TL;DR: I wouldn't recommend them but they did fix the horrible job from the 1st time we went in.
We took our brand new car in for ceramic tint. We called & made sure they had it available, made the appointment, all that jazz. We get there & about half way thru, she informs us that they didn't have any ceramic tint available. We say, okay go with the next option -- the step down. We live in West Texas - we want GOOD tint to help. We have the money to pay for it, we aren't trying to go cheap. They finish and we go to pay & she says the price which was a lot lower than we were expecting. They ended up putting the lowest base tint on the car. We already waiting over an hour so we say that is fine - get our warranty information and leave.
Right off the bat, you can tell this was NOT a good tint job. I am not saying it is the worst one I've seen but you can just tell it's not going to end pretty. Yes, I am well aware there will be bubbling until the tint adheres but there should NOT be dirty squeegee streaks between the tint and the glass. Plus a massive 4 inch long, 2 inch wide bubble on the back window. Go back in and inform them that something isn't right with certain areas on the tint. Guy comes out, says "No, no - it is supposed to look that way until it cures. Give it 3 weeks". I get that it was almost 6 by the time they finished our tint (when our appointment was at 4:30), I get he was probably wanting to get out of there. But that was not the way to treat the situation. To immediately pass it off and not even LOOK at the areas in question.
So, we waited the allotted time for curing. We gave it exactly 1 month before we called back to make our appointment (which they said we'd have to drop the car off for the day. I absolutely did NOT want to do that since they are located across the road from a bad apartment complex) and we are already back in to get the ENTIRE car re-tinted -- ALL WINDOWS - the back window, the two side windows and the driver and passenger windows that roll down.
Surprise! You can STILL see that squeegee mark, you can still see the outline of that massive bubble on the back window and every tiny bubble that existed whenever we picked it up a month ago, IS STILL THERE. With the added two bubbles that CRUNCH every time the window moves.
I don't care if we've already spent money on a tint that comes with a warranty. If the same issues arrive, then we are going elsewhere to have that awful tint ripped off and hopefully somebody else will do a better job.
Whenever we picked up our car, we immediately noticed a difference from the first time they did the job. The entire thing was done like it was supposed to be done. Even the bubbles looked different. Even the darkness is different than before (it is darker, the correct tint from before. So I am wondering if we got the higher quality tint that we wanted from the get go.) They were extremely sloppy with the water as our door, seat belt and floor felt soaked. I guess I will give it a little bit and see if we have to go back...again.

Good experience.....took care of my every need. Worked well with my price range and HONORS their work, honest people with hard working employees. Family owned business which makes me feel at home. I called in the morning for a estimate on a tint install and some questions I had about there product and service. They answered every question and they setup a appointment for me in the afternoon. I drop it off during lunch and pick it up after work. Great work and my truck looks great.
