I have had the opportunity to visit this shop twice. It sounds odd to say visiting an auto shop is an opportunity but that's how pleasant my experience has been.
Both times required working out drop off / pick up times due to my schedule. The communication is top notch with this business as they provided me their cell number and allowed me to text for updates and questions. They tolerated my constant badgering very well.
Importantly, their work is very fast and they make it seem like yours is the only vehicle they're working on. On both occasions, the only wait time was the receipt of the part and I was kept informed of progress. I am sure it is issue dependent, but I was never without my vehicle for more than a full day.
The cost was very, very reasonable and I never felt like I was being haggled in any way. I cannot express how great my experience has been and while I don't hope for more car problems I know I won't mind visiting this shop again. I recommend this business 100%.

My search for a reliable and honest mechanic in Miami has ended! I wound up at Naulin after reading the positive reviews on yelp heaping praise on Pedro. My car has had an issue for a while now that has cost me both time an money with other mechanics that couldn't get it diagnosed properly or get it fixed... even though they charged me for "fixes" which did nothing.
Pedro took his time on getting the issue actually resolved. There was a check engine light that led in one direction but due to Pedro's knowledge and patience he was confident that the obvious potential cause didn't seem to fit what I was describing. He dug deeper and found the actual problem and had it fixed in no time. My car drives perfectly and the price he charged was more than fair. Never once did he try and sell me a service or part that I didn't need. Pedro is great at what he does and is as honest as they come. Now that I have found Naulin, there's no doubt that I will be using Pedro for all mechanical work on my cars.
Note that you should call ahead and schedule an appointment; it is well worth your time and money to go see Pedro, even if you have to wait a little while.

Pedro and his team has done it again!! Fixed my clutch, ac and shocks all in a timely manner and affordable. He recommended i purchase the clutch/flywheel kit online (ebay) since it would be much cheaper; he even provided me the item #. He finds angles to help us save, and does not recommend additional things we DONT need!
I recommend this shop to all who are looking for loyal and trustworthy mechanics. Dont think twice!

I found this business here on Yelp and was so pleased that the reviews were accurate! I wanted to leave my own review for anyone out there who is looking for a nice, reasonable, honest mechanic to work with - this is your place! My AC stopped working last month and I finally brought it here. Pedro (I think that was his name) was courteous and up front in telling me that it could take up to a day to fit me in (they take appointments). I left it there and he was easy to communicate with for estimates and updates. He emailed me the estimate as I was busy with mtgs yesterday and was quick with the work. He under promised and over delivered - what a nice change! Picked up my car about an hour ago and am so happy with both the service and repair. These guys are great. Will definitely be a regular customer here!

It's not often that you find this quality, pricing and honesty from a mechanic. I really can't say enough about how impressed I am with his service. He takes painstaking detail to explain exactly what you need and what the cost will be and at the same time being very reasonable with cost.
I know very little about cars but he explains everything so clearly. I've already recommended him several times and everyone has told me how great the service was and how satisfied they were with the shop. In fact, I was thanked for referring Pedro to them. I have had many vehicles and used hundreds of mechanics. Naulin automotive is the best I have had work on my car in over 30 years. My first experience was having the brakes on my F150 worked on. He finished the job quickly and it cast almost half of what I have paid before. My second experience was with the A/C. Three technicians had worked one it before and not found the problem, but had charged me hundreds of dollars. Pedro found and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Pedro is quick and detailed. He is not expensive and helps any way he can. If you like dogs, his "guard dog" is very friendly and likes chicken nuggets. Tell him Don said Hi.

When you go to Naulin, you are greeted by a giant, yet super kind dog who just wants some scratches. Then, you meet Pedro, a humble yet very knowledgeable mechanic who gives you a very fair price and does high quality work. He is friendly and has no problem talking cars or racing with you - it is clear he followed his passion to his work, it's not just a paycheck.
I love cars and am always very hesitant about mechanics and try my best to do the work on my own. However, since moving to my new location, I am at the mercy of a condominium association that hovers over the parking lot like hawks. If I so much as pop my hood, I can almost guarantee a complaint letter. So, I was introduced to Naulin by my girlfriend. She has Naulin take care of all of the routine maintenances there for her Scion TC and has always been treated fairly, no price gouging and no issues with any repairs. I have gone in a few times and Pedro has always been great, he even gave me some tickets to the Homestead Speedway so I could check it out.
My car is my baby, and I take very good care of it. After seeing some of his repeat customers and speaking to them about their 300zx's, WRX STIs and just everyday cars, I was confident my car is in good hands.
My first job through Naulin was given a great time frame and price and I couldn't be happier. In a sea of shady mechanics that have no real knowledge and just want to squeeze you dry, Naulin is a welcome find.

