This has to be the most friendly shop in town. The mechanics were very honest, and the prices are reasonable. Though I didn't ask for it, they called me with a quote for service before they did any work. When the parts I needed weren't available, they had them delivered so that I could get on the road before the holidays. They also gave me a call the moment my car was finished rather than making me stop by to check on it before they closed (as so many other shops tend to do!). Instead of just telling me what was wrong with my car, they took the time to show me exactly what the problem was. The only think I'll say is that this place seems a bit old fashioned. They might not have all the bells and whistles and fancy computer read-outs of the larger shops, but they seemed to genuinely care about my car. I would recommend Redmond's over any other shop I've been to in town, and I will bring my car here again without hesitation.

I had a great experience here. I am new to Columbia and I have a 99' Land Rover Discovery and it was running hot. I was able to get the vehicle to them and Jerry was awesome enough to give me a ride back to work. They turned the work around quickly and the bill wasn't bad. I will definitely use them moving forward. I recommend them to anyone.
