side of my new car. So I searched for Nissan certified body shops, and Mark 2 Collision Center popped up. When I read positive reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but now that I experienced their service, I'd like to chime in and leave my positive review.
The whole process was fairly quick and prompt. They sent me text messages whenever there was a progress. And they kept their word on due date. And the job they've done was amazing.
They were friendly and made sure that I was satisfied with their work. I wish every other businesses value their customer satisfaction as much as Mark 2 Collision. Something like that goes a long way, and now I know where to go if unfortunate incidents happen to my (and my family's) car..

March 12th 2016, My grandma was driving off of Mulkito and some guy was on the side of the road sitting in his car and by the time we passed him. He turned right out and destroyed the front end of her van. But they towed our van to Mark 2 collision repair, and they helped us so much ! The work they did on the van was wonderful, amazing !! They are so friendly and make it feel like you're part of the family ! Thank so much for making my grandma the happiest lady , you guys are amazing.

Excellent excellent service. Vicky and the staff are incredibly awesome. I was impressed at the service and communication, Vicky..and I believe a gentlemen with glasses?? was incredible. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were patient and answered all my questions.
Vicky went well and beyond to help me with complicated situation that I had to go through, long story short Vicky and staff have incredible work ethic.
My car finally got repaired and I had gone through a incredibly stressful situation where the other party insurance was not cooperative and Vicky did everything to make it smooth as possible.
The repair on the car is awesome, hard to match my color of the car but they did it and it looked almost brand new!
I highly recommend you bring your car here, I believe this the BEST customer service that is locally owned and incredibly reasonable priced, they believe in their customers is their priority and they follow through that. THANK YOU!!

I have done personal business with these folks on two different occasions. They are a rare breath of fresh air. They know their business, they are honest and do outstanding work. I would recommend them highly.
Incidentally, I'm a licensed insurance adjuster and an insurance fraud investigator. These people reflect highly on their profession!
Good people, straight dealing, and excellent workmanship. What more could you ask for? We need more people like this!

Working with Alika at Mark 2 Collision in Lynnwood was a refreshing experience. He actually responded to questions, stuck to the quote, and had my car done quickly looking better than ever. (I had my car in for body damage)

"YOU SAW MY BLINKER, *****"
I was driving on Ravenna not too long ago and was involved in a collision. The old lady that rear ended me mentioned that she failed to see my signal lamps emit any light. To be totally frank with you, she may have been right. I did have a few brewskies.
Any who, the lady gave me 300 bucks and referred me to this place in Lynnwood called, "MARK 2 COLLISION".
Let me tell you. This is one of those "rare" body shops that dispells weary generalizations that auto repair places tend to get noted for.
In gist, they repaired my rear bumper in several days time and one of the people i spoke to ALIKA, was one of the most sincere people i've ever met (really cool guy, has this laid-back, island vibe about him that makes you feel like you're on vacation whilst interacting with him - very pleasant).
Any who. I'm off to clap the tiles tonight. But if you need an awesome autobody/refinishing shop that's dependable, honest and fast - MARK 2 COLLISION receives Binye's stamp of approval (and i don't give those out every day... but then again, i don't stamp things daily. Humph).

My wife recently had some body damage to her nearly new car. We were pretty upset as the color was custom Black Sapphire and thought it would be difficult to match.
Mark 2 to the resuce ... Sean and his crew did an outstanding job and now our Volvo looks as good as new.
They were also very friendly, helpful, timely and honest. I would not heistate to refer Mark 2 to anybody needing body work.

Mark 2 came to my rescue last week when my hood latch broke, my battery dead, and the repair shop I went to before tried desperately to fix it, to no avail, recommending I may have to have an auto body shop totally remove the hood, costing me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I had it towed to Mark 2 and in no time, they got it open without any damage to the hood, then proceeded to check all of my tire levels, electrical switches, and provided the best service that I have ever experienced from an auto shop. They knew I was in financial straights and even though they spent over an hour on my car, did it all for free and told me to "pay it forward"....the nicest people I have ever encountered at an auto shop. They did amazing work, we're so pleasant to work with, and have a reputation for honesty. Their shop is clean and their customer service outstanding. Go to Mark 2 if you are looking for superior service and integrity in business. They will take great care of you!

I had a surface scratch on the tank of my motorcycle from someone who decided to play around on my bike when I was in the store. I took it to Mark 2 for an estimate for my insurance and they took one look at it and said "that can be buffed out...I can do it right now and won't charge you for it." The guy, Sean I believe, was so nice and so helpful and "johnny on the spot" even though they had half a dozen other cars in their bays. I was on my lunch break from work and was back at my desk right at the end of my lunch. I will go back to these guys for any motorcycle or auto repairs I need and will recommend them to anyone. My tank loks great as if the scratches never happened! And to top it off, he gave my bike a quick wax job as well!