Finding Pedro's shop on Yelp was a blessing! He is courteous, knowledgeable of his trade, easy to communicate with, and best of all he is honest. I needed some service done to my air conditioning unit for my van. Spoke to him on the phone about my car problem and arranged a time and day to go. Of course you can just show up unexpectedly but I've always like giving people the heads up. I showed and he knew exactly who I was from our conversation on the phone and he immediately got to work with my van. The whole thing didn't take more than an hour and my van's a/c is now working perfectly. Another mechanic there named, Matias, was also really helpful and made me feel very welcome.
I will definitely keep Naulin Auto as my go-to auto repair and maintenance shop. I already recommended him to my own relatives around Miami. Don't hesitate from coming there. You won't regret it!

Only been here once, but I got a very good vibe. We had an AC that wasn't working on our Lotus Elise, and I was pretty worried about the possible cost. The guys at Naulin saw us same day, and took a 'start small and see if it works' approach to protect me from spending money where not necessary. The great reviews led me here. They were right on target! My A/C system had been leaking freon so I had them diagnose it. Impressions include great attitudes, car enthusiasts, correct equipment and training, shop is clean and organized. He tested for leaks, added die to spot leaks, and recharged the system.
The kicker: $40. He was going to take $30 cash but since I value great service and want to keep them in business, I asked him to charge me the $50 we ageed to originally. He ran my card for $40.

As a girl trying to get her car serviced in Miami, it's hard to not feel like you're getting screwed. This is one of my first yelp reviews, and I felt compelled to write it bc of the AWESOME care and service I received when I took my car to Naulin. I initially took my car to a generic oil change place who told me I needed new brakes and rotors and gave me an $850 estimate and pressured me to have them do it ASAP. I felt something was off so I yelped auto service and Naulin appeared with great reviews. I called & the owner Pedro personally set me up with an appt. the next day. Needless to say my hunch was right. I did not need all the services the "other" auto place quoted me on. My car was serviced promptly at my appt time and my previous $850 brake service became a $350 job, bc Naulin is honest and only performed what my car needed. Pedro even sent me a follow up email thanking me for my business. In a city of shady businesses, it is good to know there are still honest folks out there. I highly recommend Naulin and will use them for all my auto needs in the future.

My buddy who is extremely anal on who can work on his car, recommended me to Naulin's shop to get my coilovers installed. Pedro was straightforward and honest. No up selling or anything. This is hands down the most honest mechanic in all of Miami. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but Pedro(the owner) is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. He will give you a free estimate for any installation or repair work.
He also has a machine for leak checking & recharching air conditioners low on freon. He has several lifts & can handle just about any automotive task from a simple oil change to a full motor swap.

I just literally got home from Naulin and I'm already writing a review, that's how satisified I am with the service. My audi a4 was shuddering on idle (check engine light on) , and I thought it might be one of the ignition coils or spark plug. Went to Firestone at 7am and they're trying to charge me $100 for computer diagnostic and I said NO so I went to autozone and they checked it for free, they told me all 4 coils are bad and I need to change them (I didn't believe them because all 4 of them??), went home and searched for auto repair around miami, found Naulin.
I went there and Pedro (owner) checked my car (free diagnostic), within a minute he found the problem and it was a small loose valve that connects to the engine (only costs $65 for the part, compared to changing the coils for $35 each plus the spark plug) and it causes to missfire the coils hence the shuddering of the car. It only took him 30 minutes to change it.
No wonder his business has a complete 5 star reviews. Pedro was honest and won't rip you off. It's very hard to find a very good mechanic like him, I'm definitely gonna go back to him whenever I have car problems.

I just moved from Miami to Homestead looking for a good honest mechanic. I had gone to see a couple of mechanics about my cars AC. One mechanic said it was the compressor. Another said it was the evaporator. I started reading reviews here on yelp and saw that Naulins had all 26 reviews with a 5 star rating. I was like thats impressive. So I went to check my AC at Naulins. They are 2 brothers that work together there. Pedro is a great honest person. He checked my AC and said that all it needed was a recharge, everything else was fine with it. The car has been blowing cold air ever since. He has great knowledge and explains everything to you very detailed. They work fast, efficient and are not pricy at all. They have a nice beautiful dog who loves to have his back as scratched. Don't be alarmed when this big dog walk up to you he is a sweetheart. If your looking for quality work at an affordable price and an honest mechanic don't waste your time anywhere else and go see Pedro and his brother.

Started hearing some rattling noises from my '05 Civic that baffled me. I thought it could be a multitude of problems so I took my car In to see what was going on. Met with Pedro, who told me to drive the car right on it. He popped the hood and got to work. Within 10 minutes, he advised me what the problem was and my options. I ended up having a crack in my exhaust manifold. He recommended a good shop in perrine that could try to fix it up. All of that and didn't even charge me. Pedro is a good guy who knows what he doing. He wants people to have good running cars and not break the bank doing either. I will most definitely return to him when I have a problem with my car and will recommend him to others in my area. He is a breath of fresh air in an industry that need one.

