Brought my Audi in for the first time to get the breaks and rotors replaced, along with an alignment. I was greeted up front by Dmitry and Mike, and they were both very polite and professional! Dmitry even offered to drive me to the mall nearby while my car was getting worked on! I got my car back all washed and driving better than ever before. They even went above and beyond what I asked for and replaced a few bulbs that were burnt out. I DEFINITELY recommend Crystal Collision Center to anybody!!

My car was involved in a hit and run which left her with front end damage. I dropped my car off, picked up a rental and had my car back in a week. Kole called me a couple of times regarding the repairs and the response from my insurance company. I was very satisfied with the work and the service, I will be recommending this business to everyone.

I just had an interior detail done. They dropped me and my son off at home while the car was being cleaned, and picked me up the next morning. The time schedule was tight, so when they picked me up, the driver (Scott) generously drove me and my son to drop him off at school so he wouldn't be late, then took me to the car. They did an incredible job with the detail, too! Actually got up some stains left over from the previous detail at another shop! It looks like a brand new car.

Avoid at all cost. Not only do they do a half a$$ job, they also charge more than most shops. After bringing my vehicles in for hail damage repairs, I understand why they're no longer part of the State Farm network of approved shops. They replaced the roof on my Acura and it never ran the same, a lot more cabin noise. Also they were never able to match the new paint to my oem paint so I have a butt match on my car. They advertised "paintless dent removal (pdr)" but since they don't have a in house PDR person, their first suggestion on any body repair is to replaced it since it's cheaper for them. They made big promises but didn't delivered that promise. There are better shops out there, do some research and you'll find a good one. This place is not a good one.

Monday was the most humiliating day I ever experienced with any kind of business. I went to clean my vehicle, both wash and vacuum. One machine took my money but didn't work; the other, my money got stuck in the machine and I couldn't get it back out. I went inside the collision center where a man directed me through the lunch room to the other side of the building to get my change back. Another gentleman, who was called off his lunch break to help me, asked what happened. I explained what happened but he cut me off and rudely asked me which machine I was talking about. I went through the explanation again as he handed me back part of the money I was owed. At no point was I rude or angry with him. With a little more explanation as to what happened, he gave me all my money back. As I walked out he asked if I wanted one of the products I purchased that did not come out the machine and I told him that would be wonderful. Mind you I'm a 33 year old woman not a child. He proceeded to chuck the product at me over the desk, then did a slight chuckle and muttered an apology. I went back in to let the other gentleman know what I had encountered. He apologized and I felt some what better. However when I made it home I was furious. I called back only to have the man who answered transfer me to someone he said was his boss. The boss' administrative assistant answered - I asked for the boss' voicemail. She rudely replied, "I AM his voicemail. I have gone to this place to have my vehicle repaired and I have been washing my car there since I was 16 years old. I learned one lesson today - treat everyone with kindness regardless of how your day may be going and be professional at all times. I was able to do these things and this company showed me what it felt like to be disrespected and humiliated.

These guys are a good old fashioned service with advanced equipment and a facility that can accept even larger vehicle. We run a fleet of diesels and they have always helped us out right away. Great turn around rate!

Getting work done on your car isn't exactly something anyone looks forward to, especially after an incident that damages the vehicle and involves another driver. But from the moment I walked into Crystal Collision I was treated with respect and patience by genuinely friendly and knowledgeable people. And Im thrilled with the body work they performed on my car it literally looks like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor!

I just had Crystal Collision Center repair my Nissan Murano after an accident. Their work was fantastic -- looks brand new. You can't even tell what part of the car was damaged. Kole and Kami were really helpful and great to work with. They arranged for a rental car to be ready for me when I dropped my car off, and they took care of everything that was needed with the insurance company. (I've heard from friends who've gone to other body shops that dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare. Not my experience here.) I would recommend Crystal Collision Center to anyone.

Had barbecue sauce spill on the floor of the car, they did a great job cleaning it and even gave me a free car wash. I only had to wait about ten minutes from the time I pulled in. Great service and great staff.
