Great work! Great service !! Quality work! I was apprehensive,usually I use the Toyota dealer ! Marcia convinced me to use Hi Tech!! Hi Tech did a great job detailing the car! I feel guilty having a messy trunk!! Great collision body shop for canton!!

This place is no longer under the control of Jack Madden Ford, they are now High Point Collision and the place has gone way down since.
I had to bring my car here for some warranty work though Jack Madden as they contract with this body shop. The roof had a few paint bubbles and a rust spot and the whole roof had to be repainted.
I dropped it off early Tuesday morning and was told it would be finished by Friday. So I called the shop on Friday before I was supposed to pick it up just to make sure my car was all set.
Nope - I was told to wait till Monday.
So Monday comes around and once again I call to check and see if it's ready.
Nope - Wait till Wednesday they said. When I asked why it was taking over a week to paint my roof I was rudely told that the person I was talking to that he had no idea.
Wednesday comes around and finally my car had been repaired. Kind of. I was shocked to see they actually DID MORE damage to my car than they fixed. They chipped the paint in 3 spots near the roof and scuffed and scratched up the doors, it looked like something metal rubbed up against them.
When I asked the front desk guy about the damage he sort of just stared at it and told me they didn't touch that part of roof.
Usually I'd argue but in this case I never wanted these guys to touch my car again. I'll just fix it myself, at least I know I won't make it worse.
The roof itself came out alright though, but it was not worth the hassle.
With all this said Jack Madden service did do a great job covering for the crappy body shop, they covered the full cost of my rental. ($600) They also stated that they are looking into going with a different body shop, apparently they have a lot of issues with High Point.

They were great! Very friendly and had the car done when they said they would. They gave me a free loner car, which helped a lot. Marcia, the office administrator, was amazing. She dealt with the insurance people and kept me up-to-date. I got the car back sparkling clean, inside and out (way cleaner than I brought it in). Body work was flawless.

I brought my car to HiTech after an accident. The car is a 2004 Lexus SUV. I could not be more pleased with the results. The company was very helpful and courteous, and the car was returned to me looking like a new car, basically fully detailed, inside and outside.

My first experience here was so good that when my car needed to be repaired again this is the only place I considered taking it! They go above and beyond to help their customers. They do a great job for a very reasonable price. My car looks brand new when ever I come back to pick it up. They even buff up some scratches and dings without even asking or charging for it. I absolutely love this place!!!