I have been taking my car there for the longest time and I can tell you that they are the best car repair shop in South Florida. Even if you life far, it is worth the trip. The feeling that you might be getting ripped off because you are clueless about cars, will never happen here. They are the most honest of them all. Once I went and I was worried about the car making weird noises and heating up, they said it was nothing moved a thing and didnt charge me. Trust me, other places will fix something that is not broken and charge you.

I have been taking my car to Pedro ever since he was at his old location near the Falls Shopping Mall. He does the job right and I never find any unexpected issues later. He is the most trust worthy mechanic I have ever met, which is definitely saying something. As far as I know if your car has 4 wheels and an engine he can work on it. He has essentially been keeping my old ford running for around my 5 years now. His prices are fair and I can't say this enough he's an honest mechanic. Which gets the 5 stars from me.

When he saw I had a specific problem with my emissions filter, he could have easily fixed to and then get paid for it. Naulin Auto has knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, and a quick turn around time for most work. Pedro is now my go-to mechanic for any job, big or small. When my lasy mechanic retired I went through 4 other shops before I made it to Naulin. I stopped looking for the right shop since then because I found it.
I've come to learn that when I bring my car to him I know he will diagnose what's wrong and be able to fix it in a very timely manner. I bring my wife's car to him as well and he does a great job on hers (which is much newer than mine) so he knows a thing or two about newer autos as well.
His labor charges are not expensive and he can usually get parts for prices comparable to internet parts houses (we all internet comparison shop now, don't we?). You can also bring your own parts, as I've done with some aftermarket upgrades.
He also lets me know what I should fix in the future. What sets this shop apart from others is that in the process of telling me this there is no up-sell, no "you NEED to do this" (even though it isn't really necessary) like at the dealer or the big chain auto repair shops. Just a friendly reminder.
That would definitely be the word to describe this business, friendly (and knowledgeable, of course).

So, I know zero about cars. I've been taking my 2007 Honda Fit Sport to the dealer since it was under warranty. But I just can't stand how pricey it gets, especially when I hear of other shops charging $100-$300 less.
When my Fit was giving me some hesitation and hiccups while driving, I knew something was up and I didn't wanna take it to the dealer.
Found Naulin on Yelp with a decent amount of good reviews. Plus-side: it was by my house.
So I took the car by, spoke to Pedro (very nice dude) and we took the car for a drive so he can diagnose it. Took a while to replicate the hiccups until I gave him my suspicion that the issue was either spark plug or ignition coil-related. Right then and there, he tested the car's rev and he totally caught the hiccup and diagnosed the car instantly (it had a messed up ignition coil).
He sat me down and showed me the distributor prices for the parts needed. Mechanics don't usually have you with them when they're purchasing the parts for your car.
Pedro was up-front, honest and direct about the price estimate. For all the parts and labor, it turned out to be very affordable.
The parts came in that afternoon, and the whole process took about an hour.
And while you're waiting you can play with his dog, Bear (sweetest, chill dog).
Overall, Naulin was amazing, especially for dudes like me who know nothing about cars. Pedro explains what's going on with the car in simple terms and you're never second-guessing what's going on.
He also really cares about his Yelp and the shop's customer satisfaction, which I very much appreciate from any business-owner.

Pedro is good as it gets here in Miami. Not only does he do the job correctly, he's informative, cordial and saves you money. He's not out to nickel and dime you. AMAZING place; i went to get my rsx coilovers lifted and Pedro helped me out tremendously allowing me to come in on short notice and see how its all done, he showed me and informed me about the process and unlike other shops let me see the work to get it to the perfect height. Pedro (the owner) is the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with MANY. One mechanic told me my car needed a $600 job and I decided to go for a second opinion. Pedro did the diagnostics and the problem turned out to be a dirty mass airflow sensor. A $600 job turned into a $60 job!
I'll definitely be back to Naulin if I ever run into any more car trouble. Shops like this one are hard to find... especially in Miami. Highly recommended!!!

One of the most honest people I've ever dealt with has to be Pedro (owner). I've dealt with lots of mechanics before, been ripped off and had very bad experiences in lots of auto shops in the past but no longer.
I was stranded on the beach before when my car burst a coolant pipe, and was quoted a $600 inlet coolant pipe + thermostat housing job, on top of a $150 diagnostic fee and $20 lift use. A lift use charge! That's as crooked as people get. Had my car towed to Naulin and not only was the job done in less than an hour, but he was extremely thorough, very honest and upfront about labor fees and parts cost, and above all it was all done for about $250.
Never again will I trust my car and my wallet with any other auto shop. To say that I highly recommend this shop to friends, family and strangers is an overwhelming understatement.
